Great service at this location! I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I didnt need it but once I got to the register the young girl who checked me out was super sweet and fun! With her great attitude and funny persona she managed to get me to sign up for the Ulta CC and saved me 20% on my bill which was over $200. Def recommend this location and cant wait to move to BR and visit this location more frequently.

Horrible experience considering I spent a considerable amount of money!!!I misread my $10 off coupon. Its for online or curbside pickup only.I really want to know if I should return my items and order them for curbside pickup to get my $10 off???I guess so.So ridiculous considering thats what Ill have to do!I guess its my fault.But, is it deceiving for me to return and get curbside pickup?

First walked in, I was not greeted by the 4 gossiping front counter cashiers. When I found the area I needed, I was greet & asked if I needed assistance. Once she helped, she pointed me in the direction of the other area I needed. The store associate in the area was very helpful. Wished I remembered their names. I was distracted because I got caught in rain and was soaked.

I came in, and had to flag someone down for help. After that, the customer service was amazing. The girls were extremely helpful. Will start getting a lot of drug store items from here as well. Better service than that other place. You know where I’m talking about. Lol.

Normally this location has everything I need, however they were severely low or completely out of stock on several items . Also only had one cashier which is unusual for a very long line. No other staff came to help her. Hopefully next time will be better

Went in with a mile long of questions about proper skin care, and all my questions were answered and I feel confident! Love shopping at this store, customer service is always off the charts.

Sometimes I like shopping in this store but what I hate the most is that I always feels like I’m being followed in the fragrance department. Maybe their theft is probably high in that particular department or whatever the case may be but not everyone shopping or looking around in the fragrance department is trying to steal. Every way I turned, the security guy, well I’m assuming he was although he was dressed in plain clothes, was right there looking and even when I was standing in the checkout line he was walking through the makeup aisle watching. I will be emailing corporate office to complain.

Great!! Found everything I was looking for. The line was very long (it was Christmas Eve so acceptable), but the cashiers kept the line moving very quickly!

They match me with all the wrong color,the foundation was to dark,the powder was too light,the lip color was for like a white woman not a dark skinned black woman.I dont know how to match make up..I think that the white ladies working there should learn how to match black skin tones..I spend alot of money they not cheap.So I was happy to go home and do my makeup..I looked like homie the clown 🤡

I love Ulta!! 🙋 The staff is always super helpful and on hand to give suggestions. I like that they have a point system to earn toward free products, or discount. Another perk is their Birthday present. (Extra points are earned in your Birth month) There have been a few times that after leaving the store, and using products that were recommended, I wasnt satisfied. I was pleased to learn that you can return them within a certain period. Havent had a bad experience yet!

Upon shopping at Ulta, my husband was followed by a security guard in the fragrance department. The entire time other shoppers visited the area and was not harassed. This security guard only stayed around my husband while trying to shop.Upon us leaving we passed in front and seen she decided to move around the, but not until my husbands exit.This was his first and LAST time entering Ulta due to this incident. I have left a comment for their corporate office to contact me and I will follow up with a call to the manager in the morning.

I dont know anything about make-up, but I do know a lot about customer service. While hanging out waiting on my wife and daughter select some cosmetic products, I witnessed two employees leave their posts and assist my wife on two different occasions on the same visit. Both employees hung out until all questions were answered and my wife was satisfied. Excellent in my opinion!

Amber, the brow expert at The Benefit Brow Counter, is AMAZING! She’s so friendly and does a great job on my brows. The brow wax is on the higher price end, but honestly the best brow service I’ve ever gotten. She makes going to the store worthwhile. The rest of the store is fine (I’d give this whole review a 2 if it werent for Amber being so great), but the store is always out of products. It’s really frustrating. The Ulta brand in particular is always poorly stocked.

The salon is toward the back of the store. It may take a moment for someone to see you but when they do it is a smooth interaction. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a hair color appointment. My stylist was wonderful and we had a good conversation. I would like her not to be interrupted by other customers or by ringing phones. Those interruptions just prolonged my appointment.

Went to ULTA for 2 brow bar appointments. At our first appointment time, the brow expert was just starting with another customer. The brow expert acknowledged that she was running behind and could tell that I was not too happy. At the end of the second appointment we were discounted since we had to wait past our appointment time. I am grateful for that and always appreciate when stores do what they can to make the situation right! Thank you!

Took my girlfriend here and asked a simple question to one of the associates, and they straight up made up a lie about a certian product. If you dont know, then just be honest.

My first visit to Ulta and I was underwhelmed. There were empty racks where lipsticks should have been. The salesperson was disinterested. Check out was slow and inefficient. There are no gift bags there making it very inconvenient to shop there since I had to make another stop. Might give another location a try but then again the corner drugstore might be just as good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Saadia gave me a makeup application that I loved.

