I’ve gone in twice in recent months, and NOBODY was there. Of course, I waited at least 5-10 mins in case the person was in the bathroom. While standing there, I could’ve taken anything I wanted. When this place was called Services, it was run so well. Now, I’ve lost trust. (And I just read the response from the owner. 1.) Maybe the wait felt longer - waiting always does. But three minutes is unlikely. 2)Regardless, if you want to run a good business, then it has to be adequately staffed. If you cant justify that, then you should instruct your staff to leave a Be Right Back note. Like I said, this happened twice in recent months, and you should know that it comes off as being unprofessional.

Shawn is very accommodating and works hard to help customers out. I like having packages sent here instead of to my house where they could be stolen or damaged by rain/snow.

I wish I could give negative Stars for this location!!!!!! Well where do I begin! I live in Fl, and flew up to move some stuff to a storage unit. The day before I flew up the owner Shawn called me to confirm my reservation for a 17 foot truck. I confirmed it with him and I asked what time they opened up on Sunday and he told me 12 noon. I thought I was all set, well I guess I was WRONG. Before I arrived at the location we got an email stating that Uhaul (not Batavia Parcel) rented my truck that I needed and that all they had was a 15 ft truck. We told him that was not going to work, and that he also had a 26 ft truck coming back by 1 pm. I got to the location, and waited till noon for him to open. I noticed that there was no one at the location. So we emailed him, and he said he was not going to open his store today and there was nothing that he could do to help me. Mind you we flew in from Florida and confirmed this reservation. Through several emails Shawn the owner told us to respect his privacy and that there are plenty other haul dealers to rent from. While I was waiting for him to open the 26ft truck was returned. I tried calling shawn via his cellphone, which he would not answer to help me get this truck. He would not answer the phone and when the other guy returning the 26ft truck tried to call him he got the same no answer. So when he would not help with this I was going to take the 15 foot truck, but another lady showed up and was having issues as well getting in touch with the owner. Come to find out he was giving me her rental and was going to leave her out to dry with nothing. Well, I was not going to do that to her, so I called uhaul and they found me a truck in Aurora on South Lake St. Highly recommend that you do not rent from this guy at Batavia Parcel. He has no care in the world about helping you, and does not open his store when he says he will. Horrible experience, and I hope no one ever goes through this experience like we did. Go to 260 South Lake St in Aurora if you want to rent a uhaul from a group of people that want to make sure you are taken care of.

Shawn does a great job taking care of all the packages and did you know hes the only U-Haul left in Batavia hes my guy

This place is great I always write my U-Hauls from here and they do a ton of printing for me Sean is the man go to him for all of your printing. Hes gotten everything I needed done as soon as possible and he also does great quality work. if you need a ride so U-Haul go to him his trucks are always clean hell help you find a truck if he doesnt have it theyre just a great guy to do business with.

Do not use this facility if you expect the counter staff to wear a mask.Take your business elsewhere.
