I always love shopping at Kroger. Their produce is awesome, they have friendly employees, they gave a huge selection of items, and Im able to find everything I need. They have a ton of products that fit our grain-free diet. They have great digital coupons every week, too.

All the freezer items that I have purchased at this location have been thawed and refrozen, therefore mostly freezer burnt. And the milk spoils very quickly

I had a memorial, and Katie in the Deli was amazing making sure we had 48 pieces of chicken done by 10:30 am. Thank you so much you saved the day.

Kroger is kept reasonably tidy, staff can be hard to get attention but are extremely helpful when you do. They have specific brands that I enjoy and a pretty well rounded assortment of items.

Kroger on Euclid in Bay City is the dirtiest store Ive ever been in. I tried to return bottles three different days and either the machines were broken or not maintained. Only two cash registers were open and customers were lined up 10 deep . Self checkout was lined up as well. The entire time I was waiting in line they kept calling for associates to come up front which I never seen any appear. Store operations are a REFLECTION of its management. Ive been a Kroger customer for over 50 years and I will never shop at this location again.

Worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. Every cashier Ive ever dealt with had an attitude right from the beginning of the transaction.

The Kroger on the Eastside have better prices

This store has been the go to place for groceries for decades. Its smaller then most Kroger stores which allows a quicker in and out.This west side Bay City store has very good bakery and deli; also many food items for a dollar or less. The employees very friendly; newly remodeled outside large parking lot

Decent prices with good sales. This is really important for consumers now. I got some truly good prices on a full spiral cut ham only $7.74 for a ham that weighed 9.80 lbs, Honey Crisp Apples lg. Only $2.11, Navel Oranges and Grapes also a great buy. Good place to save money. I also like and save with their store brands by Krogers.

The store was very clean and nice in appearance inside. Our checkout lady was not the nicest however the lady bagging the groceries was very polite. I purchased Mandarin oranges and apples along with some other fruits and vegetables. When I got home I noticed that the apples smelled and tasted like a musty Warehouse. The orange were also were not good. They really had no flavor and some of them were rotted on the inside even though they looked okay on the outside. Was not pleased with the produce that I bought this trip.

Had to visit the pharmacy. Rx for an inhaler I have never used one before. The pharmacist (Kevin I think) and tech were both very helpful, thorough, and understanding.

Kroger in Bay City self-check out is set up poorly for those withdrawing money. People forget to take their money all the time. This happens in the midst of people packing their own groceries, and the fact that the receipt comes out on one end, and the money comes out on the other end and underneath the CC machine. There is also no reminder of the withdrawal once made such as Take your money. Last night I lost $20, and when stopping by today they did not have it, and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Please do something about this system..

Nice location. Beautiful produce/ health food section. Love the kids carts. However, Bottle return is usually quite dirty and high prices in grocery items.

I go to the Euclid Avenue Kroger as my regular stop for groceries and pharmacy and the upgrades to the store are amazing. Fair prices, good sales, excellent pharmacy all staffed by very nice & helpful employees. Store is well stocked at all times also.

I frequently shop at Kroger but on this visit the store was near closing time so the shelves were being restocked. The store was full of workers some were cleaning as well. If you go to Kroger after 10 p.m. only the you scan is open unless you have a cart full of groceries. My cashier was super nice and friendly and she made me feel valuable as a customer!

Spoke to the manager and he was so rude and unprofessional. I cant believe the way he talked at me. I will never shop at this location.

Kroger always has the best deals without having to navigate a huge store like Walmart or Meijer.

To be honest I havent bought the Kroger rotisserie 🐔s before for their high cost ($9.99 usual daily price) when the competition Meijer average price for rotisserie 🐔s ($5.99) Family Fare ($6.99) for example. The Meijer chicks are heavy with garlic flavor though. There was a special on the rotisserie chicks 2 for $10 ($5 each for the math gurus out there) I must say it by far was the best rotis 🐔 Ive ever had. I froze the other 🐦.

Stocking crew does a great job. Always displayed beautifully. Store is clean and everyone is friendly.

Kroger ALWAYS has what I need. Great ripe bananas. Lunch meats are yummy. And I really like their pork patties, delicious!!! Thank you Kroger, Ill be back :-)

As always all the customer service and checkout people were very courteous and helpful. We were able to find everything we needed and then some!!!!! Krogers is and will continue to be our favorite store.

The store is getting a new facelift. This store is always busy but they keep the checkouts open and your wait time is fast. I love the local fresh produce department as well as the sales ad items.

This store has hard to find items that other stores dont carry. Im very happy shopping here plus the more you buy the more cents off gas you get. The prices are fair and items are always on sale.

Be careful if you want to use a Debit card. You have a50/50 chance of it working there.....

Snotty cashier when our debit card didnt work. Funny that we went to Meijers immediately after and had no problem purchasing the same items. Kroger lost a customer tonight.

Almost always have what Im looking for. Prices are a bit high. Fuel isle is not trust worthy. The cashier is always rude and makes errors then no one takes care of you to refund your money. Bakery....raspberry bismarks filling is the WORST filling Ive ever tasted across the country. Its revolting.

Entrance needs to be addressed when you walk in Bottle area carpet area when you walk in used to be clean other than that everything is pretty good

I went after work to pick up the rib eye package for dinner it was around 3 pm and there was only one available, I asked if there was any more to choose from and I was informed that there wont be anymore cut until the next day. Dont you think on your first day of your ad that they are in you would have more out at 3 in the afternoon. I know a lot of people that run in after they get out of work to grab meat for their grill. Disappointed customer.

Not the biggest or best Kroger I have shopped, but this one is fairly good for a small place like Bay City. It has a very good pharmacy. This location also offers a Kroger gas station.

Scoring low due to the unacceptable self checkout issues I have had each time I have decided to use their self checkout. This time I waited 5 minutes for help as the machine wouldnt stop repeating Help is on the way. But help never came, so after 5 minutes I left the items and walked out and went to Walmart. Never use their self checkout. So not convenient.

Kroger is more expensive than Meijer on almost everything but Krogers produce is always good. I will go there in a if I really need to which is why I went recently. Meijer had no butternut squash and Kroger did.

Good prices, excellent choices of fresh foods and manageable size of this very centrally located store.

They have almost everything. But I do prefer the layout and cleanliness of the center ave store.

I believe that the employees could use customer service training as they are rude and disrespectful. Customer service is non existent. When you email they respond with useless information and then send a follow up email to rate the interaction that doesnt work. Kroger used to be great and last time we went the produce was rotten and the employees were so rude we almost walked out without making our purchase.
