My mom and I came in and was greeted my Long at the door. From the moment we were greeted, I could sense he was going make sure our time here was going fun and easy. And indeed it was. Even though his masked covered it, I can tell he had the most contagious smile and it instantly made me smile. Not to mention he was such a looker ;-).We were looking for a few things as we were affected by Ida. He helped me find things that were available as we were not in a place where we could have waited for a long time for furniture. We had a wonderful experience. Roxi went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She did everything she could to ensure we would get our furniture delivered at the earliest date available. She walked the store with us several times looking for the perfect accessories to match the sofa and chair we picked out. She was friendly and we highly recommend her. She made our experience great! My fiancé and I are first time furniture buyers and we had no idea in which direction to go or what exactly we wanted. Roxi sat down with me for over 2 hours, moved furniture around, and showed me around the entire store to make sure that everything that I picked out was truly what I wanted. They had a great showroom. Super large and presentable. There were plenty of sale people to help you find what you needed. They do jump on you right when you walk in the door, which I absolutely hate, but that is to be expected in a comission based environment. We finally ended up with Roxy as our sales rep. She was super nice and we eventually found everything we needed. We will be back for a bed soon.

I’ve been to Rooms To Go on a many occasions. Walked in and made purchases, came back to make more purchases without a salesperson greeting me upon arrival in the store to assist so I walked right back out after looking . On today I returned and immediately Mr. Long got right out of the chair with other salespersons and greeted my son and I and ask is there anything he can help me with. I love his bubbly spirit and his knowledge of the furniture as well as his time. Need a many more like him . After that experience with him I decided to get two beds instead of one . I am indecisive and she helped me come to a decision. I was nervous to buy a dining set with upholstered chairs, but she informed me I could purchase a protection plan on the chairs for 3 years in the event of stains/tears. SOLD!In fact, I was trying to keep my 4 year old busy while we completed the transaction while also trying to text my husband the info she was providing me. I had been there a while shopping, and was so thirsty, so she went to their break room and got me a bottle of water!Also, the team member who originally greeted me when I arrived, but was occupied with another customer when I was ready to move forward, was Kylee (Also-- good lashes lol)As far as quality, I bought a kitchen table from Rooms To Go about 5 years ago and its still in excellent condition, so naturally I went back when I wanted a new dining set.Overall-- If you are still reading this really long review- check them out, ask for the ladies with good eyelashes, and dont skip over R2G just because they are a chain furniture store.

I recently purchased some furniture from here for my living room. The customer service their was amazing specifically an representative named Madison. She helped me and my wife choose the best option for us. Madison took all the stress and worry of purchasing furniture off our shoulders, she made sure she understood what we were looking for and keeping it within the budget we were set at. Not once did me and my wife feel forced to buy anything. Madison made the experience as comfortable as possible.

My partner and I went into the store around 8:30-8:40 last night on Monday, November 1st. We walked into the store, and we looked for our usual sales person (Roxi). We didn’t see her, so we browsed the entire store shopping for a sofa. NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE greeted us, or asked us if we needed help with anything. We passed by multiple sales people and none of them said a thing to us. It was very upsetting to us, because the last time we came Roxi was so upbeat, friendly, and walked the entire store with us. As we were walking out to leave, I glanced over, and literally saw all of them sitting down as if we were not there at all. Rooms to go def left a bad taste in my mouth last night. All of the sales people last night definitely needs a coaching on how to treat customers when they come into the store.

I had a sofa I ordered back in June to be delivered in August. After three days of delivery issues the wrong sofa was delivered. The delivery driver would not take it back. They knew it was wrong. It was supposed to be red and the one they left is gray. I called the 800 number for customer service. I spoke to two different people and no one ever called me back. I emailed at least five times and no one ever responded. I messaged someone at customer service and she finally told me that on order to exchange the wrong sofa with another one I needed to go to the store. All the other customer service people prior would tell me was the correct sofa was reordered and would not be in until November. They never tried to help me. Waiting more than two more months for something that I had already paid for was not okay. One of the other customer service people told me that it could be even as long as February before I would get it. Again everyone thought that was just fine and I was supposed to just deal with it. They were always going to check with somebody and then call me back and they never did. I have to say that this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. However, today I went to the store and I spoke with the store manager. His name was Jody and he was extremely helpful and solved my problem. I ended up buying a sofa that was currently available. And it will be delivered in a couple of weeks and they will take away this gray couch. The salesperson that helped me was Roxi and she was awesome. This morning I thought I would never buy anything from Rooms To Go again but I just might. Definitely if you have an issue after a purchase dont call the 800 number talk to people at the store. They really do know what customer service is there

