Our zero turn mower wouldnt start, something had vibrated off the back that caused it to not start. Was told it was a simple fix. It took them 2 weeks to get the mower back to us. Kept telling us that it was in line to be worked on. Once we finally got it back we mowed with it 1 time and the pulley came loose and went down causing the deck belt to shred. Called them at 8:15 in the morning and was told they would be out in a few minutes to pick it up, I waited until 2:30 and called again to ask where they were and was told, oh I thought he already came and got it, Ill send someone out. They finally picked it up around 3:30. I called them today at 4:30 and Richard said, as soon as I get the belt back on I will bring it back to you. So theyve had it since yesterday and still havent put the belt on. This is ridiculous. I wont ever buy from this company again.
Went in to purchase 4 oil filters (hydro and engine) and oil for my Kubota. Richard sold me the wrong oil filter and didnt have one of the filters. I went to their other store in Mt. View to pick up the other filter and found out they tried to pass off an older style filter on me. When I was changing the engine oil I realized they sold me the wrong oil filter. The part number was completely different than the one on the receipt. I called and asked if this was part and Richard said rudely It can be. I told him the issue and asked if there was someone that was going the Mt. View way so I could meet them, because I had already driven 100 miles to both stores. He became indignant and said maybe. He said mistakes happen and I could come in and swap it out. Smugly, he tried to push the blame my way. He is the reason that brick and mortar stores are going out of business. Next time I will avoid the attitude and order online from a place with customer service. Cheaper, faster, easier and without the youre stuck with us attitude.
Good place for husquavarna and Kubota equipment.
