Stopped by this shop the other day and wasblown away, friendly and knowledge staff, theyhave anything you can think of, and Alot ofthings you had no idea you needed. Full FFL anda great selection of firearms, great jewelry, tools,tvs, sub woofers, game consoles, generators,guitars, you name it they have it and to fit anybudgets while I was waiting to get an airbrush aircompressor (that I had no idea I needed) thestaff was very helpful to all of the customers inline, the line moved pretty quick for as manypeople that were also waiting in line, and theyhave FREE LAYAWAY!!

A great place to get the value for what something is worth. Sold many items that were my dads. My dads health isnt what it used to be. Wanted a place that would find a good home for so many memories. I am impressed with the customer service and how I was taught the value of things. Highly recommend!

Only pawn shop I like to go to. My fiance shops here frequently and has gotten a few guns for a very good price and also got our engagement ring here. This is the only place in bay city for us. Most reasonable layaway plans by far and I know we will be taken care of if we ever needed to pawn something for fast cash. Great staff. Would HIGHLY suggest this place over any other.

I love this store! I shop here, I also get loans on my stuff here. The owner is always great, the 2 guys that work for him are always friendly. Any time they can they give me top dollar for my items, when they can’t do something for me they take the time to actually explain why. They’ve even let me bring jewelry in to test to tell me what it is for free. Best pawn shop I’ve ever dealt with! MUST READ!!! I was cleaning out my garage and a young man came by, wanting the furniture I was getting rid of. He was down on his luck and only had an old, worn-out bike for transportation. I offered to take the furniture back to his apartment in my truck. When we returned, his bike had been stolen. He was already starting over, and now his only means of transportation had been taken. I called Jayce at the store, told him the story, and he and the staff worked up a Christmas miracle. They sold me a PRISTINE bike, sure to get him around reliably, for $42. I dont know how much they must have lost to help someone who truly needed it, but Ill never go anywhere else, knowing the quality of the people at this store and their integrity.

They lost my $500.00 eikon pwer supply. They gave me 50 bucks for it. When i came to gwt it back they could not find it. They offered no compensation. Iit was 4 years ago and i havnt set foot into the place again. Btw i did business with the for yeara so they knew me well and u always did what i siad. If i said i was comming back to got an item i always did and pain every penny back they loanes me plus interest sometimes many more times what the original y loaned me. So to steal$450.00 from me is not only not good business it in my oppinion is a crime.
