Needed a 4 bolt 1973 chevy engine. Got a quote a few months ago. Called back to order and was told 4 bolt might cost more money, I couldnt get a straight answer. Also asked if the old engine was bored .060 over was the core good? They would not answer that question. Then they said they wanted a bank wire transfer or certified check. Really? what if they deliver a 2 bolt engine?, what if they take longer than the 4 weeks estimated to deliver? what if they say my core is no good for an extra $450 when in fact the core is good?, What if I have a problem with the engine because of poor quality? Pass.
