I went in there to get a new phone because mine was broken. It was a great experience. The person working there was name Brennan and he was able to help me get a new phone. He was kind and helpful.All and all he made the process easier. The experience was a 10/10, I will be going back if I have a problem.

My phone has had issues, that this location has not helped or fix.The Alcatel company said to call them when I get back to the location so they can do their job right.

I went in to get my screen protector replaced that was not done right the first time. I was told by the employee that the owner had done it, and the transaction was not in the system. I showed the employee my bank statement, justifying my transaction. We then contacted the owner, and I was told I needed to buy another screen protector. I would strongly suggest to not do business with this store. Very shady and not professional.
