Both Brad, and Krystal were knowledgeable on the products being offered, I had called before hand. When I arrived shortly thereafter what I had inquired about what already prepared. They are also very good conversationalist. Do stop in, you wont be disappointed. True customer service, lots of smiles and good vibes.

*EDIT AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER:Actually no, you did not attempt to speak with me at all. You showed me blatant disrespect from the get go for no reason. The only thing I’d like is a reason WHY I was treated so second handedly.I just walked into this establishment attempting to sell an original copy of Pokémon Diamond following the announcement of the Diamond and Pearl remakes. I was met with a smile by the young man at the front desk, but I was treated with absolute disrespect from the middle aged, baled employee. Whether or not he is the manager, is not known to me. He met me with an intense glare and silence. Not saying anything to me, I offered to use my DS lite to test the cartridge and he said, he already tested it THREE TIMES and said, “it does not work.”I said, “oh man, wait, really?!” And in an incredibly condescending manner replied with, “REALLY!” Holding my temper, I told him to shut the device off and turn it back on. He did so and what do you know? The cartridge worked and he was COMPLETELY silent towards me the rest of my visit. I obviously did NOT make any type of transaction with them.I do not recommend coming here at all, unless you want to be completely disrespected for your efforts.If the owner of this establishment would like to have a conversation about this altercation, I would gladly give you a piece of my mind again.

Tiny shop, with a limited retro gaming selection. Good stuff to be found, and actually a good selection of uncommon Sega-CD games when I went. Staff was quick with knowledgeable banter. Laughed a lot here. Really wanted to buy that cop of Snatchers... Just couldnt agree on the price. :)

Theyre great! Ive gone to trade stuff in and theyve always given me a fair price. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Tee helped me find some good games for a gift, and I appreciate that she knew what she was talking about. Much better than Gamestop.

Went in looking for some dice, and didnt give any, but I ended up talking with a team member named T, and I couldnt leave the store without buying something from someone so nice and welcoming, ended up finding Infamous 3 on the shelf, since the ps3 store is deleting soon now was the best time to get physical copies of games. Ill certainly keep this place in mind over the next few weeks.

This is the best video game store the people are nice the prices are great they got retro games and new games out of the 14 game consoles i got 5 of them from this store plus most of the games I have for my consoles are from this store and I Got most of my movies from this store.

Due to an injury that keeps me off my feet, I recently took up gaming. The staff at Bay City Games and More were able to set me up with an affordable gaming system and games to help during my recovery. Thank you all.

Great customer service and prices

I had a bad last experience at this store...they tried testing my Star Soldier: Vanishing Earth game and claimed it didnt work...it was my rare-est game I had that went for nearly 35$ on their pricing site...they also tested my WcW:NwO revenge and still bought it after it didnt show up on their screen as well!!! They made me go over to their pawn shop next door to recieve 7 dollars and 80 cents for WcW:NwO revenge and Command and Conquer both for N64 ( along with Star Soldier which was also an n64 game that they gave back to me) ...overall this whole mess of a situation took me over a half hour of waiting for 7.80$$ (6.80$ for the 2 games...1 which was tested and still not showing up on the screen...and a dollar for a power cord i also sold)...Overall I was really disappointed and disrespected at this store and will probably not do any business with them again.

I shop here all the time for seasons of my favorite shows the prices are fair and the parrot never fails to crack me up they also have a game setup in case hubby takes forever picking his games pretty decent music selection as well. I have bought more the a few consoles over the years all worked great!

Staff has always been friendly and courteous. Game selection is relatively small but offers a decent variety. Also a sizable DVD / Blu-ray selection. They always offer a Buy 2 Get 1 free (on items under $20) which is a great marketing strategy to get customers to buy a couple items.

Called in to have them say they have no systems and are dire need of systems. told me they couldnt give a price over the phone. told them i was coming from saginaw. was told they would hook us up. but by the time we got there they made us wait over 20 mins to b helped.looked at my system said that it was the best system they have ever seen no scratches runs perfect. had all the parts. turned around and said they would give us $12. but they were selling the controler itself for $24. i feel insulted and disrespected.

My little bro took his hard earned leaf money to this store bought a original Xbox(not actually worked). Next day took it back with him, worker explained it was tampered with. If he did try to fix it is besides me, warrenty sticker was tore. Talked to manager, told her issue showed her it was not completely all the way through which meant it could not have been opened. She said she would make it right though and look at it, and if issues with it could only do instore credit. Well the worker made me feel like i was a criminal who was trying to get one on him. I am a grown adult and not some punk kid. Then when on phone said he did not even need to look at it. Manager when i talked to her week later went into policy and procedures and would do nothing for me, and stated i could get a second opinion. So there was absolutely no customer service. I guess what i am saying is i am disappointed in them lying to me about taking a look at it just to get me out of their store i guess? Did not honor in store credit which manager in her own words told me. Should have atleast tried to do something for me. He will get another one that i will pay for but, by poor customer service i will never give them any of my business per my policy and procedures of feeling like the issue was poorly handled. At this point its all about being disrespected and not even the actual Xbox!

You want to know why Im so upset about this seller/ business?......Because Im a grandmother and you dont mess with a grandmother who is just trying to make her grandson happy! I had my grandson over for the weekend and he wanted to play Wii. I have a Wii console but my rechargeable remote batteries were toast in two of my remotes so I went up to Bay City Games & More to see if they could set me up with something to get me up and running so that my grandson could have a nice weekend playing with the Wii while at my house. Well, when I got there they had no Wii remotes, but I was sold a charging pad with two used rechargeable battery packs for $10/ plus tax.(Not a bad price) I took the charging pad home and put the battery packs in my Wii remotes(Yes I put them in correctly) ( I may be old, but Im not stupid) and then put the remotes onto the charging pad. The lights did not light up. I did some switching around, still nothing. No, red light, no green light.... nothing! So no Wii for my grandson. It was a Saturday and BCG&M was now closed. They would reopen the following day (Sunday) at Noon. I would call and let them know there was an issue with the charging pad and battery packs they sold me. At approximately 1p.m. that Sunday I called BCG&M. I left whomever DIDNT answer their phones voice mail a detailed message.(Bay City Games & Mores website states to call them with any questions) I told them I would like an exchange of product, a refund of my $10/plus tax or for them to some how make this right. I NEVER received a return call. The next day, after my grandson had to be taken back home I tried the battery packs and charging pad again and got the green charging light to come on this time. The Wii remotes charged and now they both work. I still never received a call from anyone at Bay City Games & More. Had they called I would have told them that I finally got them to work, but because they didnt care about me after the sale I wont be going back to them. What if I hadnt got them to work? Id be stuck with a worthless $10 charger and my grandson and me both would be very unhappy. This way, Im the only one whos unhappy because I know that these are salesmen who dont care about service after a sale. Thats sad. You just want to sell. You dont care what it is, if it works, if your customer is satisfied, nor happy. You only care that you got your money. Well, youre never going to get any more of mine or my familys or my friends money because they now all know what you didnt do! Now everyone who reads this is going to know what you didnt do. You cant stay in business ignoring grandmothers on fixed incomes. We will bankrupt you so fast itll make your head spin. Wise up youngsters or the only place youll be selling things is at your own rummage sale!
