These guys were awesome!! Communication from start to finish was excellent. My shotgun was completed in the time frame they originally stated and was done perfectly. No hidden fees, no BS, just good ol’ country boys putting out a great product! I highly recommend them.

Sent in my Benelli for Hydrodip and it was terrible. The finish would scratch off with your fingernail. It’s like they forgot to clear coat it. I called them 3 times to resolve and didn’t return my calls. Terrible customer service and terrible work. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.

They do good work, BUT they dont care about the small guy. I will not use them again and I will not recommend them to a friend. Im a repeat customer. Sent my brothers gun in to be customized for a Christmas present in AUGUST. I called once every 2 weeks starting in November and was always told 10-14 weeks. Never once was I told it was delayed. Then 14 weeks go by, I call and theyre going to check in on it - but promise itll ship out the next week. The entire time I was polite and patient. Three weeks go by, they try to blame the FFL dealer the week before the hunt (who tried to pay for the gun a month ago so it could be shipped ASAP), and now the gun isnt ready for my brothers guided hunt in Oklahoma. It MAY get there for the last day of his hunt. Not one person apologized. Not one person said sorry about the delay, well do our best. They DEFINITELY didnt offer to overnight it. They dont need the business. If you dont care about getting lied to repeatedly, they still do awesome work. Just gotten too big for the small guy.

I have sent three shotguns to Roberts Custom Gunworks. These folks provide high quality, timely and consistent work. The work is finished before, or on, the dates promised and their communication is outstanding and friendly. They are, and will continue to be, my gunsmith of choice.

Great Experience dealing with Rob Roberts. They can be tough to get a hold of, but follow the instructions on the website and they will follow through on their end. I was extremely pleased with the 2 shotguns I sent to them!

I called today with a issue with a gun. Unrelated to the work that was done on it. They were extremely helpful and took the time to try and help me. I was very impressed.

After purchasing 3 of the same chokes in error while on a trip to the US I contacted Rob Roberts from Ireland and Doug sorted out my problem. Superb 5 star customer service.
