Sat in the store for an hour before it was our turn. They dont carry the premium phones in store so waste of time to go for the newest stuff.
I was not impressed with one young man there. He was condescending as well as he was Mr. Know it all he thought. Chelsea how ever waited on us and was very upbeat and helpful. May our purchase much more pleasant. I would like to know if sprint still exists or did tmoblie buy out sprint completely. Because my family had sprint and had to get sim cards for tmobile. The young man tried telling me that not all sprint carriers went to tmoble that were sprint. Another words walmart sells sprint and not tmoble. I worked in a connection center selling cell phones for several years and I am not buying his comments. Was not impressed with him at all
I gave them a high score 1 because the first time I was in there it was a shell of a store and wouldnt have gone back. They up graded finely.2 the staff were friendly .But..The computer crashed so it took way longer than expected.You cant just buy a phone the same day paying in full.And now after all that I now have to go back to find out why my new phone isnt working right. Because they didnt take the time to set it up and make sure it would work before I left. Even asked them to.Ive been with T-Mobile for 20 years. Ive been through a lot of bumps but still have the best plan out there.I would have went to Jackson store but didnt feel like driving that far .
Came to this store 7/26 and no other customers there at the time. Wanted to wait for the main representative who was on the phone. I waited patiently for her and when she got off the phone I told her what i was looking for and she went and got it placed it on the counter and started helping people who had JUST walked in. I had been so patient waiting for her to get off the phone and these people had just walked in. I needed to ask her some question and didnt even have the opportunity. After being with T-Mobile since 2002 I may be switching carriers
Madison was great..however, when I tried to return a phone within 14 days I was told to come back the next day 3 times before they finally did the return and gave me my money back. That was only after I called customer service and had them document the fact that the store manager failed twice to have the money in the till to be able to do a return. When the transaction took place, the manager was very friendly and accommodating, but I shouldnt have had to drive there an extra three times to do the transaction. There was no offer to give me anything for my trouble, and for that I was sadly disappointed.
They Locked us in the store as if we was going to rob them. Didnt care to show any products.. Felt like me and my husband was definitely profiled. I didnt even want to buy anything just for the fact I didnt want the lady working to get any commission for how we was treated.
Went there with problem with my phone they fixed it I was going to upgrade my phone the phone that they had on special they didnt have in and the guy took my name phone number and Ive still yet to hear from them that they have it in and its been over two weeks
People at the store tried hard but my new phone will not atavat and customer support doesnt know what is wrong so spent 3 hours in store phone not working sent me home with my old phone told me theyd call within 4 hours still havent heard anything
My T mobile rep was very professional and friendly. He went out of his way to answer all of my questions. I give you a A + Kenneth.
When the staff know their own products/deals/pricing: everything is wonderful! When they dont, be prepared to lose hundreds of dollars youll never see again. I was supposed to be receiving a military discount on the Magenta plan but since I purchased a new phone, the system reset everything like I wasnt getting the discount. Ive overpaid over $800 and have only been credited 1 month for this mistake.

After 4 months of errors with T-Mobile it appears they finally cancelled my account and are sending my my money. Hopefully this is the end of it but the people inside the store were friendly and helpful.

They had to call corporate for all my questions and didn’t know anything about their own products. If you want to go this route you better study their products and plans for them because they certainly don’t know them.

The sales team was very professional and friendly they let me try out a phone first in my area. Unfortunately tmoblie didnt fit my needs currently I know that theyre investing in the network upgrade. I am switching other provider for now but I believe I will come back tmoblie.

Okay. So I went into this T-Mobile store with every intention on leaving T-Mobile and going to ATT, with the much help of TINA and a T-Mobile customer service rep, I was able to get my phone service back and left a happy T-Mobile customer, if I could rate the store and Tina I would give them both “10’s”. They work to continually give great customer service I definitely will being returning to this location thanks too Tina :)

I switched from Metro, I was paying 90 a month for two lines unlimited everything. I switched because the store manager told me I would get a free samsung galaxy s7. My third bill was supposed to be credited the lease price of the phone and it was supposed to be removed... well, when I got my bill the lady who answered told me the general manager misunderstood the promotion and now Im stuck paying 200 dollars a month for 18 months. They said they cant do anything about it. Bad business. I cant get my old service back either. Thanks for totally screwing your customers over T Mobile. I wont be continuing my service when this contract is up.
Went into T-Mobile looking for 2 iPhones little did we know that we would be totally screwed over in the next 24 hours. John had set us up giving us the unlimited plan and two new iPhones, what really got us was that we could return our purchases and get a full refund if we were not happy with T-Mobile. We had asked about coverage because our living address was not Battle Creek but about 20 miles south of it. We were GUARANTEED full service. After we paid $250 and everything was settled we left the store happy, that was short lived. Not even 10 miles out of Battle Creek we had 0 coverage, not a single bar. I couldnt make a phone call, text, or get on safari. NOTHING. Went into Climax, nothing. Traveled into East Leroy, nothing. Made it to home and still nothing. I then made a call from a friends phone to a T-Mobile representative and they let us know that the Towers that were recently placed around our area are not compatible with the iPhone 6 Plus Furious and it already being late we decided to deal with it the next day. Not even 24 hours later had we returned back to T-Mobile to let them know what the issue was. We were able to return the phones but the store had kept $110 due to a restocking fee when we asked what that even meant no one could explain. They then directed us to call customer service with our complaint. Which we did then customer service directed us BACK to the store. Not only did we not receive the a full refund but we both had lost our phone numbers and proceeded to play in a wild goose chase. I will never recommend T-Mobile to people I care about, nor will we ever return.
Lied to us about the hotspots on our phones! Called customer service and they said it was going to be $25 more each on our 5 phones after I just paid extra for the unlimited data and hot spot.
I will never return to T-Mobile again. They rip people iff with the high monthly payments (i went elsewhere and got services, got everything i haf when i was with T-Mobile, the 3 lines, unlimited everything. And now paying nearly $100 less than i was when at T-Mobile.) I was told when i statted services with T-Mobile, that i had to have a credit/debit card on file, but that nothing will be taken out of account. I belived them, bad mistake. I always paid in cash, in full every month. For 3 months extra money aside from the cash was taken from my account. When i question it, im told that im wrong or lying, yet my bank account states otherwise. I got fed up, called and cancelled. Man says all taken care of but to make sure yo contact bank to put stop payment on that to or they will take payment if they get nothing when bill is due. So i fid as om told only to gind out TMobile had akreafy taken a payment from my account 5 days before my bill is even due to be paid. So technically they stole money that wasnt theirs to take. Then they got the nerve to send me a letter sayung i have to pay more money to kerp our phones. T-Mobile doesnt deserve anymore money from me, they got way too mucj already. And they can have their junk phones back. They are a RIP OFF! Join them at your own risk.

Had the company screw me on an exchange for a factory defect and walked out to go work it out since no one at this location can help, admittedly frustrated, went to get the proper exchange and had to endure a lecture and threats of refusing my service because of how emotionally affected the employee was by my leaving suddenly.I dont recommend the place, Im security, I was in door to door sales, I had guns in my face, bitten by dogs, attacked, threatened, just the other week I had a 65 Greek retired boxer threatening to box my ears, so being threatened with refusal of service for leaving a location that couldnt help me was about the last thing I cared to hear.
All reps are respectful and know what they do.
