Cute little coffee shop and lunch spot. Quick, friendly, inexpensive and very tasty!

While on a road trip, we came across this little gem of a coffee bar/restaurant! I can’t say enough good things about it. The coffee is phenomenal, the breakfast top notch! The decor is so funky, warm and inviting! The same can be said of the awesome staff! I can’t wait to make my way back! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Delicious coffee in downtown Batesville. I totally was blown away by how stylish this place was in a relatively small town. We loved the coffee so much we cafe every DAY during our work trip. Every day, we were greeted with a smiling worker there. The owner also works there and she is the sweetest lady, she writes a personal message on every cup of coffee! We will be back!

Brice and Haley are great! The food is unique to this establishment and they have a great variety of new things to try. Keep up the great work Pinto!

Everyone that works here is so sweet. The cold brew is amazing, the owner is fabulous, and the vibes are immaculate. In town visiting family and this place alone would make me move back. 20/10 recommend the burrito bowl, sooooo good.

Very friendly staff! All of our drinks were amazing! The food was great! Some of the best beans a cornbread I’ve had! The atmosphere is so fun and well composed. They have done a great job!

It was good, been driving by it for months finally decided to stop in for a bite. I was initially surprised that it is primarily a coffee shop, thought it was tex-mex type of place. Had the chicken tacos and they were good. I would definitely recommend it for a quick bite on your lunch hour.

We stopped in this morning for a quick bite and coffee. The server was very nice and the food was delicious! They’re only doing curbside or outside seating right now, but we enjoyed their cool outdoor patio! Highly recommend!

People were great. They were getting ready to close. I ask for soup. The kitchen was shutting down . they still had pinto beans and corn bread. Yum. They were lovely and kind. Could not do enough for me.

Wonderful place for lunch! I wish I could go there all the time, but I live in another state. I definitely make it a point to stop by when Im in town though. The Pinto has excellent food and beautiful presentation of it. The service and atmosphere are equally amazing. Looking forward to my next visit!

I love the atmosphere! I have been there to enjoy a cup of coffee with a good book, alone. And I have been there catching up with several friends. There is a shelf of table games that is fun to get into, especially if I go with my 11 year old daughter. Also, the employees are always so kind and helpful.

Best coffee in town! Not only do I love the Dancing Goats coffee, they have the best staff in town, a unique and relaxing atmosphere, and a small but tasty and fresh menu selection. Youll like see one if not both owners when you visit, always making sure the customers are happy. Oh did I mention the patio is dog-friendly and there are plenty of free games to occupy the kids. I LOVE this place and HIGHLY recommend!

A great little coffee shop tucked away in downtown Batesville Arkansas. Wonderful coffee and a great Mexican lunch combined with friendly staff and a cozy setting to make for a great experience. Well be back as soon as we can make time to drive the hour again.

This is a great little place if you want to break away from the Starbucks feel and still get good coffee. It has a great small town feel with big time flavors!

Great food, coffee, and service! We enjoyed visiting this unique cafe. The staff was friendly. The selection of breakfast menu was good and the tacos we got were excellent! Lots of things to see while in the cafe. I thi k it a good chill place to enjoy a sip of coffee and breakfast. We would stop by here again next time we are in town!

Absolutely delicious. I had the London Fog tea latte with coconut milk— wonderful. I also had the breakfast burrito and ordered a blackberry lavender scone to go, which were delicious as well. Can not recommend this place enough.

Place was just okay. Had a very cool atmosphere and decor. Food was were is was lacking. I feel like so much more flavor could have been added to the black bean tacos

Love it here! The cheese dip is wonderful and my favorite drink is the vanilla honey latte.

The workers there were so nice and the coffee was so splendid and they gave us a discount! Definitely recommend.

Great coffee and love the patio, been dying to try the tacos but i always get there on off hours. The cornmeal waffles are very good. My new favorite place. Patio has chalk and train set for the kids, cant say it enough, love!

This is one of my favorite spots to go, as a diabetic I am thrilled that there is a spot in town I can go for a great tasting sugar free coffee!!

