Dr was very nice and explained everything clearly. The staff was very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me a feeling of actually being welcomed as opposed to a burden to their day.

They are a very caring & friendly place. Dr. Tom explained everything to me regarding my up coming challenges. I like the follow up the doctor will be doing as I go forward in my healing process. Thank you.

Great place to get your eyes checked. Had a Nerf dart in my eye causing blurriness and blood to appear in my iris. The doctor was able to get me in first thing in the morning and check out my eye. Great place!

This is the best eye doctor Ive ever had. The whole staff is fantastic and so patient. They worked great with my 4 year old twins wonderfully the past few years. One of my kids has autism and they went out of their way to make her experience great. They even let her brother sit with her in the chair and take a turn before her doing everything they needed her to do, just because it worked for her.

I myself and many family have been a customer for many years of this practice. A great place with great service that has gone to the wayside. I was there the in fall of 2013 for a new exam and 2 new pair of glasses . I got the glasses and they were wrong as I could not see out of them. I was told to wear them for a couple of weeks and get used to them .I returned a few days later and advised them that the were not right and was having a hard time seeing. I was told you own them and you must take time to get used to them . I could see better with the old ones and tried to tell the girl at front desk that .after 3 trips back I said well if you cant do nothing for me I handed them over and said here donate them to someone who can use then and walked out rather angry for the basic they didnt care attitude . After spending each time I go there close to $900.00 I didnt feel that the response was right for a person who was having trouble with new glasses. In the past both Doctors would of made sure all was good . Alot has changed there and very sad as I was always very happy there with the service over the years . After about 3 weeks went by I was called by the girl at desk and told that they want to start all over again with a new exam . I did not return as I did not want to spend all that money again and take a chance of losing again . I really think the ethics of doing business this way are sad and Im really ashamed of these people for all of this. I would not now refer anyone to this practice .