Due to Hurricane IDA we had extra people and their animals stay with us at the house. The animals urinated on our couch and we made a claim with the insurance. We were able to replace our entire living room set so that it would all match. We went to rooms to go yesterday to pick out a new living room set. After picking out a set and taking more measurements we returned to the store today where Mrs. Roxi helped us finalize our purchase.

For the last three months I was contemplating on what theme I should create to decorate my living room. I spent weeks and weeks turning pages in magazines and just didnt find what I was looking for. They are not friendly at all. Constant rolling eyes and slamming my card down on the counter. I asked her a question and got ignored, and my saleswoman had to answer instead. If they hate their job that much..it would probably be best if they parted ways with Rooms to Go. They are in costumer service to work with the costumers, not act like that.Thankfully we had a very nice saleswoman (Aimee) because if not I probably would have just walked out because of the disrespect and rudeness.I would suggest for Rooms to Go to go over proper etiquette with those employees, because I can guess you have and will continue to lose costumers because of this.But again, overall great experience with Aimee!

Roxi customer service was GREAT. Roxi was very knowledgeable on what I wanted to order for my kids rooms. She was extremely patient with all my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Her hospitality was welcoming even over the phone. She deserve a 10 star review!

While they were patient when I was placing the order, their service since then has been beyond horrible and will never go there again!!! My kids bed broke (after I got the insurance in case it did break), it took me months to get in touch with anyone and that denied the claim after the bed started falling apart. Their bed is literally in pieces and they did nothing to cause it, it just started coming apart. My kids are not hard on beds but they had this bed maybe a year and already need a new one. Will never shop there again for anything!!!! I have purchased beds from Walmart that were of much better quality and lasted much longer!!!

The furniture is OK. However, if you go in this store, be prepared to spend far more than what you planned to spend. I went shopping for a daybed, advertised for $299. With all of the additional items tacked on (mattress, cover, bunkie board, delivery), I ended up spending $800. To make matters worse, although I wanted to pay cash outright for the bed, the salesperson convinced me to make a down payment of $200 and take their 24 month no interest payoff plan for the balance. I agreed.First of all, I received a credit card that I did not ask for (and promptly cut up). Second, when I got my first statement, I found an additional $69.99 charge from Synchrony Bank, with no clear explanation of what the charge is for. I paid off the remaining balance at once and went ahead and paid the $69.99 because I am too tired to argue with people, and the amount is not worth tangling myself up with a business and/or bank who misrepresented an offer.The bottom line is that I am unlikely to ever do business with this store again. Learn from my experience, and do not let them scam you with interest free offers. Also, I have to say that I am very, very skeptical of all the 5 star reviews that I see here, especially considering that they are all referencing specific salespeople. I have heard that friends or family members of employees are sometimes solicited to pad the reviews in order to give the business a higher overall rating.

When she could not do something she went to her manager and got it done. I appreciate everything she did for me and my family. We will be visiting her in the future. We visited the Baton Rouge store and was promptly greeted by Will, who is an expert in locating exactly what we wanted each time we had a new idea. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the furniture, fabric choices, and delivery times. He’s a really nice guy and helped us make an informed decision.

10 months since purchasing a fold-out couch, we still cant use it. Waited over a month for the couches to arrive. The frame was bent - waited 2 months for a replacement frame. Waited 2 more months for a tech to install it. The replacement was also bent. Have waited 3 more months for next replacement. It arrived today and appears bent. Wont know for another MONTH when a tech can get to us to install it. It will be over a year since purchasing before we can utilize the feature we paid extra for, if even then. Affordable pricing, so buy from them if you want, but you get what you pay for.

I had two items to find today. One was a recliner and I found the perfect one! It’s not big and bulky and will fit perfectly in my small space. The next was finding the perfect mattress. Maria was my salesperson and helped me find a good mattress to fit my needs. She was very helpful in explaining the differences between the types of mattresses and which would better fit with my sleeping preference. I’ve used rooms to go before and will continue to use them in the future.
