2 huge pieces of quartz which were unavailable from anywhere in greater Baton Rouge. It took some time for their schedule and for the supplier to ship, but the result and the quality is etched in stone and their price is more than reasonable for what we had decided. Thank you Pompeii Custom Stone.

Great service will locate the stone you want

I was a client of Noras for a remodel and spent quite a bit of money with her shop for flooring material and counter tops for a 3000sqft house. This was in 2014. Our home flooded in 2016 so I reached out to Nora to have them remove our very expensive quartz countertop so that we could reuse it. They came out and did that for us. When it came time to put the quartz back in I called Nora with Pompeii Stone and she sent a crew out. They placed a few pieces back on the cabinets and left saying they would be back to finish the job. They never came back and they took a few pieces to be cleaned back to their shop. I called Nora about a dozen times and she said she would put us on her schedule...that never happened. I had to go by her shop and pick up the pieces of quartz so that my tile contractor could install when he did the bathroom. I still have one piece of granite to be installed at our fireplace and 4 pieces of back splash to be installed in our master bath. This is a very small amount of work to finish the job they started but I cannot get it done by Pompeii Stone. The last few times I have called I have been put on hold so I stay on hold long enough that I just get hung up on. This is not how I was treated when I first used them for our remodel. I will change this review if I am able to get this job competed by Pompeii Stone.
