The sales people almost trampled each other as I came into store. The guy in the electric scooter won the race. He was ok and was able to find what I was looking for.The reason for only 2 stars is the customer service reps. They were very rude and when they called to set up a time for delivery, I asked that they make it late as possible, the customer service rep AGAIN was rude and said she couldnt make that happen it would be there when it gets here.The delivery guys were wonderful.
They are in bankruptcy. I am never going to get my order. When they were open they couldnt delivery on their promises. Avoid at all costs. I am still fight with there credit card company three months later to get the charges of my order reversed. In addition I was charged a delivery fee for product I am never going to get. The icing on the cake is the credit card company is still holding me responsible for the delivery fee. If I could give this company less than one star I would.
My husband and I were there a couple weeks ago to purchase a rocker recliner chair. We had the best service ever. The salesperson (Carl) was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping us find the right chair and it was a good price. I am very happy with the purchase and the service I received there. It may be a new company, but it was a great place to do business! Best service ever!
We ordered a $900 mattress before Christmas. The purchase experience in the store was fine, no problems there. Delivery was scheduled for February. I just contacted them to reschedule the delivery and was told that we wont be getting our mattress because the company filed for Chapter 11. They said we would have to dispute the charge with our bank to get our money back. Not happy!

We visited today looking for great liquidation deals. However the tag prices absolutely do not feel like they are liquidation level. I feel their advertising is hyped.
Went into the store on 9/4, just to look and see what they had. The sales staff was curious and didnt pressure us to buy anything. We did end up buying a few things.Now why the one star? DeliveryWe originally scheduled to pick up the order up on 9/19. Called a few days before to make sure the order was ready, it wasnt. No big deal, it happens, so we rescheduled for 9/26. Again, called a few days before to ensure the order was ready, it wasnt. Rescheduled again for 10/6. Went in on 10/2 to ensure that everything was on track. To no ones surprise, the order was delayed again. This time we were told one of the items wasnt ready. So we split the order, part of pick up 10/10 the other for 10/13. Went in today, 10/9, and was most of the items where there but the truck was being unload and we would be getting a call to confirm that the items where there. We did not get a call back, so I called. After waiting on hold for quite a while, i was told that my items were in fact NOT there and we would have to reschedule.We NEVER received a call or any sort of notification that the order was being delayed. On top of that, we were told that the items were there at first then were not.Edit: We went to the store 10/10 and spoke with both managers on site. In the end we could not get a firm delivery date and tentative date we where given was another month out. We ended up canceling the order.
I had a wonderful experience at Loves. Staff member greeted me at the door then made sure we did not walk around the store without being helped. Sarah greeted us within a few minutes after walking to the show room floor amd was very helpful on picking out furniture. She made us feel comfortable and excited about our purchase. Thank you so much Loves, cant wait to receive our furniture.
I went into Loves the other day not expecting a whole lot. Boyyyy was I wrong. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was was greeted and assisted in a timely manner. I was assisted by Sarah and she helped me find a amazing bed for myself and she helped my toddler son find a great bed as well. She answered all my questions and concerns! She was super patient with me, she was also AMAZING with my wild child who is 4. She answered all of his questions with as much enthusiasm as he had asked. I was super impressed. Definitely going back to purchase the beds and pick out new living room furniture!!! Thank you Sarah and loves for all the help!
Thankful they came to replace Art Van empty business. The prices are fair & the quality of furniture are beautiful. To be so new to our area they had what I was looking for. The store salesman David that assisted me with my purchase was very helpful & refreshing that made my day all the better.

