When trading in a used vehicle at this dealership, the individual preforming the value of your vehicle is not licensed by the State of Arkansas to access a value of your trade in . He is NOT a “ diminished valued expert “ not is He allowed to call himself an appraiser ( your vehicle is personal property) nor is He licensed to preform a value of your vehicle. After being insulted by the value he placed on my vehicle which was purchased from this dealership, I decided Not to purchase my next vehicle from Scoot Wood . If you decide to purchase your next vehicle from this dealership and you feel that the trade in is being undervalued, ask to view the diminished value report and look at the comparable sales they used to assess that value . Don’t allow them to say “ your trade in is worth ….” Because it is worth more !!!!

Bought a truck over the phone from Luis! I had it in my driveway in 24 hours and I live over 2 hours away. You can’t beat that kind of work ethic. Two other dealers in two different states weren’t quick enough to make the sale. Professional and quick. The delivery guys were great too!

Based on the telephone conversation with the service department manager I am assuming due to the fact I am a female that I was insulted. I scheduled my car for a routine oil changed and ask for 2 tired to be checked due to they continued to leak air and that I was aware they were peeling tread only to be asked if I meant the rim was peeling. I am aware of the difference between what holds air and what does not. This is not the first occurrence with the same person or company and I only bought the car in Nov 2020. The certified car with less then 45,000 miles was also bought with those tires peeling, I was rudely told to take it up with the salesmen. I have taken this experience as a lesson learned I will no longer buy from Stanley Wood nor any Wood family owned dealership.

The vehicle I went to look at had been rear ended, but not fixed, the carpet looked disgusting, it stunk inside, the seats looked worn totally out. The salesman approached us on the lot and wouldnt even open the vehicle until I said you would think that if you saw someone looking at a vehicle you would bring the key with you. He had to go back to get the key. And then when I questioned him about the rear end damage he said, well it hasnt been to the shop yet $23k+Addendum...not shocked at all that it took 2 months for someone to respond to this review. Thats the way it is with all correspondence from this group. Im glad some people have had positive experiences, but going back for 25 years none of my experience with the dealerships that bear the Wood name have been positive. Ive bought 3 different vehicles over years from them. Not one experience was positive.
I recently had the greatest experience with the Service Department. I cannot say enough of the service I received from all. I recommend this service to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle.
Everyone was so kind! The buying process was easy and quick. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes, which is much different than any other buying experience I’ve ever had.
After Cadillac of Bentonville would not honor the Certified Pre-owned Warranty that came on our Cadillac, I called Stanley Wood and they said it was warranties to 100,000 miles under the CPO and to bring it to them. They fixed it under warranty and in a timely manner. I will continue to trade with them, even though they are 4 hours farther away from my house then Cadillac of Bentonville. It goes back to service after the sale and treating your customers right.

Went to have hood accessory installed on my 3500 GMC. Shield was damaged in shipment to dealer. Wood Nation kept truck overnight and made sure I had a loaner to drive. GREAT SERVICE
I had a good salesman but i cant say the same for the service department. I got the extended warranty on my used equinox thank goodness. The car had 50,000 miles on it and at first oil change it was low on oil. Had timing chain and guides and whatever else goes along with that replaced. Then before next oil change was due it started making noise. I checked the oil and it was three quarts low. I take it back to the dealership after having it 6,000 miles to see what they are going to do about it. I told them I wanted rid of it and was told to let my extended warranty fix it then they would trade. I had to take it every 1,000 miles for oil consumption test for 6,000 miles. That was a hassle and every time we took it the service guy acted like it was a pain for him to check it and he would just say come back in another 1,000. We even got the come back after 1,000 after we did the 6,000 mile test. The service guy named John is who we had every time. I was afraid the car would leave my wife stranded so I went to another dealer and told them what was going on and they said let us help and gave me payoff which was more than book value and made me a great deal on a car. I hate it but I need a good salesman and service after the purchase.
The staff at Stanley are extremely helpful and friendly. Ricky helped us with the purchase of our new vehicle, our stress and nervousness went away when going through the process of buying with him. Mike and the finance department were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Brandy and the service department helped us when we had to get the car cleaned on the inside after my fathers dog threw up in it, 3 days after purchasing the vehicle. They didn’t even charge us to clean it up! Stanley has outstanding employees that deliver excellent service!!
Everything went pretty well during my visit. we had a little problem with the financing company but it was all settled in the end. I was a little surprised that my car did not come with sirus xm radio but my sales man Gannon helped me download Sirus on my phone so i could stream it to the radio. Other than those 2 things everything went good. i enjoy driving my new Terrain.

Lied about service provided
The dealership is fine. I am not happy, though, that I need extensive work done on my gearshift that should be a recall issue. I have read that many, many people have had the exact same issue of the car not registering that it is in park, even though it is. SInce it appears to not be in park it is shutting down properly. I even had an instance where it wouldnt turn off at all. I had to pay almost $70 to simply be told that I had to replace the gearshift and something else at a cost of around $500-600. If so many people are having the same exact issue I believe that this is a problem with the vehicle that you should handle! I am in my 50s and have never owned anything other than chevy vehicles and have always been very pleased with them, but this is about to cause me to buy something different!

My wife and I visited recently to look an older car. The salesman Colby was very laid back which is a relief when it comes to car shopping. Also Kaila who helped when I looked at it online was nice. Although we didnt purchase the car due to bank reasons, it was overall a nice experience, the only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because my wife and I both thought the finance person was a little pushy, I cant remember her name though. Overall Ill definitely keep an eye on this dealer in the future when it comes time to buy another car. Too bad its over a 3 hour drive for me.

Took my car in because my car is vibrating and also misfiring. My car was repaired in January of this year for the same exact thing and turned out there was a cracked piston and is a common problem with Chevy Cruze, it can be found all over the internet. The check engine light doesn’t come on at all. My car has the same symptoms as last time but when taking my car in to be looked at they claimed that they didn’t feel any symptoms and wouldn’t check the pistons again. They didn’t even do a diagnostics according to the customer service rep I spoke with. All that was offered was to leave my car longer to hope they feel a vibration even though is had been in there for 5 hours. Me, me dad, brother, sister, and step mom have all felt the vibrations and misfiring. Not confident in the dealership if they don’t know what a misfire and vibration feels like. Seems like lazy reps who don’t want to fix the problem even though my car is still under warranty. Had almost 4,000 dollars work on a 2017 Chevy Cruze at 21,000 miles and now 8 months later having the same issue but now the dealer won’t do anything. Good thing I am bringing it to a different dealer in the area for actual professionals to fix. Bo, the guy at the service desk also gave me a hassle when asking him for a copy of the paper work he made me signed. Very unprofessional and clearly don’t know what they are doing in a service center if they can’t feel a vibration.

So let me start by saying this was the most pleasurable experience Ive ever had at any dealership especially a small town 1. I started the morning by calling Stanley woods you get an estimate on having a crankshaft seal and rocker panel replaced on a 2014 Chevy cruise. After scheduling the appointment I brought it in and dropped it off and recieved a call the following morning to pick it up, which seemed a bit fast, but who is going to complain on speedy customer service. Upon arriving I go to the service department to pay my bill, and get the unexpected surprise that all the work, parts, and labor are all covered under my powertrain warranty. Needless to say this made my day, thank you to everyone at stanley woods chevrolet, you have gained a life long customer!

Their warranty and in house financing is a joke and a rip off. They charge outrageous amounts on used cars and interest and then they do not honor the warranty. I will never purchase a vehicle from them
