Brought some chobani pineapple yogurt on 10/25/21 and the sell by date was October 5!!! Nearly 3 wks. Out of date!!! Surely someone checks behind the workers making sure they rotate the product! Sad!!!

Its Wal-Mart, they dont need a review...they have most everything you want when you want it. Cmon man...the ONLY thing I could even complain about is the lack of cashiers, but thats all over these days. Everyone seems to be hurting for dependable employees.

I worked for Walmart about 25 years ago and we were required to stop and help the customer find what they needed, even if we were busy doing something else!! The customer was first!! Period!! At what point did Walmart decide their employees dont have to put the customer first? SAM WALTON- THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONLY BOSS AND HE CAN FIRE EVERYONE, AT WALMART, SIMPLY BY SPENDING HIS MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Wal-Mart eye center refused service to a minister with medical exemption for the mask. Shame on you people. The Lord Jesus shall judge the matter. Ill NEVER darken the door of any Wal-Mart ever again.Bathrooms are disgusting. I didnt purchase these items we left them sitting after we were refused the eye appointment we had driven 3 hours to make.

I went for grocery pickup and they are always so nice and helpful.

One of my favorite places to shop. My go to for almost everything. The store was clean. The staff was friendly.

Friendly people, kind of slow service, but the food was good. Love the way the chesse cake strawberry blast was prepared, i had one in Greenville Mississippi, it was horrible, thx.

Subpar cleanliness. But every employee we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful.

Its mostly, always a great selection and lines havent been as slow moving in check out. My only issues is the workers in specific depts. Are never in that department... So its hard to get help, and they lost my mobile order item. Therefore Im still not liking the order through app and pickup at store, nor the way the woman at the jewry counter who ignored me while I stood there waiting fir help and I ended up changing my mind on my purchase at the counter that day. Its bad mojo for business, and all out customer service is not satisfying me as a customer.

The local store-management team has poor customer service. All they do is walk around on their phones, never anywhere visible when needed. Our local Walmart use to be so much better than what it is now. I hate to see it decaying by losing sales. Hopefully better assistant managers and store manager be brought in. The management team use to be very welcoming and ready to assist customers. This new one is horrible. They could really do a better job customer service wise.

The only upside is the fact they sell items and can be easily accessible. But, thats the corporations job, or store job.Now the downside.Walmart has forced its employees to work despite having covid. Walmart makes people stand at the register when serving customers without a chair, regardless of medical issues or issues that will cause from this.In the past, they sold fish, which were such in bad condition they ate each other. Dead bodies and picked at remains often stayed in the tank. Species of fish that would kill each other were put together, or sometimes an aggressive species with a peaceful victim. Then they would proceed to tell customers that they can be housed together. Chances are the fish would die a few hours to a few days after being bought. These fish were often crammed together.Now, the only thing they can kill is the plants, which Ive seen plenty failed to be watered.Besides employee mistreatment and animal/plant mistreatment, there is also customer mistreatment.By that I mean being stalked because you are being suspected of shoplifting. If you have anxiety, this can be horrific to have two men follow you and mumble to each other, watching your every move, then back down when you leave the store without stealing.Of course, its the only place we have to get our stock of food and resources. So, in terms of supplying resources, its good.

This Walmart is on the fence. If its a necessary stop make it but the management here is inattentive and down right rude to some customers. Some of the employees seem like they have no concept of customer service either. Only stop here if your a local, its a necessity stop, or you dont care about service.

Poor customer service petty employees when it comes to exchanging items with the receipts... and they wonder why they work at Walmart poor income comes poor service!!!!

Absolutely terrible walmart, shopping experience all around terrible, aisles are always cluttered and nothing is ever in the correct spot or prices are always not what they said on shelves. A disgrace of a store and deserves an overhaul to even pass as a shopping department store. On top of the terrible shopping experience the employees are rude and tend to seem not to care about their customers who pretty much make sure they have a job to begin. Between the absolute rudeness and the utter incompetence of knowledge of their store, they have no idea of a good work ethic. If I could choose 0 stars I would.

Typical Walmart. Employees dont care about the customer, management doesnt seem to either. Enter on one end of the store, do your shopping, only to find that you cant check out on the end you parked on because there arent any registers open. Shop local business. The prices arent that much higher.