Delivery times have been pushed and pushed and pushed again. Little to no communication, or information when I can actually get in contact with anyone to check in regarding the furniture I paid for in full back in October. In stock, on back order, in stock and “reserved”, back order again, no check in to let me know the date has been pushed again. Incredibly unorganized as a company as of now and I’m extremely disappointed. I understand this is a new company and delivery times are tricky specifically right now, but the lack of communication sets it over the edge for me as a customer.I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau since nobody wants to answer my calls or emails on getting over 2,000 refunded since at this point I’m pretty sure I’ll never see those couches! Shame on this company for opening way too early and scamming all these people.
What a joke. I ordered furniture on November 1 and today it still hasnt arrived. I called and they have no idea when it will arrive. Amazing - they had no problem taking my money on November 1st and now I have to wait 3 days to get it credited back. Stay away from this place - pretty shady.

I stopped in the loves furniture store I found the furniture set that I liked I bought it on the spot I arranged to have my furniture dropped off at 12:00 on Tuesday I received a text message that says please confirm your appointment I confirmed i waited 8 hours . The furniture told me they hire a third party they have no way to contact them they sent them emails I stayed home for 8 hours talk to the store manager about five times he did confirm that it was on the truck he said they cannot go home until all the deliveries are made waited 8 hours never got my furniture call the store the manager told me at this point I dont think youre going to get it and I encourage you just to get your money back....sad what a joke
Went in today to purchase a couch for my new home. Went in and found exactly what I’ve been looking for at an amazing price! My mother even walked out with furniture of her own! The employees were amazing and helped us every step of the way. Sherry helped us with everything and she was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!*update*So, I will keep the rating where it is, solely because the store did an awesome job. With that being said, I still have not received my furniture. My delivery has been pushed back 3 times so far. I called the first time and they had no idea why I didn’t receive my items. The second time, they said my one item was on back order, and told me my new delivery date. Now today, supposed to be delivered, still nothing! Again, I had to call and was told that my item is still on back order. It’s extremely frustrating getting a run around answer. Not to mention, I’ve had to call every single time! Why can’t they send a courtesy email or phone call stating the delivery has changed, instead I’m home all day waiting for no good reason. This is the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever received customer service wise. Which is a shame since the store did a get job. Everything else after the fact has been literal hell. At this point I’m just hoping to ever receive the items I’ve purchased...

After a long wait, the sales person came back with a list, it took us quite a while to decide from the list, after finally setting on a couch and love seat, the sales person said that, it wasnt in stock!! Then we asked if our second choice was in stock, nope! Are you kidding me! I literally asked, whats in stock!? Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time.
Helpful, courteous, very friendly. I was there with my friend and her 2 children and the gentleman who was helping us even took the time to conversate with the kids. Prices seemed reasonable, furniture was very nice quality. I would highly recommend Loves.
I bought a mattress and and adjustable platform for the mattress. Prices were comparable of better then other places, good selections, no pressure on the sales. My salesperson, Michelle, was outstanding and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!
Purchased furniture in September and am still waiting on deliveries, which they have scattered over the last three months. Customer service is quite poor and there is little to no communication with their clients, and they seem quite clueless as to timeliness on deliveries. If youre trying to get answers or information, youll need luck. Salespeople on the floor are great, but everything that comes after making a purchase is absolutely sub-par.

