Love this store. They usually have some excellent products for sample and the staff is always friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Finest quality items sold here .Staff always insightful as well offering tips and recipes etc for their products. They helped me order an item that was out of stock while in store and got me free shipping on it, so it was just as good as them having it in stock and it comes right to my door

Without fail, every time I have shopped at this store I leave impressed with the staffs knowledge, efficiency, and friendliness. I just purchased some additional dinner plates for our current W.S. set, and once again the staff went above and beyond to ensure I got what was needed. The people here are quite an asset to this company.

Very bad service from an old lady.I was trying to ask a question about an item and didnt know she was with or in between conversations with the other customers.She turned very unhappy right a away and said Do you know I am still talking to someone I thought It was my bad and just said ok .After a while I decided to buy the item and I saw the lady walked into the cashier counter area and were not talking at all.I walked up and said I wanna buy that thingShe turned even more impatient and unhappy and repliedDo you know I am still with them How did I know she was still with someone.I turned very disappointed and walked out .Even if she was with someone ，she should have politely refused me and said she would help me later. That is not the way to do business.Sorry never be back again.I Just bought a noodle machine yesterday and bought stuff from this store every now and then before.Sorry forever bye to the store.Hope the manager can see this post .A bad salesperson will really ruin the business.

Pricey, but if you look, you can find some very good quality pieces. We had a registry there and they treated us very well.

My wife and I went in looking for a French press and wound up buying a Breville coffee pot. All of the staff is super knowledgeable and polite, especially James!
