I’ve had my new Honda Pioneer 700 Deluxe for a few weeks. So far it has done what I had hoped it would do just fine. No complaints and it has been fun and practical to use on my north Arkansas Ozark foothills woodlot.The folks I purchased the side x side from were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered adequately and I felt as if I were an educated buyer. There was no “pressure” imposed on me by the dealership to make the deal. I spoke with three Honda dealerships in Arkansas looking for what I considered the best deal. The folks at Independence County Off-road had the best price and were located closer to where I live. I had a good buying experience.

I drove 4 hours to buy my new ranger from there and I would do it again. Super nice guys, efficient and helpful. I think I was loaded up and headed home in around 30 minutes. Jacob Long was very helpful and I have told all my friends and family to buy their next rig there!

Went in wanting a CanAm HD5 or 8 but I couldnt justify the higher monthly payment after all the calculations on an HD8 and no telling if HD5s will ever be In stock again since covid. Brent seemed honest and I didnt feel like i got the run around why I needed this or that. He did as expected from a salesman and had me test drive a polaris 1000 but I decided the 570 was plenty power for my needs and the payment was right where I wanted to be. He explained warranty and got me in and out the door quickly. I dont like sitting all day like at a car dealership waiting on this or that and I was in and out the door in under 2 hours. Only thing I may have done different is buy a roof from SuperAtv or another vendor instead of dealer due to higher cost but I thought Brent was a pretty good guy and I decided to spend the extra money and buy it from them and let them install it. I live 2 hours away so not sure how often Ill visit them for oils etc as opposed to dealer 15 minutes away from me but who knows, I may rather drop my machine off way up there if local high volume dealer isnt as friendly. Treat me good and Ill be loyal. I have 2 Suzuki wheelers and local dealer is always awesome so I dont go to any other Susuki dealer for parts and oils. Im not afraid to drive 100 miles for good service.

Bought a new machine a couple weeks back. The salesman did everything he could over the phone and put up with multiple calls and questions from me. We decided to pull the trigger and showed up with about 30 mins till close. We got in did the paperwork and got loaded and left in about an hour. Got our title work in the mail and then realized that they hadnt taken the rebate from the sales price and I also had missed it during signing. I called and they took care of it. Sent me a check for the rebate amount. Greg, Jeremy, Brent and Angela were great to work with and we will be back to purchase our next machine!!

Ive never written a review before, but I just wanted to take a second to share my experience with the people at Independence Off-road. I bought a 2019 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 LE. I’ve never owned a side by side before and so I was a little nervous about the whole situation. So I spoke with Kyler and Greg, both of whom were super friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions completely and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. It was super refreshing to go into a place and be greeted by genuinely friendly, helpful individuals who go out of their way to give you a personal experience in the world we live in now. Even with being as busy as they were, they treated my dad and I like we were the only people in the store. I just recently took my SxS back for its first maintenance and I also have to say everyone in the service department went out of their way to answer any question in detail and even had it done the same day I brought it in!If you’re looking for an off-road toy, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and will certainly be making any future purchases from them! 👍🏻👍🏻 Two thumbs up guys!!

I have been trying to purchase a side by side from them for about a month now, but they make it almost impossible. They refuse to list the prices on their website, so I have called three times now simply asking them the prices of a couple different side by sides. They will not tell me how much they cost. The first two times I called they took my information and said they would call or email me back with the information. They never did. Then the third time I called the guy told me that the only way I could find out how much they cost is if I come down there and look in person. He said that he doesnt have time to help people over the phone. I live almost 2 hours away, but they are the closest dealership.Is it really that unreasonable of me to simply ask how much they cost before I drive down there?

These people deserve negative stars only that is not an option. Be aware of what you purchase here. The warranty they push on you is not anywhere as good as they claim it to be. You will still be stuck paying just as much as if you had a shop repair it for you. Mark Martin Honda is much better place to go.

I brought my can am side by side to be repaired I was told it needed a transmission and they told me 5 to 7 days to get parts I was from out of town I offered to pay for overnight shipping they refused to do this I eventually had to go to a loading dock in Tennessee and get the parts my self . The first time I used it water leaked in the belt housing when I took it back I wanted them to take the cover of and check the belt they keep It out site for two hours and told me it was a hose clamp refusing to check the belt . After spending 2800.00 on a repair for a unit just 1 year old I do not recommend can am and wood never recommend independence county off road

Well, went to a drawing for a 4 wheeler, while filling out the entry it states in bold must be present to win.I guess that has a different meaning at independence County Off Road the person that was chosen was NOT present so they allowed her father to calim the prize. I stayed up so I could be present in the off chance my husband or I was lucky enough to win. I work third shift so usually at 2pm Im in deep REM sleep. I am in no way angry at the fact I did not win, but I would have enjoyed seeing the lucky winners face when their name was called. I wanted to buy the black Honda rebel that they had I guess Ill go to Sunrise in Searcy.
