Needed a leaking tire fixed on a Friday afternoon at 4 pm so we could continue our 31st wedding anniversary celebration by going out to dinner. Chris H. got it taken care of, made recommendations for a good restaurant to go to, and made the repair for free as an anniversary gift! We have been a Belle Tire customer for over 10 years for all our vehicles and this just cements the deal, what a great experience.

Wouldnt fix my flat spare! Told me to call a tow truck when I get a flat, thats what they tell their wife! My 2009 ENVOY isnt new enough for BELLE tire! It was fine when i put tires on it last year! NEVER EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR! YUP I AM A WOMEN, BLONDE TOO! GO FIGURE ! DO BETTER BELLE TIRE! HAD BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS! Why would I think belle tire would fix my flat spare??

This Belle Tire has great customer service! My tire went out driving up north, 2 hours from home, and they were able to squeeze me in right before closing to fix it. Great service and great people!

This company is awesome. I purchased a set of tired here last year, and recently got a slow leak. I didnt have an appointment, but needed it fixed before camping- I was in and out in about and hour, and they didnt charge for the patch. They have my business from now on!

Went in because I ran over my sons toy truck and it put a small hole in my tire. They took my car right back, patched the hole, took off my spare but the tire back on all for free! Great service :)

Good guys herePrices are average or maybe a tick high, but not crazy. If you catch the tire manufacture rebates, you can get good deals. Things like TPMS sensors are a bit more pricey than Id like, but it is what it is.The waiting room was recently remodeled (end of 2020 or early 2021).They do good work at a pretty good pace.Ill be back.Update- showed up without an appointment a few days ago. My tire had had a slow leak for quite some time. Mike and the guys had my truck fixed and back to me in less than an hour. Still great people, personable and fun. Ill be back again.

Maby it was because I was it was a manager who setup my repairs but but even so he was professional and respectful. He found me a spot in the garage right away, found a couple other problems and called me to ask about replacements and had the car out in a decent time for what had to be repaired. Tire services are good, but I cant talk about their parts service because they dont accept customer parts. Even if theyre the exact brand they can order, but dont have in stock! (Maybe they markup their parts?)

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER AGAIN. ALL I NEEDED WAS A BLINKER LIGHT CHANGED...AFTER WAITING 1 1/2 HRS I ASKED JOSH HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND LISTED A BUNCH OF STUFF THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BEFORE THEY COULD SERVICE MY CAR AND IT COULD BE A FEW HOURS!!! IF I HAD NOT ASKED, NO ONE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME. I TOOK MY KEYS BACK AND LEFT. WHAT A WAY TO RUN AN AIRLINE.

Staff was super friendly. There had been more issues with my vehicle that I hadn’t know about that were brought to my attention, on top of issues I had planned in getting fixed later that day. It was awesome when I was called and told they could fix said issues. And I couldn’t be more thankful for the pricing and overall experience. You guys really made tire shopping so much easier and significantly less stressful.

Mike got me in...he suggested a place closeby for lunch. It was good....Andy fixed the problem...bad value stem. He also reset the sensor. I had 4 new tires installed 8 days before and they forgot to reset the sensor on the tires. Andy is transferring to the the store upnorth where they were installed. I WILL BE ASKING FOR HIM TO BE WORKING ON MY 3 VEHICLES

If there was less than one star I’d have choose that. Lied to me and said they patched the tire I had run over a nail in the road and my tire pressure was at 3 psi after I left there and they said I was all set. I drive in the highway and could’ve got into a terrible accident. I’m speaking to corporate

Good prices, good service, would be 5 stars but scheduled an appointment and it was 1 hour after that time that they actually started oin the car. They were very busy and covid compliant. Why schedule if your going to be late?

