I work my tools, and harbor freights will stand up Dewalt Milwaukee, Ryobi brands. And if something does go wrong I can have it replaced in a couple hours usually at no cost. If you want to pay more for a name be my guest.

Good products but most of the staff are very anti minority

I only come here for certain things. Everyone who works here had always been great. The only thing is most of the tools are cheap and break easy. These tools are not for someone who uses them everyday or so. They always say return and broken tools but Im at work when it happens and dont have time to come and go.

Very friendly staff. My husband found what he needed at a good price. I just pretended I know what stuff was for.

The first time me and my husband went in your store to buy a generator the gentleman was very helpful and very kind. Today I came in to get a saw for project and I was by myself without my husband and was very nervous and what to buy. The supervisor was very helpful and nice. It was a short lady but I dont remember her name. I would recommend everyone to go to your store even if youre not sure what youre looking for to purchase because your staff is so helpful and nice.

Great help and cheap tools

Holy cow. Cheapest tools I ever owned. I was given a Chicago Electric saw that broke the first day I used it. I went to exchange it and because it was a gift and I didnt have receipt they wouldnt exchange it. IT WAS IN THE BOX! Still looked brand new - only it didnt work. It was less than $30. Harbor Freight has permanently lost a customer and ANYONE ELSE I CAN TURN AWAY FROM THEM over a $30 saw.

Harbor Freight in LaKe Wales wasnt good to me.....i drove to Bartow and got what i needed......they cared about what i needed !!

I went to buy a flag and some other things and the employees were knowledgeable and very helpful.. the prices were great as well.. found online coupons very easily.

Mostly cheaply made tools at cheap prices. Sometimes you get lucky and find hidden gems. They have a large selection.

Its a tool store, Their prices are going up like everyone else, I was there only a difference of a week, forgot my wallet, but the tools I was about to buy, if I hadnt forgotten my wallet, were only 10 bucks, I go back a week later and the exact tool had gone up to 13.99, NO IT WASNT ON SALE. Before or after!Whatever. No more than what I do, I Didnt Want it anyway, Ill go get it elsewhere.

Today was my first time in this store. They had everything I was looking for! The store was very clean and organized. The young lady (Teresa) who assisted me at checkout was very friendly, helpful and professional. It was obvious she truly enjoyed working at Harbor Freight and helping customers. I drove 23mi to this store on the first day of a sale to get a toll box. They started an advertised sale with only one tool box in the store. Told me I could drive ti another store to get one. Who starts a sale with only one of the major sale items in stock!

I recently discovered this place and will certainly be making many trips. It has just about everything Id need as a hobby level woodworker - may not cover commercial grade stuff but its a good price for more tools a basic guy like me could ever need. Definitely a recommended stop and ends up saving quite a bit compared to other places. Check it out!

First time being in the Bartow location. Its a nice clean store. Staff was friendly and the front cashier, Kathy, was super nice and saved me some money!

They have gotten a lot better on quality and prices for tools and blades. The staff at the registers is always helpful and will use a coupon for you if you dont have one. I never give them my name, address,or phone number thats what receipts are for plus I use the tools anyway. They do sell your information to marketing staff. I know because they did it for a company I worked for years ago. What other reason would someone think its for?

Great place for picking up cheap tools. I wouldn’t recommend using any electrical multimeters from Harbor Freight or anything else that you are trusting your life with, but if you need an oddball tool that you don’t think you will use often enough to spend a lot of money on, then this is the place to find one at a good price.

Good place for tools for the non-professional maintenance person. The tools are not the greatest quality but then again your not paying a premium price either.

Had exactly what I was looking for.

They have just about every tool you need or could want for home use. The grade on most items isnt commercial for business use they will wear out quicker. However, the way Ive looked at it is if I buy a 12 dollar grinder and it wears out in 4 months I can buy 10 that will last longer than a 150 dollar one. Just my opinion.

I thought harbor freight was going to be with a lot more things then it did. But over all still a pretty cool place

Its harbor freight, one is just like another. Its the Big Lots equivalent of diy stores like lowes or home depot.

Love the place the quality of the tools has gotten much better over the years comparable to Craftsman and almost as good as snap-on and the warranties in some ways is superior

They didnt have exactly what I needed but the customer service was stellar. Extremely helpful and she added me to my husbands account. It doesnt smell like rubber the way the one in North Lakeland does.
