They didn’t open on time. Says it opens at 10:00 AM on Saturday. But it is 11:00 AM and the doors are locked. This store really needs to get workers here in time. I see 6 other families waiting for it to open. But I did love the new things that they have added. Let’s see if they work.

Disorganized chaos is the only way to describe this place. It is not bad but it also is not an easy shopping experience.Dont be foolish to think you are getting a bargain on everything here. Some makeup items are over priced. Many decorative items are a great buy as well are plenty of the books. I made an amazing find or two!

Two days before Christmas and the store was still very easy to shop. I was expecting it to be a mess, as this store is very busy, but it was very easy to find what I was looking for. The line was long, as expected, but the wait wasnt long and the employees were pleasant. I will definitely visit again.

They always have a lot of deals. It used to be a great place to find bargains but they always have the same stuff. Once you go a few times there isnt much else they can offer you. Good for kids sticking stuffers though.

I love this store. The products are very durable, and the staff is very friendly. A lot of cosmetic, techical, crafty, and room decor. A huge candy section, and some clothes. It has everything, and i really enjoy coming here.

No body can beat the price $5 Dollars all day long.

I LOVE this store! They have cool random stuff you cant find anywhere else. Mary at the Baton Rouge location was very helpful and friendly. I was also welcomed by several other employees. The best thing about this store is that everything is $5 or less!... hence the name Five Below :)

You never know what you will find here. A good bit of it is cheap junk, but spaced within are many unique finds you didnt know you needed. The staff are usually funny and willing to help. The store can be messy at times but theres a few workers that really care to clean up. I always find something I didnt know I needed when I go browse. It may be a phone case, kids toy or candy from my childhood, but Im not walking out empty handed.

This place is fun to shop at because everythings 5 dollars and under. Five below is like if Ross and The Dollar tree decided had a baby. Theres an assortment of t-shirts, workout equipment, pet products, toys, electronics snacks and beauty products. I go here instead of the mall because its cheap but with variety.

Now I really love this store. And taking my baby girl and cousin there. Always a good deal. Well organized. And customer service is great.

Perfect place for stocking stuffers! They also have a bunch of phone accessories that are helpful. We got some cute head phones for the kids to listen to a movie in the car that fold up nicely for storage. Store is clean and staff are helpful and polite. We will be back for kids games and crafts.

I always try to go because it is awesome! They have great and popular things for really low prices. Last I went, they had Beanie Boos, fidget spinners, and things for slime! The workers are nice and helpful.

Fun to browse but not, OMG I must go back! And, some regular clean up / reorganizing needs to happen. (In their defense... some peoples children lack home training, leaving the store messy, just expecting the employees to pick up the mess.)

When this store first opened, it was pretty horrible in terms of organization. I hadnt been back in the longest time when I decided to give the store another shot. Upon reentering, there were employees everywhere busy cleaning and organizing the shelves. I came back a few days afterward and the store was entirely re-done. It looked amazing! Not only that, but it never went back to the way it was. I have been back several times since then.

They have a lot of basic needs and fun things at decent prices. It is a good place for little gifts also. Definitely worth checking out.

Nice place to shop for girl things. Not a very big selection for boys. I liked my experience there. The Employees were very courtious and helpful.

This store is a dream! Absolutely love it. They have more girl stuff than boy stuff. They have rugs, baskets, books, makeup... Lots of stocking stuffer types of things. They also have clothes and cute shoes. Will be coming back here a lot!

I love some Five Below! They have everything! Its like a dollar store but with way cooler stuff and nothing is over $5...You gonna drop some jack lol but not nearly as much as stepping into the Target next door!

Clean, great deals, and a great selection. Today I came in and met Jaylin (sp?), a superwoman, who was serving a line expeditiously on two registers at once! Ive never witnessed such coordination, atop great customer service, My friend and I left with great vibes. I hope she sees this - she deserves pay for two people!

Everything is 5 dollars and below. They have a lot more stuff than you would expect. An entire wall of headphones. Toys that you would not expect to pay 5 dollars for and a plethora of other stuff thats probably all made in China including clothes and work out equipment. Definitely try it out!

Unorganized items. Bins with prices listed, but its a toss up if what you picked is actually priced correctly. Waited 15 minutes in line just to be given a $5 price for a dollar item. I tried to explain that it was part of a bigger item, but there were several separated in the bins and its probably just a mistake. She didnt seem to care and just sarcastically repeated the price. I understand its a crazy time of year, expect long lines, and understand mistakes, but Im not sure the girl that was on register 2 around 3pm yesterday needs to be a customer facing employee. A simple Im sorry would have went a long way.

I first discovered the store in Apex, NC and was thrilled when I heard it was coming here. Friendly, helpful and patriotic too. The store is a sponsor of U. S. Veterans Corps in NC. A nonprofit organization serving the community and especially veterans.

Workers are always helpful and understanding of the kids wanting to play with everything. With everything being under $5 its easy to let kids pick something themselves.
