My family and I have been patients at Batesville Eye Care Center for close to 30 years and it’s the best place to go for your eye health. Mr. James Davis and his staff have always given us the best care and treated us like family. The friendly environment makes getting an eye exam an enjoyable experience and they are thorough and explain everything very well. I highly recommend them.

Was yelled at by Dr. Davis in front of staff and other patients. Was screamed at that if anything happens to my eyes its my own fault for using the contact lenses that he himself had given me to use. He apparently gave me contacts when he was not supposed to so he blamed me for accepting them. Then yelled how he did not want me in his business ever again.

I feel comfortable with this place and they understand my concerns.

I love coming here for my eye care! They are so friendly and very professional. The equipment this facility uses is top notch. I love knowing that my eyes are being examined by the best. I also love that they are very patient. Im a very indecisive person when it comes to selecting the right pair of glasses. They understand that it is a big investment to have the right eye-ware that fits you and your personality. The lady spent almost two hours with me and never got impatient. Im very pleased with all their staff and Doctors. This is a 5 star Eye Care Center.

Dr cook has a very laid back relaxing personality and they whole office feels like you should have it moved into your home. This is a wonderful place. Great people great atmosphere. Ive used them for 23 years and ive never even so much as frowned upon any reason.
