Super great service. I went in to buy a camera system and the employee was well educated and helped me to understand fully what the system would provide for me. At checkout my best buy card would not work. The employees of Best Buy got to the bottom of it and found out my card had been hacked and few purchases were made. They refunded my money and canceled my card and sent me a new one.
Very helpful in picking out a TV for my Mom. All Employees were masked with well fitting masks. Thank you Best Buy for keeping us safe.
I think this places has a great selection of headphones, and laptops for every need. I gave this place three stars because I felt very uncomfortable. I mean very. I think there should be a rule on the amount of times an employee can approach you and ask you if you need something or if they can help you. They probably mean well, but after a certain amount of time, it starts to get annoying and uncomfortable. I like to take my time and look around. I only went in to get some headphones, but as I am thinking of getting a laptop soon, decided to go browsing around. But when I asked for my headphones, the employee didnt ask to set it aside for me and gave it to the cashier and told me to wait in line. I was a bit confused, since I wanted to look around, but I decided to just wait. I let the cashier know I wanted to look around if that was ok. The cashier was understanding and said yes, so I walked away to see the products they had in store. Every time I went through a different aisle, I got asked if they could help, sometimes 4 times if I was looking at a product in the same aisle. I got asked by the same employee the same way about three times, so I am sure he didnt even remember he had already asked. I dont know if theyre obligated to do so or something, but it was very irritating. Maybe Best Buy is not doing so good, but it sure seemed well staffed. If its a commission thing, it only makes me not buy anything and leave. I only stayed because I really wanted to take my time on the laptop section and accessories. On top of that, I heard someone had stolen in the store and as I was looking at a product, an employee asked me if I needed something and kept waiting right next to me after I said no, thank you. I had to walk away because he kept his eyes on me. I guess they were figuring out what the person stole and were waiting for me to move from the aisle or something, but I just thought that was a bit rude considering I am a different person. Anyway, I know this is not the only store that seems to promote this behavior, but this was quite extreme in my opinion. I bought the headphones and was glad to get out of there. I wasnt being followed by any particular employee or being harassed (or at least I dont think so), but it felt like I was being profiled or followed, even if their words meant to be nice. If I need anything, I think I will be buying online or going to other stores to physically check the laptops out and buying online if I do have to buy from Best Buy. I hope they find better ways to relate to their customers and find better measures to protect the merchandise without following people.
Store was clean and easy to navigate and everything I was looking for was in stock. The staff was helpful as well the issue was finding staff. I had to hunt for someone to help me and then it took another several minutes for them to locate someone to help me.
Very disappointed. Went in person and found the exact laptop I was looking for. And bonus it was on clearance. They had the 1 on display, but no others supposedly, kept trying to sell me one $400-500 more expensive with less memory. If you dont have any left then mark sold out on the 1 on the floor at the very least!!!
Staff was unhelpful. Never offered to speak to me about a product or ask if I had further questions. They just took me to the aisle it was at and left me there. I asked someone about the specs, he didnt know that the specs were on the back of the box that he wouldnt let me look at. Very incompetent workers for a place that requires people with satisfactory communication skills.
I took my laptop to get a screen fixed. The guy asked one question, NEVER LOOKED AT THE MODEL OF MY MAC, and said they can’t fix it. Got the size of the screen wrong and told me my computer was discontinued in 2011. My model was released in 2015 and it took me 4 seconds to google that. The first place we took it after Best Buy took it no problem. They obviously do not know what they are doing with Apple products even though they are “Certified Apple”

They pride themselves in customer service yet fail at it. When entering I was asked what I was looking for. I said an alarm clock. I was sent to the wrong area of the store. No big deal. I look and look and eventually find 2. In a weird area. Again no biggie. Lots of people trying to appear busy walked right past me while I was obviously looking. Wasnt sure the 2 I found were anything I was interested in. Decided to hunt someone down and ask if thats all they had. Before I could even get my question out I was interested and told where other ones were. Totally different spot then the original 2. Lol whatever. I look and decide I like one of the 2 better then the 6 available in this new spot. I pay and as Im leaving I tried to explain to the greeter what happend. Just that she had sent me to the wrong area and that they were located in 2 places. She decided to interrupt me as well and say good for you. Guess me being helpful wasnt appreciated. Lol

