Frank Bryden is a slum lord and bad businessman. From an employee standpoint, his rental properties are disgusting and he doesnt maintain them. He will also not pay you the wage you were hired in at, hope you dont notice on your paystub, and then lie and say thats not the wage you agreed on upon start of employment. Disgusting. I dont recommend hiring him for electrical work because youll probably get ripped off.

Place is nice, their apartments upstairs needs new lights and all the above, very discussing people especially there attitude!