Ordered a couch almost 3 months ago and was told we would have it first week of December. No call from loves. I contacted them and was told that it was now the end of December. I never heard anything from them again and now I’m being told end of February or beginning of March. I completely understand the delays especially during this current situation we’re all in. But I can’t forgive the lack of communication on their part. Want to know hen the customer service is over? As soon as they are paid
My husband and I went in to look at lift chairs and the sales person Sarah Quimby was fantastic. She took time showing us the chairs and even helped my husband with what one was a better fit for him. Looking for a couch, had a sales guy follow me through the store like a vulture stalking roadkill. Never said a single word. Didnt ask what i was looking for, if i needed help. It was weird, odd definitely a great display of some the worst customer service I have been witness too.
Do not order from here. The customer service is good, but you will never get your order. I see other reviews now that their delivery has been a bad experience too. A dozen or more people all with the exact same story as mine. It was not until AFTER I paid for my furniture that I was told it would not be delivered for 3 weeks. I have since then had my delivery date changed FIVE times. None of the 5 times was I reached out to and notified about the change, but I had to call myself and inquire either less than 24 hours before it was supposed to arrive or after the delivery didnt show up. I was told one day that my furniture would be arriving the next day, and when it never showed up the next day, I called in and was informed it would not show up for AT LEAST another week, and half my order wouldnt be in for at least 3 weeks -- this is 24 hours after they told me it was arriving to my house THAT DAY. I told them that I had already moved out my old furniture after being assured it was coming, I had removed doors from hinges in order to fit the furniture in, but all I was told they were sorry and there was nothing they would do about it. I asked if there was ANY compensation for what should be an embarrassing performance on their part, and they offered me a $50 gift card. I have THOUSANDS of dollars worth of furniture not showing up, no where to sit in my house, no one at this store who seems to care enough to contact me when they bumble my order, and the only thing they do is offer a $50 gift card.... to a place I cant get even my initial purchase from anyways?!It appears the store commented back on someones bad review and said they were taking action to be able to rectify these horrible experiences for people... but here I am a month after that comment and it looks like nothing has changed. Dont be fooled by the store commenting and saying they are fixing things, these comments are weeks before my current experience.Update: to date, still no manager has called me as they promised. I was told today when I called to confirm that my furniture was coming on Wednesday 12/2, like I was told in the most recent update, that no one has even scheduled a delivery for me and my furniture is at least 3 weeks out. This is ludicrous! I have also emailed the help address below, like they commented, and emailed the store -- no one has emailed me back.
Sarah was very helpful. She spent a couple hours with us. She moved around furniture in different arrangements, for us to see if and what drew out different colors, to match what we wanted. She was very honest in giving her opinions. My husband hopes she getting paid what she’s worth!

This company is awful! We had issues from the moment we tried to order with them. The order kept getting messed up and they had to start over taking over an hour. Then we find out they charged us for the same warranty multiple times making a refund of almost $2000... which we still have not seen. Then today (almost 2 weeks after ordering and being told items would be in stock) they only deliver 1/2 our order telling us there was a glitch and my items are out of stock and Id have to wait for them to come in stock. The manager was understanding, but did not do one thing to try and keep me as a customer. They stated they will refund for the furniture that I did not get and that was the end of it. NEVER will I shop here again.

Bought a new bed and mattress in October still havent recieved. After two failed attempts to recieve the truck showed up and our house yesterday with no mattress and the wrong platform. The delivery drivers said this was their first week and has happened at every delivery. Buyer beware. And the customer service is awful. No one calls you back and no one seems to know whats going on? Poor business.

Went to Battle Creek store to purchase Flexsteel furniture. Not given a couple minutes to look before they pounced on me. Hate this !!! When I found a set, the guy said they cant accept Cash, they were charging $199. to deliver and with the amount the set cost that shouldve been free. So I left and went to Schoolcraft and got alot better deal. Loves is no different than Art Van and look where they ended up.
I got my furniture from the floor models, the day before they filed bankruptcy. I was lucky. Others were not. Feel sorry for people that put money down on their purchase that they may never see. :(
The BC store is beautiful. There is so much to choose from however good luck getting your items delivered. We ordered furniture December 5th and it was supposed to be deliveted Dec 19, 2020. Called the 20th its not in warehouse. So we changed color to one that was in the warehouse and Rescheduled Dec 30th. Guess what? No delivery it was on hold they didnt know why. We cancelled asked for a refund they said it could be up to 30 days. With their bankruptcy issues I doubt we will ever see it. DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU TAKE IT DIRECTLY HOME YOUSELF!!! This furniture store would get a 5 star if it didnt have delivery or communication issues.

