A nice visit to the Starbucks crew here. Restaurant was pretty clean, but theyd had a full-on rush as we came in and were pretty low on food options. Team was nice but you could tell they felt slammed. However, glad to have visited and would recommend if youre a Starbucks drinker - especially if youre headed further into the thumb. Its your last chance for coffee for a bit!

Yes, yes I know, another typical white girl who loves Starbucks. Thankful for their never-ending options for milk - whole, oat, almond, coconut, etc.! The staff are always friendly and trying to be helpful - even when they are rushed and busy. I always try to leave a tip for the baristas - they have always taken care of my coffee needs!

I waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks. One of their employees asked if I had an order in. I watched 3 other people come in after me and receive prompt service. This made me late for work. Clean store. They had a huge pile of boxes in the store by the counter. Must have just been delivered. The drinks were good but not worth the wait.

Never again will I go inside this place!! Had to wait almost a half hour just for cold mocha and hot coffee, never received the 3rd the ice mocha, so they ripped me off 5 dollars!

I never visit Starbucks but my girlfriend wanted it so I came here at 1:30, ordered a pink drink and a pumpkin spice latte which took 45 mins to make. Needless to say I wont be back. Make sure you order ahead or go drive thru only because no one was even paying attention to me when I was trying to get theyre attention.

My experience with Starbucks was very pleasant. The employees were hospitable and my order was prompt. My waiting time was minuteable and my food was delicious. I rate Starbuck 5*plus. I love this establishment. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Starbucks grows on you. I held out for years and worked into it gradually. I came once a year for a long time but the coffee is really great. Im still stuck on Pikes Place and have yet to branch out. I just got the app and love using it. I have my favorite saved.

EVERY TIME I HAVE ORDERED FROM HERE IT WAS THE SAME GIRL MAKING MY ONLINE ORDER. I ORDERED FOUR SHOTS TOTAL IN MY DRINK AND I WATCHED HER POUR WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE TWO SHOTS IN MY CUP. I GET THE DRINK AND TASTE IT AND YEP TASTE LIKE A CUP OF MILK! CLEARLY DIDNT HAVE FOUR! NO EXCUSE WHY SHE KEEPS MAKING DIFFERENT THEN WHAT IS PRINTED IN MY ONLINE ORDER!! THE GIRL CLEARLY HAS ISSUES!

Extremely slow! Maybe take care of the people in your store instead of just making mobile order drinks and letting them pile on the counter for people not here!

Great food and drinks, I got an iced Americano, strawberries and creme Frappuccino and a turkey pesto panini. The line at the drive through tends to take a long time. If you get the app and order ahead, pick up inside it is way faster.

Nice Starbucks. Big seating area, lots of staff working but it took a long time for my drink. It definitely seemed like they were mixing drinks 3-1 for drive thru vs the people in store. Only nice thing while I waited was the WiFi was super fast. The super friendly staff got them 4 stars.

Thought I was addicted to this place but nope thought wrong, got a Mocha Cookie Crumble and when they handed it to me it had whip cream at the bottom which caused all the chocolate to go straight to the bottom straight nasty! When I asked for a new one she did make one but insisted it is suppose to come with whip cream on the bottom I have ordered it more then 3 times and never ever has it came with whip cream on the bottom. They were both just nasty the one they first made and the second one. Wish everyone would just make the drinks the same so it wouldnt ruin an experience of getting stuff. But overall I thank the person who made it nasty so I know better then to come anymore since the people today make them different from the people that made it the other times I had it that it was amazing:) Thanks more money saved for me:)I needed that I was starting to come to much anyways.

You wait forever and the coffee (which they dont always have the ingredients for) is not worth the wait or the cost.With that said the staff was incredible, very nice and they know their product. Its just sad that the corporation doesnt support them.

I opted to pull off the highway for a caffeine boost four hours into a 12 hour trip. The store was 3.7 mi off the highway. I used the drive-thru. I dont think there were any specials going on but the line was very slow. One car left the line. I ordered one drink: chai, 8 pumps (2 extra), nonfat milk. I waited for my drink at the window; 20 min in all. I pulled out and took a sip- no extra pumps and wrong milk. No notes on the order slip. Disappointing; I hope my experience is not the norm.

