Awww yes i just love a store that closes at anytime it want from 8, 9, 10 o’clock. You will never know when their open or closed

So many pumps always out of service, or (even better) have the payment devices broken. Almost every time have to drive to another pump.You would think a busy location like this would mean its well maintained. You would be wrong.

Just left the store and had an horrible experience, went there arrow 12 noon and noticed a bad vibe especially from the young lady with the red hair, usually when I come the very nice and respectful lady Miss Aleshia usually checks me out (shes very kind and always have a warm smile every time I come there) but the other lady was very rude to her and also to me and before I call in to make a complaint I had to let everyone know how horrible the red hair lady is, if shes still there and something isnt done about her I will be patronizing another business. Im very proud of Miss Aleshia for being very professional and not giving into the very horrible atmosphere.

Although there was a line. It went fast. I enjoy the ice cream machine

Bathrooms are unclean n dirty

I was filling ice cream in a cup and didnt know I couldnt use the cup, so as Im filling it up one of the workers comes behind me,reaches between my arm and ribs without saying a word to snatch cup from my hand and throws it away, very disrespectful and who has the right to do such a thing? Ill never go back, also the rude woman couldve done that to someone with PTSD and could have given that person a panic attack or worse. Everyone else working at the time said I had done nothing wrong, that I couldve used the cup and would have been charged a little extra. #UNPROFESSIONAL

The girl working the register at noon on 7.12.20 had a lousy, sticking attitude & I will never go there again especially if I dont have the right change. She smarted off to me & was very rude. Suggest no one stops in for as anything at all. Better just to pass it by.

This location be closing the store between the hours of 1am and 4am. This is almost every other day.

I am giving this racetrack 5 Stars only because of two employees. The first is a young woman named Zaria. Racetrack is very lucky to have hired her. She always has a smile on her pretty face. She is very friendly and nice while being very professional. I live near racetrack so I am in there pretty much everyday. Every time I walk in the store and see her it brightens my day.The second employee is a young lady that works at night. Her name is Patrice. She is also very sweet and good at her job. I’ve noticed that she is kind to every single person who enters the store. She goes out of her way to be helpful. She has been so sweet to me and my husband. We are going through a rough tie right now and she always asks us how things are going. I feel like she really cares about us. Racetrack please give these two special employees a raise!! Not all of your people are as courteous and professional as these two. If I go in racetrack and don’t see one of these two ladies I just turn around and walk out because some of the other employees are not very pleasant. A couple are down right rude. Not all but some. Please hire more employees like these two. They are definitely an asset to racetrac.

Is this store 24 hours? As far as I know its supposed to be, however when my wife and I arrived tonight to get some stuff from inside the store, one person in a group of 5 standing near the door informed my wife they were closed. This was not an employee, although standing right next to him was an employee. There was a hand written note on both doors, presumably something akin to were closed didnt bother getting close enough to read what it said, I would give negative stars if I can, hate going to places that are supposed to be open and they are closed

Clean bathrooms. Gas pumps quick.

Only been a few weeks since the remodel and over half of the gas pumps were brokenand all out door credit card readers disabled. Took about 32min to get gas.

One of the most reasonably priced Gas Stations.... You can buy food, snacks, drinks, use the restroom nice clean Station

Bad Customer Service I literally went In this store to pay for Gas on Pump nine and the lady at the cash register was rude as hell yall no respect once so ever it happened on 8/30/2020 The lady that was so rude Name was KaylaThe Service their Stinks and they need new staff hired immediately

They just remodeled this store and it is great. I do wish they had expanded the size out a little like some of the other Race Tracs.

The last several times that Ive stopped for gasoline, I have been approached by different men at the pump station, and asked for money. Each time they have driven up to the pumps as if to get gas but instead have gotten out of their cars and walked up to me with a long story of why they need money. As a single woman, I do not feel safe stopping at this location any longer.

One of the managers was nice enough to offer to get a Sodapalooza 2017 cup for me when I asked if any where in stock. I have always had a pleasant experience at this Race Trac.

I tend to like Racetracs, but this is still one of the better ones... IMHO.

Very nice, clean gas station. Gas prices are the lowest in the area. Very busy spot, so at times you have to wait for a pump.

Options are cool, takes 5 days to replace out of order drinks

Race track has the best customer service.

Very Rude worker on 2pm shift when my kids and I visited this store. She had an attitude before the transaction started. VERY sad that the customer service associte acts as if she can not work w/the public. Very nasty attitude!

The lemonade was almost out, the ice was almost out. The bathrooms were some of the worst Ive ever been in.

I come for the gas and possibly a fountain drink. The staff is friendly and take care of me every time I come there.