I had furniture delivered on Friday February 12. We instructed the delivery guys that the legs needed to be taken off the couch in order to fit through the door. They still continued to try then eventually they finally took 2 of the legs off. We didnt realize at first that they damaged my door frame and the door jam. Now who is gonna pay to have this fixed!
Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT shop here. We have been waiting a month for delivery of one piece of our sectional as they screwed up and brought the wrong piece originally. We have been to the store 6 times and have had 3 delivery dates. Last week they blamed it on the store when in reality their notes said it was never put on the truck although we had the confirmation text. This week we got yet another confirmation and they just never showed up. Called the store and it says it’s on the truck but it never got delivered. They have our money and we do not have our furniture. The excuses are nothing short of concerning as we keep getting various answers as to who’s fault it actually is.

Awesome store, was greeted at the front door by Danielle. Was asked if I wanted assistance or to browse alone. I chose to browse by myself and when I found the sectional I was looking for chad helped me out. Would highly recommend making a trip to loves!Edit: January 5th, 2021So on my initial visit November 30th, 2020 I purchased a sectional and was told my delivery date would be December 15th, 2020. December 15th arrived and I did not receive my delivery nor was I notified that it wouldn’t be coming. I got In contact with customer service to see where my sectional was at and I was informed that it was on back order. I was then told my delivery date would be January 6th 2021. Today I called the customer service number again to confirm my delivery for tomorrow January 6th. I was informed that my couch was indeed still on back order and I would not be receiving it the following day. I was told the earliest date for me to receive it would be the beginning of March 2021. I’ve been extremely patient but I’m growing increasingly frustrated. No efforts have been made by your store to inform me of these changes. All information I’ve gotten I’ve had to seek out. I was told that I’d be provided with updates regarding my delivery however this has not happened. All I would like is the furniture that I spent my hard earned money on. Please make this happen, I’ve been waiting for over a month and I don’t want to wait another two.
Got delivered the wrong mattress and have been dealing with exchange for 3 days and I still cant get an answer when I will get the mattress I ordered. Worst buying experience ever. NEVER AGAIN

Paulette helped us pick out several pieces of furniture. The selection was decent and she was very helpful, even getting a piece out of storage so we could see it.
Noticed it’s no art van anymore but walked in. Limited selection maybe because the store had changed ownership, not sure. Same atmosphere as Art Van in that salesman rush you upon entry, but hey. Looked around, picked a few recliners and a sofa that my wife liked so purchased and scheduled a delivery for today. Never showed up and no phone call. I called went through the phone computer choices, found out that customer service has been updating orders with delayed furniture and delivery times. They had my address some never heard of house in Battle Creek. Wouldn’t have mattered because they did not even have my furniture to deliver. Ok stuff happens. Talked to customer service rep, Originally scheduled for October today September 18th but had to reschedule for October 2nd, ok no biggy. She sent me an email 15 minutes later letting me know that she was in the wrong month and re-re-scheduled for October 5th. Also forgot to get my cell number so they could call when in route. I know I could blow up here, and I have my suspicious here but I guess I’ll give them a chance. If the sign had not been different I would have thought I bought from Art Van. Everything except inventory was the same. Prices too. We’ll see what happens October 5th. Still waiting. Update: Our delivery finally showed up on the 5th, but the sofa they delivered was the wrong one. They were going to leave it as a loaner but the recliner wouldn’t work ( new ) so they took it back. I called the store and complained and was told they would call me the next day with a new delivery day with correct sofa. The new day is another 2 1/2 weeks. Hoping it’s the right one. I get things happen but this is just plain lack of attention. More attention to closing sale than fulfilling sale. Not a future customer. Russels country store has been our go to furniture store but we were in the area. So.... loves lost a future customer. Update: they brought another recliner instead of the sofa they ordered wrong so yes. Another wait. When does this end. Been on hold for an hour trying to get through. Nothing. Place blows. Update: 11-27-20 still no sofa, they have called and scheduled a delivery 4 times, no call no show every time, since I wrote this review. I think it’s been 2 1/2 months I loose track. I’m at a loss for words. How do they stay in business.
I paid IN FULL for my furniture and it NEVER arrived. 2 days now i have been trying to resolve this and find my missing furniture, the manager Josh was no help and just directed me to cooperate. These are SCAMMERS. save ur time and money.
