Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. The lady working the drive thru moves at the pace of a snail

They have a great selection of cosmetics and skin care items. Great styles with your Walgreens card. Even female massagers😉😉 Highly recommend

Its the absolute worse pharmacy. They act uncoordinated and rude. My wife has been down there for over an hour trying to get my covid meds. They havent worked on it at all and told her it would be another hour. Ill never have anything to do with this business again. Complete waste of time. Inconsiderate. Mediocre and incompetent at best.

Terrible customer service. It is work to just get a prescription filled.

This is only second time to try this place fort time I waited 3 and half hours for meds even though I was only one waiting. Now they are closed when they are supposed to be open

The staff were friendly and helpful. I printed some photos, and the computer said that the prints would be ready in 30 minutes. We walked around the store for a few minutes, and the photos were done in 10, which was conveniently unexpected. However, I usually don’t shop at Walgreens frequently because the prices are more expensive than surrounding stores with the same products. I’ve purchased identical products for $1-$3 cheaper at Walmart and Dollar General. On a positive note, the pharmacy is open 7 days a week, and they have a drive-thru option that is useful and time-saving. The Redbox kiosk outside is also a plus for movie rentals.

The absolute worst place to try and get any prescription filled. An they keep blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility for the mishaps theyve. An the women answering the phone is the rudest person. An should not work in public relations.

Helpful nice environment

They have a computer that will take care of all of your questions even the ones you did not ask. Bunch of robots working there can never talk to anyone. I will never walk into that store unless I have to.

Does any know what year Walgreens in Batesville,Arkansas was first opened?

Ran in to grab something in a hurry. I was greeted by a Staff member who was available to tell me where to find it right away. I got what I needed, checked out, and got out of there quickly. Nothing special, it’s just a Walgreens, but this experience was definitely 5 Star.

I waited in line at the drive thru window and they said they our presentation would be ready in 20 minutes but we just back and it will be ready tommorow and my mom was in the hospital from 3:00 am to 5:00 am

If I could give a negative rating I would. This pharmacy experience has definitely confirmed to not use this pharmacy again if there are ANY other options!!

I waited in line for 20 minutes to fill a prescription. When I got to the window, I was told to come back and that it would be ready to pick up in 25 minutes. I returned, waited in line another 15 minutes just for the woman at the drive through window to tell me they were out of the medication and wouldnt have more until Monday. I called today to see if my medication was ready and sat on hold for 30 minutes without ever speaking to an actual person, just for someone to pick up the phone and disconnect my call. Very dissatisfied.

Using a manufacturer coupon is quite an issue . The manager Patrick gave me an issue when pharmacy staff have honored the same coupon numerous times.

Have been shopping in this Walgreens. Friendly staff. Good sales in coupon book.

The service is cheap and takes forever

Never get a Passport Photo done there, they have no clue what they are doing. They need training for sure. Never again.

Horrible service in the pharmacy.

I was checked out by a young girl who mumbled her words so bad I could only understand a couple of words. She asked me if I had a mumble mumble card to get the discount. The customer next to me explained the discount card. She was rushing and mumbling and talking to her coworker as she checked me out. I considered her rude and unprofessional. The last time I was there was a young man so helpful and cheerful. This time bad experience.
