It has been a long 4 months trying to get furniture from multiple furniture places. We decided to try out Love’s the other night and had a great experience. Tina was wonderful and very helpful and we might finally have a sectional for our TV room. They promise us delivery in December and we understand because of Covid that things happen. But at least Love’s is very up front and honest with us from the start. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered mattress on 10/12/20. Suppose to have been delivered today (10/27/20). WAS NOT DELIVERED!! It wasnt on truck to be delivered!! Loves didnt know where it was. Very unreasonable people to deal with. Customers are supposed to be happy! Well I am not. I cancelled !!

You know When I first stepped into Loves I was on edge being that it was a brand new company starting during a pandemic and claiming that they had furniture when no one else did to sell, but the place grew on me and eventually became like my home. And would move mountains to make it be a better place and a place where people from everywhere would want to spend there time and hard earned money! Management team, my sales team and our office and back room guys I love you all! I wish you all the best of Luck in your future endeavors! I do not fault Loves closing up shop in certain locations but I do think that they should have not bitten off so much to start with because now they are forced to reap what they have sown. And I am sorry to all of my customers as I have lead you astray..... Not to make up any excuses but I too was led astray, lied to, and also given bad leadership service (customer service ) from those higher than my store! Loves furniture you have truly over promised and under delivered on every level! Loves good luck digging your selfs out of this hole, knowing you you’ll just keep digging! Ordered a love seat that was on sale 10/28/2020. We had visited the store that week and decided to order online. In the store they told us it wouldnt be delivered until December 12, 2020. As it got closer to the date we received an email stating that it would not be delivered until Jan 2021 at the earliest. 12/31/2020 comes along and we receive yet another email that says it will not be in until at least mid-March. I completely understand that this pandemic has changed some things, but this is ridiculous! At this rate, we might get the couch a year from now, if it every arrives at all. I really dont understand why a company would put a product on sale when it is not even available for delivery within 5 months! Called customer service and the nice lady cancelled my order and I am now awaiting a refund.

****UPDATED REVIEW***This is an update to my previous 5 star review in October. I was told that I would receive my couch in a week or at the latest a month. It continually got pushed back without me ever receiving updates. I had to call every month looking for updates and was given virtually no help. My order is now back ordered until March and the store is being liquidated, which I also was not informed of. While I originally thought this store was great, how this was handled is absolutely unacceptable and now I have to wait to get my money back and hopefully place an order somewhere else. That means even more time without a couch in my new home. Very disappointed.*ORIGINAL REVIEW*Simple and easy! Really love that they have a no pressure motto, we got to look around at all the furniture on our own and then a sales associate came and found us to help us put our order in! Easy and not stressful at all, will definitely return for other purchases!

They would have got a good review I bought a couple thousand dollar bed a couple weeks ago from there got a good deal Im happy with the bed I went back though to look at some chairs and the lady was completely rude acting as though I couldnt afford anything because I was looking for something cheaper than $800 for a chair Ill never go back now which is a shame because theres a lot more furniture I need Ill get it somewhere else even if I have to go all the way to Saginaw Im not going to spend thousands of dollars and then have someone be rude to me a week later

Worst experience im my life. $3500 purchase up front NOT finance! Never received a call or anything!! 1.5 months later and no furniture or call! Get told to they have to refund our money because they dont do things the way they did then? Ridiculous! Do not buy here!! Good thing for your customers there is a competitor DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR!!

My son was in desperate need of a bed. There were no stores that had any in stock. Andrea and the wonderful other people that work there went well above and beyond to help my son get a bed at an affordable price. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Prices marked up so high only to make you think when they discount an item you are getting a great deal! Remember most furniture has at least a five hundred percent markup so a five thousand dollar sofa was likely less than a thousand dollars to make and ship.

Would love to know when well get the recliner we ordered. Was advised itd be delivered yesterday. Never showed up. We called and they first told us it was on truck, then told us it was in warehouse, then told us it was on backorder.... even though we were given delivery time between 11-345 yesterday! How can it be on backorder? Instead of cookie cutter response, do the right thing and call your customers who were promised a delivery and no one ever showed up and make things right. Well wait for the call.

Concierge was a bit much - like having another salesperson. Store is clean and uncluttered with little accessories so you can actually focus on the furniture.

This is the worst furniture company ever DONT WALK, RUN VERY FAST away from this place. On Oct 22nd my sister purchased a sectional and chair to be delivered to her new home on Nov 9th. Nov 9th the truck arrived with half a sectional a chair and a love seat, she didnt order a love seat! Loves promised her they would deliver the correct sectional piece on Nov 17th and then they NO SHOWED, once again customer dis-service claimed a misunderstanding and said they be delivering on Dec 17th, Dec 17th came and went with no delivery! Ok, now Loves promised delivery on Dec 23rd, but called Dec 22nd to say NOPE, WE CANT DELIVER YOU RIGHTHAND Sectional piece until FEBRUARY 9, 2021! Thing is, she needs a LEFTHAND sectional piece. The state of Michigan should shut this company down!!! LOVES IS CLOSING STORES AT A RAPID PACE ALL AROUND MICHIGAN, DONT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I purchased a sofa, loveseat, and rocker recliner in mid October at the Bay City store. The sales people were helpful and not pushy. The items I purchased were to be delivered on November 4th, I called on November 3rd to confirm and find out what time to expect delivery. After holding for more than an hour I was told they items were not available and the delivery date was changed November 19th.November 18th I called, held for over an hour, then told delivery of sofa scheduled for December 11th. I asked about the lovesest and chair and was told delivery would be early in January. I drove to the store on November 19th and spoke with the manager, he assured me the sofa and chair would be delivered on December 4th. He issued a 7% credit to my credit card. I received the sofa on December 7th, wrong sofa and no chair.

My partner and I purchased a dining room set and a counter piece, I did not have an issue with the buying process. I usually have anxiety which happens in settings like a furniture store and I easily get overwhelmed. the sales person Tyler Liske was very easy going and very informative. I will definitely return for future purchases.Edit: I would really like to say that I would recommend loves right now, but I honestly really cannot. Delivery was set back for the 6th time today and it was the final straw over a month of waiting for a dining set, we would of understood if it wasnt for being told it was always in the warehouse or it didnt make the truck and it will definitely be there in 6 days.We cancelled it and brought the same table else where. Absolutely feel like our understanding behaviour has been taken for a ride. Will not be purchasing any time soon until they figure out how to deliver on what they sold.

Ordered a couch on 10/10 and was told it would be available for pick up 10/13. The couch is still not available at the store (10/30) and each time I inquire about the order I am told it is on the truck and will be here tomorrow .I appreciate that there can be unexpected delays but stop telling people lies about delivery dates.
