I was very pleased with Valley Carpet and I would (and have!) recommended them. Their service was great; they always showed up when promised unless they notified me in advance. The carpet I had installed is beautiful, and the salesperson (Vicki) was patient as I chose; I never felt pressured to make a decision or choose differently. Vicki even suggested that I wait a couple more weeks to order as a manufacturers sale was coming up. I think you will be happy to have chosen Valley Carpet. PLUS.... We’ve gotten custom flooring products, floor cleaning products, and carpeting done by valley carpet! Friendly and helpful staff, great prices, and quality product! Can’t recommend enough!

Mark& his useless son installed engineered hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen, dining room & living room. Big bucks. Several of the planks do not reach under the baseboards leaving a 1/8 gap. This could have been avoided by measuring properly. I had a case of planks leftover to fix these mistakes. I have several boards in one place the squeak terribly. Ive been asking for at least 6 months to fix it. Now they dont even bother to return my calls. Care of installation is severely lacking & they just dont seem to care. Maybe they can pray on that!

Great service! I worked with Ann to get carpet and she sent me home with samples and then she came and picked them up when she did the measurements. She took my payment over the phone so I only went into the office once. It was a very easy process. They deducted money from the price because I moved my own furniture and removed the carpet.

Staff is very knowledgeable on the products, better prices than big box stores. Installers very professional and job was done quickly. Very happy with Valley Carpet. Only place I will go in the future for any flooring needs!

Got a quote to do floors and carpeting, and they came out and did a good job, but then the new bill came and charged an extra $240.00 for moving a very small amount of furniture around and when I called and questioned the increase, she called me a liar and said it was a liability (beware).
