After shopping here for 2 to 3 years I have noticed a big decline in their customer service, hospitality, as well as their willingness to help customers to make sure that they are getting exactly what they need. I recently decided to use their ready to press sublimation transfers after being told by the male owner that they could be used for any fabric as well as color. Turns out that was not true. In addition, in my email I included that it was being printed on a black shirt, lastly their website says nothing in the instructions about needing additional material for sublimation on dark colors. Knowing that there are many different methods of pressing on cotton as well as darks. I was very unpleased that they totally ignored me in-store in my face. I loved them when they were more about making sure customers had exactly what they needed. I, as well as, many of my fellow crafters no longer urge to shop with them like we used to.

I love shopping at M&M Vinyl & More! I live very close to three other places where I can get materials from for my crafting business. However, I choose to drive to M&M because of their selection, prices and, most importantly, their staff. The owners are very nice people and the staff they have is amazing. I always have questions and theyre always there to help; doing so with a smile on their face. They even remember who I am and my name every time I go into the store. I absolutely love this place! Desiree, affectionately known as Des and her husband Eddie is always running around making sure that the store runs smoothly. Theyve become like a second family to me! At the beginning of the pandemic when they couldnt let anyone in the store, they offered curbside service and they never missed a beat. I can not thank them enough for that because my small business never missed a beat. Let me brag about the staff.....They are ALWAYS friendly and very helpful. This is definitely my one stop shop. I have shopped here several times and have never been too impressed with their customer service. This time I felt that I was being watched while shopping and noticed I was. The employee said that they were checking to see if vinyl needed to be restocked but proceeded to go and sit behind a computer. Needless to say I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I love this place! I don’t make stuff but someone told me about this store for buying blank shirts to have someone else make stuff, and I’m so glad they did. Great products and great service!

I really don’t think I will be visiting this vinyl store anymore. I have been a loyal customer and I hate to walk in and deal with the blonde. She always have an attitude. Today made my last visit. I asked will they get the sweatshirts for sublimation in again. She responds we never had that. Sweatshirts is made of cotton. I said ok and she was walking away from me talking. I will politely take my coins somewhere else. They will lose a lot of business because of her. I’m sorry for spending the thousands with them in the past. I think most of her attitude comes from her going through the change. I think there is medicine to help balance that. Today was the last day she holler and disrespect me.

I can’t stress how much I LOVE this place! Everyone is so helpful and nice! Whether you buy one item or 20 items, you get the same attention and great customer service!

We own a small business and usually purchase all of our items from this store. The staff has always been friendly, with the exception of today. I arrived to pick up my items and my newborn had fallen asleep in the car. I didnt see their usual sign outside that directs you to call for a pickup so I called the store and asked if someone could bring my items since my baby had fallen asleep. The young gentleman said sure no problem, and that he would bring them right out. About a minute later, the door opens and a lady with blonde hair in full attitude walks up to my car. Before I could mutter thank you and explain my daughter had fallen asleep, she rudely puts her hand up, cuts me off and says ok, ok, I do not appreciate or like rude customer service to someone I am patronizing. If it was that big of a deal, I could have just been told on the phone that they were unable to bring the items. It was literally 5 steps from the door. Not good business practice M&M!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! The first time I called and asked a question, one of the owners took my order and allowed me to pick it up later. The next week I visited the store during opening hours and they’ve been like family since. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and Great prices. They’re always there to welcome you in and show you what they have new. I just love them.

I am literally here EVERYDAY! The service is amazing they have a wide variety of options and I love it! I’ve never been inside due to them doing on curbside because of covid but I cannot wait until I can see all the options!

If you are looking for a place to purchase vinyl and or vinyl blanks with friendly service and affordable prices you found it. I felt like a kid in a candy store they have any and every kind of vinyl you could want including printed! I have a small home based business so I am frequently in situations that I need to pick up an extra blank or vinyl and the prices are fair enough for me to actually make a profit which is more than I can say for other shops similar to this one. They also carry items and materials for embroidery! If I could rate them higher I would this is the best choice for your craft or small business needs in the East Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston, Ibberville, and West Baton Rouge Parishes hands down!

Love this place. I live about 25 minutes away but I trek to Industrialplex because M&M Vinyl always has what I need and I can count on them being very helpful for any project I am working on.
