Mattress Direct was the only place that had the box spring we wanted in town. Happy they have a local warehouse that we can pick for it up and not wait for it to come in from elsewhere. Tim B was very helpful.

They’re all gung-ho trying to get the sale. There’s no after the sale customer service at all. Even the owner doesn’t follow through. No one calls you back like they say they will. Won’t waste my money there again that’s for sure!

Treated respectfully by the knowledgeable sales consultant and learned more about mattresses which will suit my needs! Personal service is something which one cannot get in the same way as online order for mattresses. For those who have spinal,. neck, and hip situations as I have, consider going to a traditional store to compare different mattresses at one time instead of ordering/try it out/send back one which doesnt work/repeat until mission accomplished! Support local and regional retailers when possible!

My wife and I had the most personal, pleasant and professional experience today. When we called to make our appointment the gentleman was very courteous and worked with our availability. He was helpful with which location that would be the most convenient to our home. You could hear the smile in his voice as he assisted me, which shows that he loves his job and is appreciated. Upon arriving at the bluebonnet location, we were greeted with a warm welcome and smile from Tim. We were only looking for a king size mattress for our bedroom and just a regular full size mattress for our oldest daughter. The knowledge Tim possessed about their products was just amazing. We were given disposable clothes to place on pillows as he wowed us with letting us try every mattress we could see! I was sold after the third one but my wife had to try almost EVERY one! The patience Tim had was astounding! She was like a happy kid trying them out and he patiently described in detail all of the perks of each one. His friendly smile never left his face lol. So of course we fell in love and found our mattress and our daughter’s. The experience was so amazing that we ended up purchasing two pillows and some bamboo sheets, which are literally the BEST thing ever made I swear. While we were talking with Tim I asked about the “slats” I think they are called that the mattress sits on. He definitely saved me the headache of having to buy more wood to make them for my daughter’s bed by offering their product at a great price. This man is a rockstar for sure! This is getting sort of long but great customer service is very hard to come by these days. Mattress Direct and the Bluebonnet location have earned and deserve this shout out. If there is less than a one star, I would give it. Purchased a softa/bed for about 500$. I was told it has 5 year warranty. Guys came over, brought the metal fram and other parts.The mattress was stained on the back. I refused the mattress, they sent another one. Guys installed the frame but there were extra screws and washers left (companies will either send you the right number or less...). The guys before leaving told me there is 5 year warantee on the sofa and that they left me the warranty in the bag that came with the assembly instruction in it. A year later, I was trying to extend the sofa to a bed, a big metal piece from the back broke off. I looked in that bag for the warranty instructions, the papers they left in it was for wiring a night lamp and had nothing to do with the warranty at all. Went to the company, I was told the sofa/mattress had 1 year warranty and the warranty expired. First time and last time to set foot in that store.

The staff was pleasant during the sale. Ultimately, we purchased a full tempurpedic set at an astronomical price. After a couple of weeks, sleep was not going well and I had called the store about swapping or options. I had the 90 day return, but heres the kicker...we didnt buy the official tempurpedic allergen cover from their store and our salesman basically said that they couldnt take it back as it wasnt the official one. Problem is, the salesman never mentioned that IMPORTANT piece of information when selling it to us!So, after a year, I wake up exhausted each morning and so does my wife. I wake up with headaches from lack of sleep and tossing and turning each night. My productivity and well-being is completely shot due to this monstrosity. I sleep like a dream when Im not home, and this should be the other way around.Also, funny thing...the reviews on tempurpedics website...they pop up with flawless reviews all the time. However, as one of their mattress owners, I cant find the place to leave a comment. Final conclusion, I would not recommend tempurpedic. Secondly, I wouldnt recommend a store whose salesmen basically screwed us over and wont make it right as their store would probably take the hit with the swap. However, I bet THEY sleep like babies every night...my wife and I other hand, DONT!Sincerely,Exhausted & Miserable