I started coming to this Belle tire when I moved here in 2017 and every experience Ive had with them has been wonderful. They go above and beyond every time, Michael has kept an awesome crew around him, even when one of them moves on he hires in new people with the same great mentality. I just took my car here for a routine repair. I dropped it off due to Covid. I thought they were open much later than they were. On the way home with my son in law and daughter we had some trouble with their boat trailer we stopped and noticed the tire was bad and about to blow out, we took it in to belle tire. I’m a law enforcement officer in Michigan and spoke with Lonnie (the Assistant manager) he was in the service, and told us they would stay open until we got there and they would help us out. When we got there Lonnie and Josh took care of the trailer and got us on our way safely. If the world could work the way they do we wouldn’t have any problems. They were very kind gentleman and they helped us to get back on the road safely!

Mike, Josh, Drew and the gang always take care of me and my company...we basically use them daily. Efficient, fair and friendly while being an example of how business should be conducted with proper safety protocols in place for COVID-19.

The man I worked with Mr. Josh L. was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Ive bought rims from him in the past and I knew going into this deal that I could trust him. I originally wanted a different brand tire but due to availability problems he advised me on a second brand which was my back-up, without him knowing. He knew the ratings of each set at the drop of a hat. I went ahead with the back-up brand, Good-year Assurance Weatherready. The tires were mounted and he drew my attention to a minor problem with alignment, I went ahead with the alignment. Really your going to drop almost 1K on tires and not get the alignment set back to spec, Josh said it was minor due to normal use of the car but it would cause undue wear of the tires. Glad I did the car now rides a little smoother with the new tires and tracks like an arrow with the touch up on the alignment. I REALLY like Belle Tire!

I just pulled in to Belle Tire to get my tires rotated and within a half hour they had us done and on the road. Best of all there was no charge.

A nail nearly derailed my 1,800 mile trip home. These guys took great care to repair it on a very busy day and get me on my way. It took some time, but I know they did all they could and when I left it was correct and got me home. They even went out of their way to cheer my kids up while when they got a little cranky.

Very satisfying after a bad experience with a road hazard damaged tire. Got to their store around the noon time, had previously checked for the tire I needed. Thats the main reason I chose Belle Tire. Felt like the service was quick enough, they were really busy.

I was pleased with the way I was treated and the estimated time they gave for completion of my requirements was right on time.. Good Work!

Went to get my brakes and oil changed and received the WORST SERVICE of my life. Maybe because I was a respectful black lady. In other words, great service for anyone other than those of color. Your money will not be have Justice here...you better off going to a closer shop nearby.

It was 5 minutes after closing time and I was airing up my tires with there free air machine. Broke the valve stem of due to corrosion and my tire quickly deflated fortunately Courtney R. and Leon Laury were still there and able to replace my valve stem free of charge! Recommend these guys and forever grateful Courtney helped me out when he didn’t have to and he’s a life saver.

Not only did they take great care of me both of the last two times Ive been here they actually enforced the state law requiring masks in public places making a customer who refused to wear one wait outside.Add to that they told me the truth about what was going on with my sensors and let me decide myself whether to replace them both instead of pressuring me.Thank you!

The salesman,Josh really explained what was wrong with tires. So he told me what new tires would be best.

Their air pump was being really finicky and came up with an error message. It took me 20 minutes to pump 4 times because of it. Couldn’t feel my toes because it was so cold that day.

Waited over a hr and a half and still didnt take my truck back when the guy told me hed be right on it, they lost me for a customer I was in for 4 tires and alignment, they lost 550.bucks. Ill never go back, also after I got there 5 other people came for tires and what not they were put ahead of me. Horrible place Id never recommend them again

Very happy with my experience here. They got me 4 new tires at a good price, And an alignment. Had to reschedule the alignment and when I went in they had to replace the title rod ends. Wasnt surprised seeing as Ive had this problems with previous cars Ive owned that were the same model. Every staff member I talked to was very friendly and happy to answer my questions. Would recommend.

Great place. Put coilovers on my car and needed an alignment and got it done very quickly. They opened at 8am on 8/31/19 and alignment was done in well under an HR and my car sat overnight waiting for the techs in the morning and wasnt tampered with and have an after hours drop box.

The free pump was not working right outside so I went inside to let therm know they kindly without a wait took someone off another job to help all of us in line that needed air in our tires.. Thank you for your kind & fast service!!!
