Just wanted to say, I have been shopping here for years and have always had good experiences with the workers and manager. Everyone is always so nice and curtious. I highly recommend this little hometown store for your appliances and yard work.

The guy that helped was as helpful as he possibly could be. (follow up): I came back couple days later and bought nice mower on lease program. Good service again, but different guy.

Customer service was top notch! We were able purchase a fridge and matching stove with same day delivery service! Very reasonable prices and very knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be shopping there again!

Absolute worst experience at Bay City Sears Hometown, customer service is horrible and employees are not the least bit interested in working. A simple task of order and delivery was too much for this store. The employees can answer NO questions and must have the manager do everything. Manager does not do as we were told, no calls back and an attitude of simply put out having to help us! We will never shop at any Sears store again and would rather pay higher prices to get even a tiny bit of customer service. No wonder Sears is going out of business.**Customer service by phone is off-shored and can barely understand the english. They also cannot help you with anything done by a Sears Hometown because those are franchised. HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Not impressed. Was looking to buy several appliances until the guy started ratrling off a list of fees for delivery that would have been enough to buy another appliance when you total them. Not reasonable prices. WOULD RECCOMEND THE SEARS PLACE IN EL CAMPO. They were very will to accomodate and their prices were good. Delivery was very cheap in Comparison!
