Should not even earn 1 star in my opinioncustomer service is rude, slow and the service was not good. I was rudely approached in store for wanting to return an item that could have been sewed by my 6 year old and then told they don’t want my business anymore, allBecause I voiced my experience with them on Facebook. When I let owner know she simply said she “can’t change the actions of her employees, no matter how much she wants to”

Horrible, they take forever & tell you it will be done this day or we will have it ready for you at this time i have been waiting for ONE EMBROIDERED BLANKET for 2 weeks now after being told it would be ready in 3 business days.