Starbucks is an evil yummy place. It definitely has something for anyone. I like how you can order your way. I always make the drinks low carb

Slowest service of any drive through. Friendly staff but you better have 10-15 minutes to wait for 4 cars there are more than 3 people inside. Every single time. If you’re there anytime around 4-6pm just keep driving 20 minutes easy.

I had my regular Hibiscus refresher. My granddaughter had a Vanilla bean frappe, it was phenomenal. They also had the cake pops also delicious.

If you’re in a hurry, do not visit this Starbucks location. It was once a favorite place of mine, but recently this location has simply fallen flat.Service is extremely hit-or-miss. Current baristas are friendly for the most part, though sometimes come off as rude when a customer is unaware of their pandemic system. Furthermore, there have been multiple occasions in which employees are having conversations over headsets as customers wait for a coffee. Typically, would not have a problem with this as a positive work environment is great. Although, speed of the service is atrocious at this location - these conversations may contribute.There has been many times where I wait 5 or so minutes just for an employee to notice me standing there waiting to place my order. Furthermore, I have waited 20-30 minutes for ONE coffee on countless occasions. One example of this slow service is mobile order. You would think that method is fast, though this is not always the case. On the app, it tells me 7-9 minute prep time usually. On one visit, I placed the order ahead, then waited 15 minutes in store for my “more efficient” mobile order. Horrendous wait times at this location is the main drawback as displayed in many reviews. Unfortunately their only saving grace is the Starbucks brand. I recommend visiting another area location or supporting a small cafe if time is a priority when purchasing a coffee.

Yeah ok so the drinks are fine and so are the employees. But this is the worst wait time I have ever experienced. It takes five minutes to make a coffee, not 45.

I have never had a great experience at this location. I did a mobile order one day and I came in and waited by the table they put finished orders ....I stood there for about 20min before the girl behind the counter asked me if I had put in a mobile order . I said yes and she pulled out my drink from behind the counter and said next time come up to the register and say you put in a mobile order..... I feel like the whole purpose of mobile ordering is so you dont have to do that, the order should be sitting ready for me when I walk in ..... Also the latte was weak.Also another time I was in there someone spilled coffee all over the counter and all the employees completely ignored it (except for the one who spilled the coffee, he was freaking out trying to clean up)...this location should work on their teamwork skills.All in all I will just drive over to the bay road location, better coffee better service.

I come here all the time and lots of the staff knew/know me by the first name which was awesome! The past few months however I think they’ve hired some new people that have the absolute worst attitudes. Today I went through to get a drink and croissant and got yelled at by the woman that took my order for ordering it on the app and coming through the drive thru to get it. I work in fast food as well so I understand the stress but yelling at customers, especially when I just got out of work and was yelled at all day there, is unacceptable. Then she gave me a cold croissant that hadn’t been heated up yet and refused to warm it because I was holding up the drive thru. I usually don’t complain but this made my day awful. When I tried to call to complain the phone wasn’t working.

We pulled off I-75 on a Wednesday at mid- morning hoping that the shop it would not be too busy. The drive up was stacked up, so we went inside to get our order. We were able to step right up and place our order. And then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. There were maybe 3 or 4 other customers in the store and their wait times were similar to ours (15+ minutes). It was clear that the drive up customers orders were getting filled before the walk-ins were. The staff were working at a very leisurely pace and didnt appear to be in any hurry to get any of the orders out in any kind of an expedited manner. My rating for this store would be lower but for the fact that they were set up well for social distancing and when I finally got my sandwich it was as good as I had hoped.

It was my first time going and the line was long but the drinks were good. They get a lot of business so I think they should build another one on the other side of town.