Usually a good selection of quality electronics. Many of the employees are extremely knowledgeable about their products, but not all of them. Sale items are usually a good deal, but I see identical models online at lower prices. Brick and mortar is still the way to go if I want it right now. For that reason, I give them 4 stars.
If you are shopping for a phone ask for Royce. If he does not have the answer he knows someone who will. Great service as always.
Surprisingly small. I didnt think Best Buys that small were a thing. Selection of things to purchase (that I was interested in) was pretty barren. Aside from that, a clean and standard location.

We recently purchased a gas range from this store and I was blown away by the staff. Sure they were attentive and said hello, but on top of that they were honest and knowledgeable about the products and tech they carried. I would absolutely recommend this store if youre looking for any sort of new tech or appliances... Even more so if you would like to speak to an expert.

They were surprisingly helpful as I returned the Lenovo Alexa device purchased online and bought the 8in Amazon Alexa. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable in that department and I appreciated the time he spent in explaining the differences in the devices. Im pleased with the purchase, and will return!
Just went in to get my phone checked out. A gentleman greeted my daughter I at the door . He was polite and asked what brings us in. He sent me to the Geek Squad and said, ( have you made an appointment?) (Because you have to set appointments.) I didnt know that. They took me in right away and did what needed to be done. I am grateful.
Never have what I am looking for and when I actually did find something listed online and said in store pick up it wasnt available without other purchases

Amazing costumer service! I called to find out what a subscription charge was for my grandparents account (they don’t remember signing up for it, but knowing the plan they cover I know they did) and they where able to let me know and how to cancel it. Thank you guys for always being amazing.

By far the safest Best Buy Ive been to so far. They have a check-in station when you come in so theres not a whole bunch of people flocking to one area. Staff were friendly too, and I found what I needed quickly.

Customer service was great, had purchased an external drive was given an internal drive, took back next day and they exchanged it . I didnt have my receipt, looked up purchase by my number and was out in just a matter of minutes.

I bought a charger for my new Samsung cause apparently chargers are included with these expensive phones anymore. So Im glad Bestbuy was still around to buy a real Samsung fast charger and not some cheap gas station one.

Went there looking for a 128gb Ipod and a new laptop. No one seemed like they cared if you got service or not, second time it was like this. I will go elsewhere.
I was there for 10 minutes, and, had 4 workers ask me if I needed help .
Have sat on hold for an hour an a half between local and toll free numbers before they both disconnected suddenly. I could have gotten help from the VA faster than this. At this point there is NO question why Amazon is going to put you out of business.

The experience at Best Buy is spotty, at best. It depends on the store and the availability of qualified staff. Prices are generally competitive and the company does price matching for online competition.
My husband and I purchased a tv 2/20/21. The sales person was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I was not happy to purchase this item knowing he was going to get commission. He had a snow hat on and sunglasses. Not a good impression. He talked like a sarcastic know it all. Im impressed with the CHEAPER tv. If we come back we WILL NOT talk with him again.

After many years of dealing with Best Buy today I decided why amazon is taking over the online shopping world.I ordered my son the Rift VR headset for Christmas, selected that it was gift and then it was delivered in its original box.... a month before Christmas.When I called to speak with customer service they informed me that if something is ordered through Best Buy online, it will be shipped in the original box.So here is your warning... purchase those online orders through amazon, they hide boxes upon request and automatically near Christmas.
Terrible experience. After trying to call and see if they had something in stock, only to find out they no longer accept incoming calls, we went into the store to buy a new computer. We were there 20 minutes after checking in at the front counter with still no help? Finally a lady came back to the computer department and proceeded to help another woman who came in after us, so apprently check-in wasnt really for anything either. They are a HOT mess, try to avoid if you can. They are out of 1/3 of the products storewide as well.
Found exactly what I wanted. A new vacuum cleaner and a cd, album, radio. It was quick and easy and the salesmen were very helpful.

