I came in to the store and bought a case of chicken and it was spoiled ..... I cant get in touch with nobody Ive been calling every day since I bought it

Bought some meat here. The meat was vacuum packed, the butcher unpacked it and then repacked it.Got home and the meat had green spots on it and smelled horrible.Gave it some time to breathe and it only got worse - had to throw it to the trash.Customer services is dismal - either they dont answer the phone or just roll the responsibility to other employees.

Customer service was good. The fried chicken had been cooked longer than was told to me and therefore not good, thus the low rating. However, the red beans and rice was very good.