I prefer to shop online with Ulta but to be fair I also prefer to shop with Sephora(for the perks) online as well. The products I find often have been tampered with by customers. I can only hope returned items are not being restocked.

Today, I walked in Ulta Beauty with my daughter and husband in pursuit if fragrance from sales book (Marc Jacob Daisies). As we entered, an African-American security guard was standing near the entrance by fragrance section. Every single step I took she (the security guard) measured the same, like liquid. After it was noticeably obvious I walked out. Few steps to my car and I made a u-turn back to the store to voice my discomfort and ran across a sales associate. She was great and I know she understood my discomfort but no one else(upper management) was concerned; even when I called the store. Im sure it was the sales associate that was chatting with security!!!!! I have an understanding of why but not why I was profiled. I usually shop here on-line ONLY with an exception of 3 times within the last 1 but Im loyal enough that I receive sales books every month. I usually get hair products but at this point I think Ill consider going to JCPenney...its the same brand of products for less. Ill also be cancelling my monthly sales book too. Update: 11/28/2016I called the store approximately around 3:30p.m. I ask to speak to the STORE MANAGER and I spoke with one of the key managers instead (same as yesterday when I called). She asked what I needed and I explained that we spoke yesterday. She of whom remains anonymous from yesterday and today because she didnt give a name. Yesterday she said she didnt know when the manager would be scheduled. Mysteriously, the manger left 30 minutes before I called. I need to take this up a kitchen because I have spent hundreds of dollars with Ulta Beauty!!! Results will be updated soon.

It was my first time in Ulta today. I was looking for Yves St. Laurent Mon Paris in the travel size and Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation, which I had never been matched for. I must have wandered around the store for 15 minutes without anyone offering assistance. There were probably 10 employees working, several of whom walked right past me. No one made eye contact, smiled at me, asked if I needed help, or simply welcomed me to Ulta. In fact, the employees seemed to be AVOIDING eye contact and helping me. One girl in particular saw me eyeing the Estee Lauder foundation display, I mean I was clearly in need of assistance and motivated to buy. She passed right by me and seemed to give me a dirty look while doing so. It seemed very rude. They clearly dont want my business at Ulta. So I left and I will be continuing to purchase from Sephora instead, which has a larger selection and--more importantly--MUCH friendlier staff.

Putting a 5 inch square sign on ur door that says Hello Beautiful, well reopen when inventory is done is not good business. How about a large sign that says Temporarily closed for inventory. And who shuts down a whole store in the middle of the business day to do inventory???

What can I say after a messy and painful divorce I just wanted a change...James made me feel comfortable and I relax and I let him pick the cut and style and I loved it...he is a kind and wonderful person and always makes me look and feel good...

I came in with my mom one day and I tried asking an employee if she was busy just to create small talk and she tells me im always busy, i thought that was so rude and she did it in front of other people! If she had an attitude she shouldnt have came into work that day, someone needs to teach her customer service because she needs it desperately

Overall I like Ulta, but this location is just a big N. O. For me. I was excited for a new release of a product (double checked to make sure it was available in this store) and drove there two separate times in the week looking for the product. Management informed me they only restock once a week, but didn’t respond kindly when I asked what the point of saying something is “in stock” if not for a customer tool. Will stick to buying directly from the source and just not going through Ulta....buzzkill

I have been a customer of this store for years and have recently been treated with complete disrespect by the manager working at the time. My husband bought me a the large bottle of Jadore for Christmas and was suppose to recieve a mini bottle free with purchase. The store was out of the mini bottle and he was told to come back and ask for it when the store was restocked. Upon doing so, when we returned to the store the manager we originally worked was on vacation. The manager we ended up working with treated us like we were trash for asking. She rolled her eyes 5 times because she had to go look. She was rude to the employee for asking about it. She stomped off when I looked at her and told her to forget it. I will not be returning to this location. I will not recommend this store to friends or family. I am extremely disappointed the Ulta would hire someone who acts better than the people that shop the store and keep her in a job.

Walked in they spoke. Walked around for 20 mins no one asked if they needed any help. One employee ask me to move. Then she still did ask me if I need help. I was really excited about going to ulta. I rather shop on line. Poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. We went yesterday looking for lipstick ..... no one asked if they could help us. When we did find an employee( hiding among the shelves) she looked stunned we asked for help. They must not train the employees because she had no suggestions for lip stick and knew nothing about the products.

I was just going in for my bday gift and ended up buying a concealer and a brow product from colourpop. The staff was friendly especially the girls at the register.

Went in today and lady at check out spoke. None of there sales ladies offered any assistant at all. This will be the last time I go to this location.
