Im gonna miss this store but I loved that 30% discount on a new blanket

Love love love this store! Theres so much to choose from here! It is a bit pricey but I know that when I purchase from this store, I get what I actually see..meaning that every product that Ive bought from here either met my expectations or went beyond them. I also love the fact that if something isnt quite right with something I purchase, they dont make a big fuss about returning it. The staff has always been wonderful when Im in there. They help me with any questions I have and point me in the right direction. The store is pretty much ALWAYS clean! One of my favorite places to shop.

I would give them a higher score but their prices are too high. It is an interesting store to look around in and I have bought stuff there before. Their selection is somewhat limited although their internet site has much more.

This is always a good store. The shelves have a huge amount of merchandise. I think they have excellent bedding and kitchen items. The staff is always helpful and the store is clean and well-lit.

Ive only had one bad run in with an employee. I think she was just having a bad day. However there is a particular employee there that is very helpful, always cheerful & seems to love her job as well as helping others in anyway!

Everyone was very helpful. They even reminded me to use my coupon.

We arrived at the doors at about 5 minutes after 6 p.m. not realizing that they closed at six. We paused for a moment outside the doors discussing where else we were going to go. Thats when Hailey graciously opened the door and asked if we knew exactly what we were looking for, which we did. She took is directly to the item and we got checked out in less than three minutes. Outstanding customer service!!!

They have a lot of stuff on clearance right now. I usually end up finding things I dont need and buying them. I have been happy with the Bialetti Titan 12 pan that I bought. My only issue this visit is the item I went in there for, a small appliance caddy, wasnt in stock. An employee did offer to order one though.

Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the products that they sell. Also, I will explain a issue and/or product that I am looking for and they almost always figure out what I am looking for and find it for me quickly. Very reasonable prices for quality products. Becoming one of my favorite stores for my household needs.

Sorry to see this store close. Will be missed

Went to fill a gift from a registry, but the list was staggeringly huge. The associate who helped us try to find the gift on the list waited, and waited, and waited for us to try to find it on my phone. She went the extra mile when I finally got exasperated and gave up, then printed it off and in her graciousness found it on the list, and a couple days later, it was shown as purchased. This happened AFTER we left! You dont see customer service like that often any more, my gratitude abounds!

Its Bed, bath and beyond, standard chain location. We waited awhile in a short line, but thats okay. I found what I needed quickly and the staff were kind. No one asked us if we needed assistance though.

This is a good place for a selection of bath and kitchen items, they dont have everything but what place does.

Battle Creek store is closing there doors we are losing another store its very 😥 sad to see all of the stores in the mall are also closed theres no reason to give stars today is Black Friday and theres nothing here.😞

I love this place. The coupons dont really expire. Its clean and very friendly and helpful associates.

I worked here while I was still in high school. The staff treated me horribly, the manager Diana being the worst.(for example when she first called me to tell me I got the job I said great! And her reply was “doesn’t sound like you’re too excited. Maybe I should’ve given the position to someone else). They took advantage of me for being so young and naive and constantly made comments making me feel stupid.Not to mention the store is always unorganized, but I was a cashier and was not allowed to leave the front at any costs.Horrible place.

Going out of business so prices are jacked way up so corporate makes money..

Great service from the staff at Harper Village Bed Bath and Beyond on Beckley Road in Battle Creek. Didnt find exactly what I went in looking for, but I found an alternative an left happy. Love BB and B.

Quiet, pleasant, no pressure but sales personal letting you know they were there if you needed to find anything. Always fresh and new items there!!

Usually dont like going here but i found some really good clearence deals and when I asked for service they were quick to help.

Went in last night to pick up gifts off a wedding registry. The customer service woman was warm, friendly and very helpful. Prices were reasonable, and the have a complimentary boxing/wrapping station in there store that was great. To wrap all of my gifts I was leaving the store a few minutes after they officially closed and there was no pushing me out or rushing only friendly thank-yous.

I walked in there to get some pillowcases and got them on clearance. I also found a full Queen Set of bed covers on clearance. Wow what a great day to stumble into deals like those.

We were very impressed with our customer service we received!

Started a gift registry with my fiancé and we were hounded so much we ended up leaving. At one point we were even criticized for one of our selections. This is already so overwhelming and the manager and consultant made it worse.
