Work there has changed in quality over time. The new mechanics plug in the vehicle and then fix what the machine says. Previously, the mechanics fixed the problems, and didnt rely on a computer to tell them something was wrong

I brought my vehicle in at 830 am to ensure the mechanics would have all day to diagnose and fix the problems. At 2pm, I still had not received a call of what was going on with my vehicle and was told weve been working on it in between vehicles. One, I had an appointment this morning, why is my vehicle getting worked on gradually? 2. When the appointment was set up, it was discussed that I needed the vehicle back this day. (Hence why I brought it early in the morning) I am now being told that just that diagnosis will be done by the end of the day. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not go back to this establishment, not would I recommend taking your vehicles there.
