I have a fair amount of antique furniture and they took extra care to make sure it was handle and packed in my storage unit carefully. They treated my house and possessions like their own. When I called to get an estimate I was treated very professionally and Theresa was great and got me an estimate very fast and kept in contact with me right up to just before the move. Then the day of the move the two guys that did the actual move were awesome and very professional. They busted their butts and got me moved in about two hours which saved me big money, they were hustling from the time they got there. The movers arrived on time. They worked as a team, made sure our belongings were disassembled properly and would be protected during the move.They worked fast and efficiently.The offload went off just as smoothly and they reassembled and placed everything as we wanted.Was very impressed with their work and their price was very good.

Zach L and Max were very professional and moved my things very quickly- they even waited and extra hour for me to come to my new place because I was stuck in traffic. My items were completely fine and not damaged at all-they looked the same as how I packed them! I was surprised that it was only Max’s 2nd day on the job because he did great! Both were great and I would use this service again!

When looking for movers, a friend mentioned that she’d had a few hiccups with 2 Men and a Truck. I didn’t heed her warning and I am SO GLAD.The office staff were very responsive and walked me through the process/transport limitations, etc. Last minute email questions were answered promptly.When the moving staff arrived they were friendly, kind and very professional. They moved so much heavy furniture with ‘white glove’ service. There was not so much as a scuff on a wall.Zack, Mason, Josiah (JT) and Gabriel made a fantastic team. They worked seamlessly to get the job done and in less time than expected. They were even great with my kids. Moving is such a stressful experience. I have hired Two Men and a Truck before and just like last time, I was treated right and I am so happy with their service! The guys showed up right on time after a courtesy phone call to make sure I was ready, and they got right to work. They moved a family’s worth of dressers, desks, beds and couches and were kind and courteous the entire time, even during and after maneuvering said furniture up and down narrow staircases in my new home! Nick, Justin, and Greg showed up on time with good attitudes. It was a tough move from a 3-story apartment with narrow winding stairs. We moved a two-bedroom apartment to a storage room in half the time of the estimate.

When I moved from Westland to Ablion it cost $1,500 with another mover. They want $1,800 - $2,000 here to move less than 2 miles. Do not recommend.

Two men and a truck moved us from one town to another town. We packed and labeled most the stuff to save money. The guys did ALL the lifting, loaded and unloaded everything. A lot of heavy stuff they had to take downstairs, which was no easy task, up and down 14 steps. They were so kind, caring, respectable and all were in happy moods and even funny. We highly recommend this company to anyone in need of movers. We interviewed 3 companies and coulded be more happy with our chose of Two Men and a Truck. Pick them and you wont regret it.

Chris and Joe did a great job moving us from Mattawan to South Haven. They protected the furniture thoroughly and were very efficient. From the time I called for an estimate to when they finished unloading it was a positive experience all the way around.

Out of state move. Chris and Joe were excellent in the loading of the truck. They went beyond my expectations in getting my grandsons swing set and basketball hoop into the truck. Steve in the office was also very helpful in arranging everything.

I have used Two Men And A Truck several times in Kalamazoo. They have always been very professional, on time and accommodated my needs. I highly recommend this company.

They did show up as scheduled. Despite telling them that they had moved me in and had taken 2 trucks, they showed up with one and when it was full, didnt have another available. With much negotiating, they showed up with the second truck room days later and that went fine. But it was too late in the day to deliver that day. I was moving to another state so I went there to receive my things the following day. They never showed up and didnt call. My calls did not bring a response. I still dont have my stuff nor a phone call and I have to leave for work tomorrow and will be unavailable for 3 weeks. They knew this deadline. Such a traumatic and disastrous move. Communication has been awful. Never again.

Took extremely too long, I had less things from the previous move as I left a lot of large items behind., but somehow it was 2 hours more this time, and they damaged some my furniture. I reported the damage and submitted photos and there was absolutely no follow up whatsoever. Its been almost 1 month now. I will try really hard to find someone else for my next move. So disappointed with my second time using their service.

Movers were late (by a few minutes). I was also asked in the initial sit down with the moving staff to tip, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional. I called ahead and asked if it would be possible to move my tv, was told moving it would be a service they would provide and that they would have the box ready and in the truck on moving day. The movers arrived and had to wait to load the tv until moving boxes arrived near the end of loading (I now wonder if this caused delay that I was charged an hourly rate for). They then ran out of boxes to move one of my mirrors and I had to move it on my own. Towards the end of unloading the truck the movers simply placed items that were clearly labeled by room (rooms labeled as well) in my family room instead of their designated destination. Movers also took apart a reclining love seat to make it easier for them to move and never gave me or told me the location of the screws that are needed to hold it together. I have called twice now and been told it would be looked into to see if they can provide me with the location of these and I have not heard back. After spending almost $1,000 I am not even close to satisfied with the services provided. I would seek services elsewhere.

Called talked to a man there had an appointment and they claimed it was canceled per customer request when we didnt cancel anything. Luckily called another company and they showed up immediately. Wont be trying to use this company again.

They dont want to move you they want to spend a few hours through out the day telling you why they refuse to move this or move that. When questioned on why they refuse to move TVs or survival rations in the sealed packaging from the store and multiple other ordinary items they call their supervisor and say they wont move anything else until you leave. They fleeced my mother dont let them do it to you or your loved ones.Now several more trips are required to complete her move. Horrible service.
