Love the designs but oh boy! Do yourself a favor and never order anything from this company. I dont know what happened to them. I had such a great experience with my past orders.Recently I returned an item because it arrived broken, and its been a month waiting for a replacement. When I called today they said it is back ordered until July next year (Its Nov now). They just never bothered to tell me; so if I hadnt called for an update I would never have known (their website status updates are worthless). As I type this, I am 20 minutes into the agent trying to figure out how to refund my money.....oh wait I hear something... nope just telling me I am going to the elevator music room... ...after ~40 min Im told to look for a refund in 3-7 business days (one can only hope that is true... well see).Also, if you buy a big item never buy it online. After paying $200 for shipping (yes because in the days of Amazon Prime I was dumb enough to pay for shipping) you still have to schedule delivery by CALLING!! some other number (is this 1985?!!). So you are looking about a month to get your item. Oh, and by the way that item cant be returned it is not monogramed or personalized it just happen to be a final sale item.... (which I was never told it was when I ordered so watch out for those sales they promote).Bottom line I shall still clear of this outpost... and you, kind reader, have been warned....

Prices are a little oddly high for alot of their decor. Why do they think their better than the store next door with the same decor for a fraction of the price. The flickerless candles 🕯were too expensive for what it is. With remote and all its 😋 pathetic.

I tagged along with a guy friend who found precisely what he wanted, on sale. I would definitely recommend waiting for sales but the quality is good so the products are worth it. I mentioned my friend because Pottery Barn is tested and can be relied on for a wide range of tastes and styles from country cozy to chic modern.This particular store was busy, but the customer service is good, helpful and thorough. The store is easy to find in the open air mall, reasonably close to free parking, and accessible regardless of your mobility level. If shopping makes you peckish, there are plenty of good options for food and drinks both in the mail and nearby in the area.

Customer service is atrocious. Ordered a couch, and my original delivery date was set for a month after purchase. The delivery date was continuously pushed back over and over...took 10 months to get my couch. ...AND they double charged me. 2 weeks to get a refund on that. Incompetent company, and non existent customer service.

Great experience. Dick was the person who helped us, and he was awesome. He knew his PB stuff that’s for sure. I went in on a Thursday, told him what I wanted, went back that next Sunday, he remembered me and was ready to place my order. He had all my paperwork ready to go and made the process so easy. Our sectional couch and leather chair were delivered this weekend and they are beautiful. Expensive..yes, and custom shipping takes a while, but you get what you pay for and we were already made aware of shipping dates. Thanks Dick for your great customer service and helping me pick out my living room furniture that I’m obsessed with!

Terrible online store customer service- never using pottery barn again for a wedding gift. EVERYWHERE ELSE is better than using pottery barn!!!!!!!!

Placed an order online yesterday and went to pick it up. Half of the order was in stock while the other wasnt.When I asked if I could get the same item in a different style they said no with no carrots about the inconvenience placed on me after reserving the items for in store pickup the day before. The staff were completely dismissive and made no attempt to accomadate me.Will not be shopping here again.

After the flood, two years ago,the folks there were helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I got every discount available. You know when you are replacing everything, every little bit helps.

I live in the state of Pennsylvania.I was extremely fortunate to be referred from my home store to find items Pottery Barn did not have here. My sales representative here at the Lehigh Valley Mall Pottery Barn worked hard to locate the items I needed. I called Pottery Barn in Baton Rouge, LA as directed and spoke to Laurie. She too was spectacular and I was able to purchase everything I needed. What a wonderful team all the way from here in Pennsylvania to Louisiana!!!!!A WONDERFUL COMPANY!!!!Thank You,Vicki Youngelman

Incredibly rude workers. The store was empty and the employees never once greeted us or asked if we needed help. Instead we received dirty looks from a young man and older lady. I left the store at 4:51pm on June 1st, 2018! Shame on those employees. I will never shop here! If you don’t like looks of judgement or annoyance then don’t bother walking in here!

The catalog and online store in brick and mortar. While its great to have the convenience of online shopping, theres nothing like trying out a couch or chair in person or feeling the texture of the fabric.

They have suck pretty things wish I had the money to buy it though!! 😂
