They were fast and efficient. The service man even put in a temporary wind block until the glass arrived.

Very pleased with the glass doctor. Amy runs the office very efficiently. Calls were answered promptly. The technicians were great. You can barely see the stone chip in our windshield. Would reccomend them to everyone.

I submitted a call request online and they called me right away to set up an appointment. We use our vehical for buisness daily so it was important to have our appointment on time. They were great! They worked with our business hours, showed up on time and had us back on the road right away. Our tech was friendly and professional.

The service technicians did a great job removing and installing our 2nd story picture window. Very professional and let the area spotless including the window.

First impressions; I arrived to my 11o’clock appointment at exactly 1058. I go in and give them my keys. After 30 minutes the glass technician brings a different vehicle out of the garage, he worked on a different vehicle at my appointment time and he hadn’t even started on mine yet. I was the only customer in the building and the parking lot was totally empty, so it definitely wasn’t busy. The staff here are nice, but they definitely don’t go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, which is fine, that is their prerogative . I must say though, a person like me really appreciates a business honoring appointment times and providing a welcoming atmosphere. Even though I payed a little less than I would have at safelite repair, I think I’d rather take my business elsewhere. It is 1148 and I am still waiting, I have no clue if that normal but I do know that it took them a while to even start working on my vehicle. They finished just as I am writing this, it’s 1158. The crack looks the exact same. Not a shred of difference. Again, I have no clue if that is normal. So I called to find out and a gentleman answered and said “glass doctor, hold,” and had me on hold for exactly 10 minutes before I hung up and called back. A young lady immediately answered the phone as well as my questions. The staff needs proper training in customer service, or at the very least they should keep the rude glass technician from answering the phone and turning people off to the business. Had I not hung up I would still be on hold waiting. I would’ve given one start but the young lady was friendly and efficient.UPDATE after only a few months the crack started to web, I can’t help but to feel like the glass technician sabotaged my vehicle in an effort to force me to come back and spend more money. I say this because he spent literally only five minutes working on my vehicle that that is not an exaggeration. Could be my skin color, but for whatever reason, my experience was not good at all and even cost me money. I will not return and I suggest you conduct your business elsewhere if you’re a person of color, it was clear they did not enjoy my being there and they did not take care of my vehicle.

After filing a claim with insurance company I got a call within 5 minutes to set up my appointment. Fast, friendly and reliable they came to me at my desired time and day it took less than an hour. Thank you!

The staff was super friendly! The work was done very quickly, and professionally. I went in with a blown out back window in a pick up truck. They were done in about a half hour. They even vacuumed all the glass out of my back seat! I will be returning to have my other vehicles serviced here.
