The Apple Fritters are the BEST! A fun little place to visit but the doughnuts ROCK!

Some of the best tasting donuts you find anywhere. They are a little on the expensive side in my opinion to be a weekly or monthly stop. A standard bakers dozen (13 donuts) will run you just under $20. But for special occasions these are a great choice.One big negative in my book is the fact that a standard donut with sprinkles (the type every little kid would want) is not available for selection under the standard dozen price. So you are limited to plain, glazed, custard filled or cream filled with chocolate or white icing.

Their donuts and treats are the best! I know that a couple years ago they had a rough patch with some staff in bay city. But the owners quickly intervened. Great owners! The staff and quality they have now is fantastic. Their donuts are just the best! We go to all 3 locations often

I have been craving your donuts for months and tonight I happened to be in Bay City so I stopped in at 5:53! They close currently at 6pm. The staff member informed us it was happy hour so their was a discount on the donuts (which was a perk!) Though, we were there close to closing time the staff member was friendly and did not hurry us! The donuts were great as always!!!!

I got a couple of doughnuts and a chocolate milk. Tasty and well priced. Also bought a bumper sticker of the UP that said social distancing since 1837.,,, 🙂

Much better than they were about a year ago. Donuts are now soft and fresh no matter what day you go. Have a great taste now too. Higher priced than most donut shops but the size of some of theirs dont compare. The apple and cherry fritters are huge!

Please let your customers know if you will be open again! (The sign in the window indicates that you should have been open.

I had a bad experience where my card was charged even though I did not buy any donuts. Even though I will probably not be going back, I do appreciate them following up on my first Google review and making sure my money was refunded. Guys, please work on your training. Who cares how the donuts taste if you treat your customers poorly?

Small gift shop and.small soda case. Pastry case is always filled fresh, and a must try.Employees are always friendly and able to assist the undecided. We have to give them a big shout out a friend of ours who had cancer just found out she was cancer-free and we wanted to get her cream horns we called the day before and she said she already placed her order but she could guarantee us three and wed ask for six.When we got there she had six ready for us. And then after driving an hour and a half up there had to have a special treat ourselves and I have to say the molasses cookie was delicious.

Bay City location NOT taking COVID precautions. Worker not wearing a mask. FAKE Mask exempt card behind her (these are fake and not supported by any entity. Im surprised a business involved with the law would allow something like this). No plexiglass to even protect the customer from the maskless worker. I have filed a complaint with the State of Michigan and I will not be back to any location, as well as informing other individuals as needed.

This was the first time I have visited Cops & Doughnuts, and I had a great experience. The store was very clean and organized, but you are unable to eat at the store. There was a very large doughnut selection at 7:30 AM and price for 13 doughnuts was 14.00. The food was great and I would recommend going.

Donuts are really good but the store does not take any COVID precautions. Theres a sign on the door saying masks required, but the employees dont wear them, theres no plexiglas between you and theres not even hand sanitizer. Since they wont take Covid precautions, it makes me wonder what other kind of precautions they skip over on a regular basis (i.e., washing hands after using the bathroom, the bakers wearing hairnets or hats, proper storage temps, etc). Since they dont take public health seriously, I will take my business elsewhere.

First time Ive ever been there. Cashier was nice but didnt know anything about their selection of muffins, turnovers or anything. I got 1 blueberry and 1 orange canberry (that was told it was raspberry until i bit into it) the muffins were ice cold from the refrigerator. Kinda a disappointment for how much Ive heard about the place...

Went there one thing and they didnt have it.

They have a really good selection and more than just donuts. Their prices recently went up which is disappointing because they already more than everyone else locally. I always get a bakers dozen for work and this last time she told me I could only pick certain ones for that box when in the past they were all included. They have good hours and their staff is polite. No bathroom as far as I know. Easy access location.

