Im normally not a Walmart shopper because of service but I will admit, being in a small town had its perks. Besides the self checkouts, theres actual registers open and several. Employees actually ask if you need help. I think small town feel is what Sam Walton wanted in the first place, and you guys have it down, they should be proud. The only reason I have 4 star is because there isnt much selection for younger women. You either have kids, athletics, or plus size. Thats my only pit fall.

Everything is okay, but seems like Walmart is planning to make the costumers do their job at the cashier.. they keep adding self’s check with credit card only!! In this Walmart you don’t see people helping at the register, and the ones are there the don’t know how to bag the groceries without ruining some items, is really stressful go to Walmart now at day..

I would like the pick up if the employees would take the time to look thru the fresh fruit and see if thats something they would eat cause I dont want molded strawberries or super green bananas now I like mine a little bit green but not like this

Checked in while still at worked. Arrived and parked and did final check in on app for pickup. 30 mins after arrival and 50 mins after check in my groceries arrived. Delivered by a professional young man. Accurate order.

I had trouble finding stuff. I know not all Walmarts are not laid out the same, though it would be nice. This store is real wide, so it was a lot of walking. Never did find like a bakery section. I was looking for blueberry muffins.

Finally got pharmacy looking great nice wide isle. Very nice... The lady in the pharmacy with short black hair sorry dont know your name but you are awesome. Always a smile and the best customer service... She needs a raise and recognized as the best employee.

Still getting to know this just remodeled store. Hate dodging the staff driven carts with order ahead groceries but staff is always helpful with the exception of one grumpy woman that oversees The self checkout lines. She definitely has a control issue, always has to stick her nose where it doesnt belong.

We had the lunch special, chicken salad with fruit along with a couple of mimosas. Everything was good. The service was timely.This was a big improvement over the last time I ate there. That was two months ago.Im pleased.

Small selection, everything is going self service usually only 2 cashiers, you can never find a worker on the floor unless they are blocking the isle with their huge carts shopping for people and while I think that is a great service it could be done during slow hours instead of during the day

Grocery pickup Fast eady no hassle. Only had one substitution I wasnt pleased with. I would recommend this service.

Right now, Walmart is moving many of its departments to other areas of the store. Once I left the grocery department I was sort of lost. The audio/TV area was still in place, but, after that CHAOS!!. I finally just left because I didnt find what I was looking for.Once they get things moved around I think it will all be better than the original layout. On that hope Im still giving it four⭐ rating. Ill update later when the store is more settled.

Of course had a list that took me to all four corners of the store. Its very clean, and at my 8:15 visit there was almost no crowd at all. Associate in toys and sporting goods was very helpful and was quick to assist in giving me a cart that I had failed to grab at the front. Went through self check and CS Asso. Was very friendly and quick to assist as well. Top of their game at this store...

Rude workers. When they help they act like you are bothering them. All self check outs are card but they dont tell you. And when you leave they act like your stealing. Big headache to go

Very bad employees at service desk, totally rude and unprofessional. They obviously are not trained properly on how to deal with customer needs.

Staff is awesome and friendly, but ive never seen another Walmart run the way this one is managed. The only Walmart that doesnt keep the brands that sale the best in stock. Instead, the good stuff sells out in a day or two and then they expect you to buy all the products leftover that nobody really wants. Ive probably been to 50 Walmart and this is the only one that does that. Not sure who it is responsible for keeping stock, but they need a new manager.

Cant pay with cash most of the time so your stuck standing in line with just a fee items

It was very good the workers were nice me and my family always go there to eat on our way to Arkansas the workers we kid friendly.

Im a stay at home mom and Ive only had the chance to go to the store at night when my kids are sleeping and their dad is home. So since this 11 o clock shut down its been several months if not the entire year Ive not been able to obtain A vast majority of the things we need.

The store is a mess right now because of the rearranging. I was able to find my things. It just took longer. The toy isles are too small. This will not be good at Christmas time.

Self checkout is a loser. Dollar store will eat your lunch, customers do not like it an you will lose a lot of money through increased theft. Im not coming back till you get your act together.

I was very impressed with the customer service here in Sulphur Rock Arkansas. All the staff I encountered with was very pleasant and helpful. One young man even went out of his way to point me to the art and craft section, which I was trying to find. While I was having trouble finding my item, an associate was passing by and asked if I was finding everything ok. I was taken aback because none of the other Walmart stores I have been to in Florida, an associate ever offer assistance. The female associate helped me find the needles I was looking for. This is the first Walmart Ive been to and received such curtsey and respect. Keep up the good work . Oh, I forgot to mention the cleanliness and the neatly and organized aisles.