We get all our electronic there....miss having all those music cds / DVDs though. I understand things are changing to streaming services, but some of us like buying a dvd or cd now and then.
Worst experience in a retail chain ever! No one knows what they are doing and the customer service is abysmal. I spent nearly $6000 in this store on appliances and I was told that I would have guaranteed dates for delivery on the appliances. They lied and and we found out that corporate can’t even guarantee the merchandise to arrive on time and that it could be delayed by 3 weeks to a month past what we were told. They also told me that as a customer I should shop around as They (Best Buy) are having trouble honoring orders on time. I will never shop with this company again. They do not know how to do their jobs let alone help the customer get what they paid for.
I definitely recommend the curbside pickup here. I ordered online on Black Friday, got a text that my order was ready, told them where I parked when I pulled in, and they brought out my items within 15 minutes. So easy.
They are always helpful, and point me in the right direction when I am aimlessly wandering the store looking for something.
The sales person was both informed and willing to help compare products without pushing for the most expensive. Great service.
This Best buy is one of the few places that seems to always have enough people on staff to help. I appreciate the fact that they dont harass you but make themselves available.

I Called and asked about a Lav Mic! The guy didnt want to help at all. I was told I had to pay geek squad to get an answer. Any other company such as guitar center or music manor in Lansing would answer all your questions and direct you on what you need. I will just wait for a real company to open back up. I do not recommend this store!!

Ordered a chest freezer online. Recieved email communication that it was ready for pickup. Went to location and was treated awesome. Order was ready and they professionally loaded it as well.
Has great electronics that were also cheaper because of after Christmas sales, was able to buy an open box inspiron with a Ryren 5 and readeon r9 graphics for $800 including tax and a protection plan as well as a astro a40 tr with mix amp pro combo for $200 which is $50 saved for the headset alone and over $350 saved for the laptop was a great experience and the only con to buying from here is that tech is usually expensive and best buy changed their policy for their protection plan which is now on a scale from the price of the item instead of being a flat out fee that unless I am wrong was something like 13 dollars for a 3 year protection which was great but now isnt as good all in all still pretty good to buy tech from but not PC parts as they do not sell high end items for PCs like 1080tis
I went in to get a gaming PC. 6 cases in stock. That’s it, absolutely pathetic attempt to keep themselves a company in the Battle Creek. On another occasion I had a Geek Squad representative give up right when I handed him my computer which was 5 years old as he said “the cut off for repairs is 5 years” didn’t look or have a second thought to his day. No one cares about their service just there to get paid!
Went in to pick up order. Had 2 bread makers that was to heavy to pick up. I asked if someone could help me carry them to my car. Im 70. She said there is a cart over there to put them in. I had to take them out myself. Never again will I order anything from them. Poor customer service.
I bought a carpet cleaner today a Hoover Pet brand and the cleaning solution with it which said 19.99 and at the counter they said it was 21.99 and I told them it was 19.99 so they looked on their phone then physically walked back to the location and switched the tag price and product around and came back and said no its 21.99 after waiting at the cash register for about 10 minutes I said ok I dont want it and got the other and noticed they changed the tag and product around instead of they probably forgot to do that awhile ago and for two dollars had me wait but I still bought the other product for 19.99. Customer service is a thing of the past.
They got new tech stuff like phones and keyboards and other modern tech. If your building a pc or a tech person youll have to go online or a place like microcenter or frys electronics.

Fantastic customer service. Employees were very polite and helpful. By far the best experience I’ve had at a Best Buy in the area. Including south bend Benton Harbor and Kalamazoo. Battle Creek deserves 5 stars.
