I have had years of experience with the Beltone office and staff in Batavia, NY. I cannot praise them highly enough.First they helped my mom, not only in getting great hearing aids for her, but in maintaining them. They always treated her with friendliness, courtesy and respect.Now they are doing the same for me.Greg and Nancy are the best. It’s like visiting family when I go there.

Greg was knowledgeable and thorough with my baseline hearing test. He explained the workings of the ear and the hearing status chart which was the results of my test. The test was free but Greg did explain possible costs depending on my doctors recommendation.
