The staff were extremely knowledgeable. Great selection but very high prices. Other then the prices the place is great!

Went in to get a speaker, was told it was on sale. When checking out it was scanned at full price. As i went to go get this fixed Mathew told me there was nothing he can do. Kinda seemed like he pocketed the extra money. Very unprofessional.

In general its a nice store, but, all to often they never have what Im looking for in stock, forcing me to order online and wait days even weeks to be delivered.

This place is so helpful. We have called ahead twice to see if they have parts we need. They always look and hold them for us for 24 hours. What outstanding customer service.

The staff is not knowledgeable. Clueless on bumper styles and sizing. We also called prior for bumper rail clips and they told us they had them (a wide variety) and when we arrived, they didn’t have them and didn’t even know what we were talking about.

We love West Marine. As new boat owners, the staff has always been helpful and friendly.

I was in the store yesterday. Several time the employee walked past me, never said hello nor, do you need assistance. I found what I needed, waited 6 minutes and the counter, looked for the employee, couldnt find him and left the store. Pier 7 had exactly what I needed, the employee greeted me and was extremely helpful.

They didnt have what we needed,they usually carry it just didnt have it, but gave us a couple of other places to try.