Okay, if you want to wait an hour for your order. Staff is friendly, but this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Don’t bother order ahead. By the time you get your order, the hot coffee is cold and the iced beverages are a melted, watered down mess. Oh, and on multiple occasions I’ve ordered things, and had them wait to tell me until I got up to the window, wasting even more of my time. I’ll drive to Saginaw next time. I’ll probably take me less time to drive there and back, including the wait time for my order.

If you have somewhere to be in an hour, dont visit this location. Im not sure if they have to harvest their own beans or what? They forgot 1/4 of my $40 order. I called and was told I could come and get a refund/also the forgotten items. I drive up there to wait in that horrendous line again. I get to the window to be told I can choose one or the other.. a refund of $9 and some change or my forgotten order. This wasnt my mistake and usually Im understanding. When you waste a big chunk of my day and lie to me on the phone... well, that doesnt sit right with me... I understand things happen, but how this was handled was ridiculous.

Wait times are awful. The drive through is often 10+ cars long, so we place mobile order or order inside figuring it will be faster, but usually end up waiting 15-25 minutes anyway.Today the service was a bit faster (maybe 10 minutes) but 3 of the 4 drinks were made wrong. Missing/wrong shot types, missing cold foam. I noticed the cold foam as its obvious and she made some and put it on. Then got out to the car to realize it was regular espresso instead of blonde. And my boyfriend had asked for 2 extra shots and it wasnt on the slip on cup. At this point I didnt want to go back in and mention the mistakes since the barista that gave us our drinks already seemed not the happiest when I mentioned they were missing cold foam. So we just left disappointed with our expensive incorrectly made drinks.Unfortunately this Starbucks is the closest one to our home, and its 30 minutes away. We will be utilizing other Starbucks when possible.

Irresponsible. They knew I was there for a pick up mobile order. I stood there for 20 minutes. They were just setting drinks up never said my pick up was ready.

While on a vacation in Northern Michigan, decided to make a quick stop for some coffee that was not so quick afterall. The drive thru consisted of several vehicles wrapping around. Pretty long line. Horrible. I mean horrible experience. Entered inside and order four drinks. Waited 15+minutes for my orders. 8 customers or so were behind me as well. After completing my order, the employees seemed to take their time. Remind you customers have been waiting. Once again they asked what my order consisted of. I then asked a question considering my order and I as shooed away. Just rude. I happen to be an entrepreneur. That was NOT good customer service. I was expecting more from Starbucks.

Probably the slowest location anywhere in Michigan. The drive thru line is always backed up to the busy road so no one can get in and even ordering ahead you’re gonna be waiting quite sometime, even when fully staffed. Unfortunately the next closest is in Saginaw, but you could probably get a coffee faster driving there and back.

Ordered thru the app and had a great experience. I really value a business that provides quality products. Try their toasted white chocolate mocha its fantastic. Even the mocha cookie crumble frappuccino tasted great.

This location seriously needs to get their stuff together. Any day, any time, even for one item you WILL wait at least 40 minutes for your order. I recently ordered one drink through the app at 230pm, the pick up time it gave me was 3:17pm. I went into the store at 3:15pm and still did not recieve my drink until 3:45pm!!!!!!!!!!! That was the last time I will ever visit this location.

Waited for 45 minutes, as customers after me received their coffee first. The first two people I didn’t say anything, after the third I confirmed with the cashier my order was put in. They said yes, and other customers were virtual customers. However, I visually watched them order and they were not. Finally, a lady was said her order was wrong, that she did not order a Larger Iced White Mocha with extra shot of espresso. I again let them know that it was mine, but they had no name associated. Meaning it was lost or not entered in properly. Bad communication, horrible customer service, and I will not be going back!

Love Starbucks, however this location has much room for improvement. The line is always horrendous and they mess up my order every other time I visit.

Don’t understand the point of a mobile pickup order if you need to wait in line to tell them your pick up order name anyways. The order should have been done but still wasn’t ready, waited 10 mins anyways, whatever. Haven’t been to a Starbucks with this except this one, even with COVID. Barista was condescending & rude, if she wasn’t I wouldn’t have minded the wait or even given a negative review. wouldn’t return.
