My experience at infinity bridal was amazing! Brittney did such an awesome job picking out dresses for me to try on based on what I showed her, she was so helpful and kind! She heard everything I was loving and not liking for a dress and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for, my perfect dress! Not only did I leave infinity bridal in love with my dress, but I left confident, so thankful, relieved, excited! I had an amazing experience finding my dress! Kelly was the one who helped us! She made me feel extremely special and helped me into each gown as well as pulled dresses she though I would like based on what I was liking in other dresses! Very professional and clean atmosphere! Infinity Bridal was absolutely amazing!!! I definitely needed assistance deciding on what type of dress I wanted for my special day and I found that at Infinity. Britney and Kelly made me feel special, beautiful and confident throughout my appointment and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for even when I myself did not. They were even able to rush order my dress and adapt to the changes that my Covid wedding required. In a stressful time, I never had to worry about Infinity or if my dress and veil would be ready and perfect for the big day. I cannot thank them enough for the most amazing dress and the most amazing experience!!!!

Kelly and Britney are amazing! They will go above and beyond for you. We found our bridesmaids dresses for my best friends wedding here, and now I’ve found my very own wedding dress there as well! In December my bridesmaids will also find their dresses at Infinity. Highly recommend!

Out of all the bridal stores I have been to this is by far the cutest bridal boutique! The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful with a large selection of dresses to choose from. The owners are such sweet people and very accommodating, especially during COVID!

I am so happy that I came to Infinity Bridal for my wedding dress! I was not expecting to find my dress right away, let alone the first store I went to! Between the set up of the store, amazing prices for the quality of the dresses, and the care taken by Britney to ensure that I was comfortable and getting the style of dress I wanted I was sold. I found the most amazing dress for a great price! I have been dress shopping with friends for their dresses and the experience Infinity provides cannot be compared. Overall I had an amazing experience and ended up finding my dream dress! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This was the first and only bridal shop I went to on my journey to find the perfect dress! The store is beautiful and the mother and daughter who own the store were wonderful! They helped me get to the perfect dress and throw it all together. They have a variety of different sizes and styles in store as well! I had the best experience and highly recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking for their perfect dress.

There was one person waiting on people and there was two customers. The lady that was waiting did a fantastic job between the two of us.

Ali was extremely sweet and helpful! After checking out boutique shops, we were able to find the perfect fit for our bride Stephanie. Ali was really great about finding the perfect style/fit, and we had a very beautiful personal experience (maybe due to covid, but wasn’t packed with people and able to accommodate our party). Highly recommend!

I took photo of store hours not sure it will show up well. however the 7th time I have been in the adjacent businesses I have never seen it open. Because of sass from the owner what I stated the 100% truth when sass wasnt necessary. Never sass the potential customer just common sense.

Absolutely would not recommend this bridal shop. I LOVED my dress. However, it was marked up sky high. I had to take the dress from the rack. When we pulled the dress out at the seamstress there were holes in the under layer of the dress. When we contacted the shop after we found them. It took days to get ahold of anyone. When someone was finally reached she was VERY unprofessional, rude, and accused myself (the bride) and my MOH of putting the holes in the dress. We both wore flat sandals to the boutique and I tried on the gown barefoot. There was absolutely no way we put them there. I am not making this review based on the holes in the dress. I am making this review on the nasty, unprofessional tone and accusations made by the staff and the owner. AWFUL customer service.

I just ordered my dress and I couldnt be more excited! The staff is very friendly and flexible. They were more than accommodating. We even celebrated with a champagne toast after I found my dress! They honored a 10% off for me because I came during a trunk show but I couldnt make up my mind and came back for a second appt. So very helpful! They give out a folder full of seamstresses for alterations and other useful resources! Thank you so much for for a great shopping experience. I would highly recommend any bride to be make the trip to Infinity. You will not be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of going with my best friend to find her wedding dress at Infinity and was blown away by the elegant atmosphere, gorgeous selection, and extraordinary service. They provided refreshments during the appointment, allowed us to look through the gowns to help choose, and made us feel at home the entire time. When she found The Dress we were even given a champagne toast to celebrate the occasion! The entire experience was amazing, and the Infinity staff were as excited as we were. I would definitely recommend the Infinity Bridal experience to any and all brides!

I can’t put into words how grateful I am for Infinity Bridal and their staff. They are the most compassionate, kind and understanding ladies I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had bought my original wedding dress from a chain bridal store and after having alterations done at the same place, could no longer wear my dress due to that stores mistakes. Just weeks away from our wedding, Infinity was able to give me so many options. I ended up with a beautiful dress the owners mother had me try on. Not only did they help me with my dress but they had recommended a seamstress who was also very helpful with my crunch for time. I’m a firm believer that God lead these women into this career. The day of the wedding we noticed there was a hole in the seam of my husbands suit. When we called Britany said they were not responsible for sewing the rental that came from them. Terrible customer service.

Its super small and more expensive for the dresses Wich are over priced for dresses, the same dress you can find elsewhere for less.

I was looking for a specific dress that was no longer available and found it online at Infinity Bridal. That was my very first order from the states or internationally (to Germany) and I am very satisfied. From the first contact to the feedback after receipt, the owner took a lot of time to write to me and answered all of my questions completely. Before I decided to order, she even had the price of the shipping calculated (packed and weighed) in the mail. Although I always think back and forth three times whether I should really do something, I immediately had a good feeling at Infinity Bridal and am now super happy to have found my dream wedding dress !!