Service always sucks. I end up going to self checkout every time. I dont go in there unless I have looked everywhere else first. Custumer service is just not here at all. Always just one or two running registers in front. There may be 10 people In the whole store.

I didnt catch the guys name but he was heading to break n stopped to ask us if we needed any help i told him what I needed n he was so friendly n helpful they really need to appreciate him he works on morning shift hes a very nice guy so for me I think him for helping us .we been to alot of Wal-Marts n no one has ever came up an ask can they help

Nice enough walmart. They dont allow for overnight parking. Our rv broke down and we asked if we could park it there while awaiting a repair, and they said they no and that they would call the police if we were there in the morning.

Busy as all get out. And all I needed was to reload my green dot card. Went to Murphys first because Ive loaded there before and they dont load them supposedly now but they did earlier this week. Went inside there 2 checkout counters with employees, waited in the line for them to say they dont load them have to go to money center....waited in that long line and finally after an hour I got loaded. Its just aggravating that I can load this card all over the place but depending on the employee as to whether they are willing to figure out how to do the job.

Great one-stop place to shop,and the staff is generally friendly and helpful,but the prices have skyrocketed over the past few years.In spite of that,it is still a great place to shop,meet and see people,friends and relatives because almost everyone in town shops here.

Very convenient, saves time to be able to get everything in one spot. There are some employees that are very respectful, friendly, and helpful, but there are several more who are rude, have bad attitudes, and act like they are offended if you ask for help.

Understocked. Plain and simple. Employees not trained nor schooled in product knowledge.

This Walmart is in the next town over. We dont mind the drive as the local Walmarts are not customer-friendly. The Bastrop, Louisiana store is our shopping choice. Only complaint is that a few of the shelves are almost bare.

There was a very rude worker there when I went. I asked her for the price on something. She told us she was busy, and asked us to bring it to her. We told her it was an AC unit and very heavy. She gave us an attitude and said shed be there in a minute. We managed to pick it up and bring it to her. She said I was coming. Just a really unpleasant experience. I used to work for Walmart. We dont treat customers that way

This Walmart is better than most which I know is not saying much. The store is clean and bright but the customer service staff is mind blowingly bad. I dread doing returns or exchanges because of how long it takes and how incompetent and rude the employees are. I literally had to wait for 30 minutes and the ASSISTANT MANAGER finally had to process my exchange - for a more expensive item. Compare this to target where returns are a breeze.

This Walmart is pretty good. Clean organized. Offers great clearance item. Carry most supplies. A good ratio of cashier to shopper ratio,unlike some Walmarts Ive frequented. This location also have a fast station.

Friendliest Walmart I think Ive ever shopped at. I was greeted no less than 3 times while I was shopping and the cashier actually carried on a conversation with me while she was working. Shelves were well stocked and the store was very clean. Store management at this location deserve a raise!

Went to local Walmart this morning. Shopped for more than a hour, my main goal was to get an oil change. Purchased the few items, left out front of store, and went around to TLE. At this point its 8:36 (I took pictures) doors were still locked, and no TLE associate was present, in sight! There were two other customers already awaiting the doors to be unlocked as well.

Pretty much has everything I need.

As far as a store where you can get everything, great, but when it comes down to people that work there- almost every one of them is rude, dont help, & dont want to do their jobs. I called customer service about returning something and there was employees laughing and loud in background to where I couldnt understand who I was talking to then he couldnt help me so he just hung up on me. I mean honestly Wal-Mart, theres people out there that need a job and would do better than who you are hiring.

This Walmart at Bastrop LA wasnt the greatest. They were out of many items and I was shorted one item. Also short staffed as my 1-2 pick-up wasnt ready until 4:30

The pickup service was great. Bri did a awesome job.

Had a 4:00 pick up time called 6:00 said it was ready . Sat in my car for 1hour and 40 min. before brought it out. That is my last pick up!

Love the vast selection of items throughout the store...prices are decent and I can always get anything and everything that I need from here. The service of the check out lanes is poor and the employee service isnt very good either. The money center line is always extremely long and is always very slow moving due to only one cashier.