Great food and atmosphere. Service is always quick and friendly! The spicy pork bowl and potato burrito with chicken are my favorites, especially with a cold brew for a midday pick me up.

I believe the prices are high (I am a penny pincher on some things), however, the smores drink was amazing. Everyone very friendly.

I’m in Arkansas for the summer, doing door-to-door sales. My system is down at the moment and i’m not able to process any orders for new customers, so I decided I’d find a coffee shop for I quick coffee and maybe I bite to eat. I found this place...I’ve been a huge coffee fanatic for almost half my life and have visited coffee shops all over the United States. The Pinto Coffee and Comida is absolutely in my top 5 favorite spots. (Definitely as good or better than most coffee spots in the PNW even.)The cold brew is insanely good and the breakfast burrito was unique and oddly shaped, but very delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. Seriously, this place is a gem!Thanks and i’ll be back!James Blair

Typically a very good coffee spot, however, they denied making us coffee and serving us just because it was 10 minutes to closing. If you want coffee you have to come an hour early and if you want food you have to come before 2 when they stop serving it or even 1 since they might not serve you close to 2! Who’s closed on Mondays, too?

My brother and I were visiting Batesville for re-connections with family, as both our parents grew up there many years ago. We happened upon Pinto on our first morning, and we ended up there every morning for the balance of our stay. Haley and her staff were *quite* accommodating and we hosted a family brunch for six people on one of the mornings we were there. They served us at our table, even though they are a counter-service business. The service was great, the food was great and the atmosphere was great. They deserve high marks ... and *your* business! We will be back when we again visit Batesville.PS - This is the *first* time Ive ever given a review. I was saving up for a place that deserved it! (Do the burrito, potatoes on the side with sriracha mayo.)

Prices for food are high for small portions and so-so taste (bean tacos). I did appreciate the waitress wearing a mask.

This place is AMAZEBALLS. Killer atmosphere and even more KILLER GRUB. IF youre anywhere close to Batesville, Arkansas... you owe it to yourself to swing by The Pinto. This place is only a year old, but Brice and Haley Stephens are building something pretty special here!!! The Pinto doesnt just pebble... IT ROCKS!!!!

After spending a couple of afternoons in Batesville, this and the nearby Melba Theatre are about the only places worth visiting. My chocolate and coconut scone and coffee were great and the atmosphere was stellar.

Staff seemed to care very little about my order, and more interested in chatting with each other. Coffee was not exceptional, nor very hot. For a hip coffee joint - a little effort would go a long way.

Me and my family came to batesville today for a family date night. Went to bigs to eat not impressed when to froyo rude service. We ended up at the pinto for coffee. We had great results there service was awesome. Very friendly. It made the trip worth it thank you pinto for the great time

I was really excited about this place when it first opened. Husband and I went for lunch and left the place unsatisfied. The amount of food you get for the money you pay is way higher. I had some carnitas tacos on flour tortilla, the tortilla was cold by the time it got to the table. Meat was not very well seasoned and coffee was ok, not something amazing.

Ts a good thing to see that there are some people in Batesville who care about things such as quality, aesthetics, food ethics, etc. The owners here at Pinto have a good ethos about them. Its clear from the building that theyve constructed, the quality of their coffee, and where they source their food. The building is new construction, but youd never know because of how seamlessly it blends into its environment. It looks as though it could have been constructed in the pre war era when much of downtown Batesville was probably built. Theyve used the traditional sandstone from the area, which is an excellent choice. But, the good taste doesnt end with the building, their coffee is very good and in a locale with an absolute dearth of coffee this is saying a lot. I havent tried the food yet, but they have signage stating that they use local organic chicken in their tacos. Trying finding local organic chicken at Coltons or McDonalds. You wont, because they use disgusting chicken products off the back of a supply truck. Not here at The Pinto though. I think this is a great thing, and having seen that signage Ill likely be back at some point to try their food. I have minor complaints about the way the interior is laid out, but thats really nitpicking. This is a good place in a land without good places. Step away from the terrible fast food that floods the Batesville area, and stop in at The Pinto for some good coffee and food backed by a good philosophy. If that isnt enough the staff are nice folks too.
