Thee worst customer service ever. I was told my prescription was no longer covered by my insurance after receiving the usual text my prescription was ready. In the past, I’ve received news about insurance problems.. until switching to this location. There is no assistance what so ever when there are issues. I’ve called my insurance company to confirm everything and it turns out it’s the pharmacy’s end of not billing properly.. spent many minutes trying to confirm this with them, was put on hold multiple times without notice what was going on.. very rude and very unhappy here. Was life long CVS customer but not anymore.
Had to drop off a prescription for my dog. Never been there for scripts before and I went through the drive thru. The people at the window were so nice to me, and made the transaction so so easy. They were super fast as well. Everything was ready in 20 minutes and they even helped me with Good RX!
Terrible service, slow at the pharmacy, my doctor called in a prescription almost 2 hours ago and it was not ready. I was told they can expedite the order and it will be another 15 minutes. I watched the doctor submit the order on line. The service has been declining for the past year. Going to end up changing pharmacies.. Just sad!
Long story short, I was at my home when UPS attempted to deliver a package. Instead they missed me and left a note to pick up my package from a nearby CVS. I have called multiple times now to find out what I needed to bring with me to pick up my package, as I have never had this happen to me before. A woman, Cindy, answered my call this morning and wouldnt even let me finish my question before throwing out an answer that had nothing to do with what I was asking about. Very rude customer service over the phone. Multiple calls worth of rude customer service. Ridiculous. At least theyre consistent, I guess.
My granddaughter has moved to Bay City from Florida to live with me for awhile. And I will have to say that the customer service at the CVS pharmacy has been extremely fantastic. I have had to have her medication moved from the Florida CVS to the Bay City one and the girls here are so helpful. Thank you CVS for your super great customer service. I really appreciate all the help you have given me in my time of need.
Do not recommend using this pharmacy; slow service, seems more interested in money than health.
Great pharmacists and pharm techs! Very supportive and help you when you need your medications and the doctors offices take their sweet time. Fantastic place to go! Highly recommend!!
Ordered photo prints which should have been 10 cents each off CVS App. No place to put promo code. Spoke with photo Dept twice over phone for help. Suggested that I call an 800 number for help. Told her not to print the pictures I sent on line as I couldn’t get for the 10 cent deal. She said she would delete order when it came in. 😬

Droped off a prescription on a tuesday. Was to pick it up the next day. They called and said they were out and i could pick it up friday. Went in on friday to get and was told it was out of stock . No call just a wasted trip. I will not return to CVS.
They were exceptionally fast and super helpful.

I went in for my inhaler and then got a 5 dollar off coupon. I picked up 6 dollars in clerance and 2 dollars in food stamps and still had to pay 3 something in cash cause they didnt have the right things maked down and the coupon paid for what foodstamps should have. Not to mention she had to rering me up 4 times before i said forget it and stormed out. Ill never go inside again
