Our family has used this place 2 years in a row for our daughters birthday balloons. Theyre phenomenal! Customer service is exceptional. I took balloons there on short notice and they were able to fill them as soon as I came in.

I stopped in on a Saturday needing 11 balloons. The woman in charge was irritated with me for that..I guess I shouldve pre-ordered them. She was also short with me when I asked to see some of the mylar balloon types. I guess I shouldve known exactly what I wanted as well! This experience disappointed me, as this business has a good selection of celebratory decor but lacks courteous and professional customer service.
