Absolutely an award-winning business. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and courteous. For the service performed for my needs, it was a great experience and utilizing Ad Vantage for their services would be beneficial to me in all respects.

The ONLY place in Bay City I will use for my marketing needs. AdVantage has made multiple banners, store front signs, t-shirts,sweaters and turnbuckle covers for me. I have always had a great experience with them.

Our company has used them in the past, and thats why I went back. Unfortunately the last time I went to get shirts done, I was told it would take 2 weeks. On the 2 week date I called and nothing had been done nor was I given a date they would be finished. I told them I would pick up the shirts to take them somewhere else seeing as they had not even started on the shirts. They did nothing to try to fix it or even apologize. Instead they had a I dont care attitude. I was fortunate enough to find another local company to do the hob they couldnt do in speedier time.