I stopped by the Bay City store August 15th at 6:10pm and received the worst service. The two people there were in back and when the girl finally came out front she was rude from the beginning. I asked for a dozen donuts, she waves her arm and states that the specialty donuts are extra. She began putting donuts I didnt ask for in the box. She was so angry when I asked for the donuts I wanted, she repeated back something different and the donut debate was on. I should have just walked out but these were for a person that cannot drive and she was looking forward to them. I paid in cash and the employee did not give me a receipt. I should mention i ordered one specialty donut, an apple fritter, and it was smaller then the cinnamon roll. I still dont know how much extra the charge was since she wouldnt give me a receipt . After she shoved my change at me she walked off without a word. When i asked for her name she rolls her eyes at me (again) and walked to the back room and did not return. I could see them having a good laugh at my expense. She should be fired for the way she behaved. I called Clare office to share my experience as well. Terrible, just terrible.

Cops & Doughnuts have stepped up there game especially on Fat Tuesday. They have the biggest and correct textured paczki in Town (and Im normally a Barneys fan). The inside/outside presentation was much more professional and cleaner then the last time I was in and the staff was very friendly. I will return.

My husband and I were going to visit on our trip to Bay City but after they were FINED for completely ignoring that there is a pandemic going on we will NOT be supporting this business. Shame on you for not developing a Covid-19 preparedness and response plan, failing to train employees in infection control practices!!!!, and not conducting daily health screens on your employees! Shame on you for knowingly spreading this disease

Person at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The donuts however were quite stale. Maybe I came at the wrong time. I spent almost $40 for 2 dozen donuts, which after my experience stopping at the Clare store a few weeks ago, I was willing to pay extra for quality donuts. Sadly I didnt get the quality I was expecting.

They ran out of doughnuts due to the holiday weekend, but their cookies were GREAT! They gave us free doughnut cards for our next time in the area.

It was my first time visiting a cops and donuts and all I can say is wow it was delicious. I definitely recommend the squealer its a maple bar with bacon on top 👍. We will definitely be back.

I purchased the Better Deals certificate from TV5 because we really enjoy their donuts. I received two $25.00 gift certificates for the price of one. When we went into the store to buy six donuts, we were told that we had to spend the whole $25.00 because their till wouldnt be correct without the certificate. There wasnt anything mentioned on TV5 about this and I explained that. I dont consider this a BETTER DEAL and I wont make that mistake again!!

I have been to Sutherland Precinct on 5 occasions; always when a shop closer to me has been closed.In 5 trips, I have YET to get ONE FRESH DONUT! NOT ONE have I had!The prices, while comparable to other bakeries in town, are NOT GREAT!The Service IS terrific, and the coffees pretty good.Just do NOT go here expecting a GREAT doughnut... aint gonna happen!

You could go on a donut frenzy in here. Products are beyond big, always taste great, and reasonably priced. Many of the non-doughnut items dont seem priced, and that makes me a little uncomfortable. Staff is helpful and patient.

I have loved the doughnuts since I was introduced to them at the home bakery in Clare. I loved it when a store came to Bay City since I live in Saginaw. I always try to get my favorite, the Deputy. If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you need to try this one.

Just a donut shop without much selection and nothing noteworthy about it. They have lots of merch advertising their product, perhaps more of a selection than their donuts. Actually a let down after years of seeing their ads.

Their donuts are delicious! I have to give a big shout out to the pumpkin cookie I had,, it was just like moms.

I go out of my way to have a fresh donut with my kids when were shopping in Bay City at Cops and Doughnuts. The supply is always fresh and delicious. A dozen donuts is rather expensive but its always a better idea to get one each anyways. Sour Creme are my favorite!

Second time Ive went in and the Long Johns seemed hard and stale. I remember in the summer how fresh the donuts were. Now when I go in around 1 in the afternoon, they taste like they are day-old. This is twice now in a row.

Donuts are good but things are way overpriced. 2 something for a donut and same for a cookie. 14.99 for a small fruitcake. Staff was nice but should have put items in a box not piled on top of each other.
