New customer and I had two rental agreements at the same time. Already paid off one and close to paying off the second. The price you pay for the furniture is high especially when the quality of the Ashley furniture is horrible. This is the second sofa, the first was damaged when they tried to deliver the furniture and very uncomfortable.They are made from particle wood and very hollow throughout, so you have to be extremely careful where you lean or sit. But no matter how careful I found two holes, both in hollow locations of the sofa. You should not have to be worried of getting comfortable on a sofa you are going to spend more than $2,000 on and possession in less than two years. Called corporate and they were suppose to connect me with the district manager and ended up on hold on a Spanish line, no one ever came back to the phone. No callbacks or follow up from the GM or the DM. Called store multiple times and left message with account manager but no callbacks. This is definitely not the way to take care of and keep loyal customers that are actually buying your products and not leasing and returning.

The customer service was good when I purchased the items. But delivery sucks. I purchased the items had to wait 3 days to get it delivered. They told me 12 pm Friday and its now Friday 2pm....no furniture. I had to call them twice to check on the items. Poor customer courtesy skills after purchase. This is very frustrating.

There Employees are Not professional at All. They will Lie to You about your order and billing. Terrible service i will be calling CORPORATE to Complain

This particular store was POO!!!! The service was POO! The LIES AND ATTITUDES disgusted me!!! What a waste of my time they lied all day about my delivery status then once delivered after 8p.m. it was not installed correctly and the delivery guys didnt bother to tell us! Once I began to call in with complaints the lady who is supposedly the Manager had a nasty attitude and was extra rude! I can go on and on write a mini novel but I will stop here.. They really need to give an inservice on Customer Service thrre!!!