The pick up is great. Im disappointed with Walmart.com experiences. Employees dont seem to be given enough latitude to be helpful.

I was told buy management to g.j o to area where they make your online due to my disability. When I walked in to set on a hard surface to rest my back, the girl that was doing my order rudely said you cant be back here, then she proceeded to tell the other girl that was on a computer screamed at me to go back outside the opened door. I replied to well it was one of you woman managers that for me to come in there. The other one became so mad she threw one of my floor cleaning products on the floor. Ive worked for Walmart in my younger year, you dont treat the older generation like that! Its rude, morally and ethically wrong.

Im tired of having to check myself out because there are never enough checkers. Lines at registers are overwhelming. Customers are angry because they stand in lines for long periods of time. Cashiers are rude . Im tired of it. Im going to take my patronage Harps . Im disgusted with Walmart...

Shelfs arent stocked all the time the place is always a mess

Walmart in Batesville Arkansas, is so clean and organized. The associates are very helpful and friendly . Others could take lessons from this Walmart.

I was checking at the self checkout. This pool old lady was yelling for someone to come help her to check out and no worker did. I had to finish my check out and then check her out. Walmart should be ashamed of theirselves for having so few check out open and helpers that their customers have to do the job for them. Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he knew how sorry Walmart’s customer service has gotten.

They are pretty busy there aisles that still empty maybe changing items from Christmas to Valentines day items. I enjoyed looking for good deals with Christmas decors. I will come back again to look for more.

Really love this Wal-Mart, everyone is very friendly. The workers stay on top of their jobs and are always helping the customers. They keep it very clean and everything organized.

RUDE!! JUST GENERAL BAD ATTITUDE, NEARLY, EVERY TIME I SHOP HERE!What are the greeters, or associates at the door doing these days...... Talking to each other. I stood in front of two of them and waited patiently for help. Nothing. I finely proceeded to customer service. Was unable to return a brand new pair of boots. I spoke to two associates there about the customer greeting policy. Its my understanding that the associates should greet people and provide help as needed.This is rare any more !!!!! The associates working the grocery pickup will run you down I in heartbeat!!! They are ill acting and unhelpful. Its impossible to find anyone who actually works in a specific department. Dont even think about going to electronics!!!! They act aggravated and theres always a long wait time. Even using the cashiers is hit and miss. No one acts tri happy to be there.They used to provide a scanner to check prices in the isles. Theyve taken them away. Now customers are forced to rely on there own phones. ...... Because thats what everyone wants to do is try to mess with their phone while shopping!!!! Not to mention not everyone has that luxury, especially during a pandemic.Ive tried twice, and asked several associates, to get someone, any one, to put a produce bag hanger by the bananas. I am disabled. And the bananas are at the end of the frozen isle, no where near the produce.I stood at the customer service desk that day, waiting and the associates tried to reach (spelling) Mr. Fedderline. Again Im disabled, standing there in a back brace isnt comfortable. I finely gave up.When given the chance, I often go to other stores.

The Pharmacy Staff has the best Customer Service. They are willing to help and answer all your questions.

Did wslmsrt pick up. They didnt have a few of our items but informed up they was out. It was a huge time saver for our busy family. Plus it gives jobs to the ones who are no longer cashiers.

Everything was grand until it was time to check out. We were forced to either wait in a lengthy line for one of the 2 checkers on duty or use self-checkout.

Have everything you want for lower price

Some managers are wonderful others not so much. The associates are great they are working so hard to put out items and OGP is wonderful I have made true friends through picking up there. I love they enforce the masks for employees to the T.

I will never be going to this Walmart ever again. They really know how to make customers feel unwelcome... Their employees are the literal definition of a Karen, and if I could give them negative stars I could!!

Not enough full service registers

This Walmart is weird, it’s not a super center so that’s probably why. It’s kinda dirty, I don’t feel comfortable using the bathrooms in either part of the store. They’re both usually gross regardless of the time of day.

Shoppers Beware!!!! Do not purchase a pick up today item from this store, period. I purchased a chrome book for my daughter for a Christmas present and it did not work. After trying to return it to the store several times and with the help of Walmart.com the store refused to accept the item. Walmart.com even sent a letter to the President. I spoke with the A.M over OGP this morning and basically her attitude was We know Walmart.com sent a letter to the president and we know you have tried several times to return the product (which was able to be returned till the 19th of Feb. Our policy is 15 days, so your just out of luck) WOW!!! Now Walmart.com is going to give a refund since they stated that the store is not willing to cooperate. So Sad
