I always find very good deals

Just left the store. Customer service great, but there was a manager behind the checkout desk that was in a pair of Nike tights, a PR tee shirt, hair tied in bun with head band, ankle Sox and Nike slides. Looked ready to work in her garage. If I showed up to work like that, I would have been sent home to change clothes. What’s up with that???

If I could give no stars I would. Just a huge mess. I shouldnt have to sort through racks and racks of clothes of all sizes and styles all thrown together to find what I am looking for. I dont understand how other people give this store a good review. I dont blame the employees. They do what they are told, but the big wigs of the company need to come take a look at this mess. Sad that this is all we have in Bay City for nice clothes for the entire family.

I went shopping there and it is quite different from what it was several years ago. It has been renovated that now it looks more sophisticated and the employees are very attentive. Clean, clean store and well lit. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Sure has cleaned the store up and you can actually walk around in there without being caught on racks. The sales ladies are much more pleasant. I would like to see them expand the store add new and get rid of South Pole we need more to choose from. We also need more shoes in wide widths everyone that has wide feet dont buy here we go out of town. Missing out on the $$$$.

The associates at Palais Royal are plentiful and friendly. Theres a wide selection. of fancy holiday wear for young girls, not as much for juniors and women. I didnt see any suits/holiday wear for young/toddler boys. However, the sale price on Van Huesen shirts made the trip worthwhile.

It says the store is going out of business, its a nice store, but they had their signs up for awhile going out of business, butni dont really see any difference in prices, its like they put the prices up high and pretend they go out of business to get you to come in the store. Wow and they dont take much off the clothes price either

Love Palais Royal! It has gotten alot better over the past few years. Sad to see a certain employee go, but glad for her to be able to move up in her job.

It was a very pleasant experience. The store is well laied out. I,d rate it a 4.25 out of 5 stars.

I have always had trouble getting help at this store, finding my size or just checking out. Let it get close to closing time and they show up to push you out the door. I really love the clothes and the prices but customer service is always lacking here.

I went to find a dress for a casual occasion, and the costumer service was amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I found the perfect one, five stars for Palais Royal.

Nice small town store. Lots of clearance items and a little merchandise confusion. Nothing high end but brand oriented pricing. Shoes too high.

Theres not a big enough selection of blue jeans in my size. Id rather shop at the mall than try to walk this store trying to find something suitable. Not impressed.

Not well organized and since it is all mixed up it look like theres too much merchandise. However, does have friendly staff and good deals can be found if you check their website for coupons before going in. I like buying shoes here but often walk out in frustration shopping for clothes.

Just like Beahls Outlet but without the Mark downs .Prices marked are equal to Burdines or Macys .

Pretty good prices, usually has great sells going on, employees are usually very helpful, and the store is always clean and tidy!

I had no help finding shoes, when I was ready to checkout there was no one at that departments register. When I walked to find another register it was busy, was only register with a clerk. I then noticed 2 clerks walking to the shoe dept. and finally one went to a register and then checked me out. No one ever offered assistance! Nor was I asked if I needed help or if I found everything alright. No personality from any ckerk!

The sales girls are always informative and willing to help you the clothes offers all the sizes in stock and offers sales for great items a little pricey otherwise.

The cashier acted like she didnt see me. Didnt offer assistance until I asked for it. But when the whites and Mexicans came in she practically kissed their feet. High priced shoes. Hard to find what I wanted

Too many restrictions on what items qualify for coupons and the 40/50 fabulous program....Customer representative are not friend or helpful, when you ask for assistance, its almost an act of Congress!!!

Store keeps promising for make-up shipment but 3 weeks later...nothing. Not enough store clerks to help ypu. Just cant be in a hurry!

I was in the store approximately 40 minutes, no one asked if I needed help. I finally had to ask if they had a register open. About 6 employees to 3 customers.

Very nice sales associate in the shoe dept.

The store carries high quality clothes and has incredible sales to give the customers the most items for the best price. Coupons can be added to what is already on the sales rack too.

They have revamped the store, but a lot of the stores products are all the same, just in different print.

Flooded from hurricane just recently reopened but not the same as old store. Boys department 8-10 has basically nothing to chose from. Womens department is horrible. Seriously believe they need new buyers this store wins first place for having so many ugly items under one roof.
